Claims (16)
- 少なくとも一つの熱伝導性充填材と少なくとも一つのシリコン非含有基油とを有する熱接触充填材であって、
前記熱伝導性充填材は金属水酸化物、特にアルミニウム水酸化物であり、
当該熱接触充填材は、さらに少なくとも一つの化学的架橋性プレポリマー混合物を有することを特徴とする熱接触充填材。 - 前記化学的架橋性プレポリマー混合物は、少なくとも一つのプレポリマーと少なくとも一つの架橋剤とを有し、前記プレポリマーは好ましくはアルコキシ官能性ポリエーテルであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱接触充填材。
- 前記架橋剤は、有機官能性シランであり、好ましくは、ビニルトリメトキシシラン、3−アミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン、及び、3−グリシジルオキシプロピルトリメトキシシランからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の熱接触充填材。
- 当該熱接触充填材は、さらに重合触媒を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3のうちいずれか一項に記載の熱接触充填材。
- 当該熱接触充填材における前記熱伝導性充填材の割合が50から90重量パーセントの範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のうちいずれか一項に記載の熱接触充填材。
- 当該熱接触充填材における前記シリコン非含有基油の割合が5から50重量パーセントの範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のうちいずれか一項に記載の熱接触充填材。
- 当該熱接触充填材における前記化学的架橋性プレポリマー混合物の割合が1から15重量パーセントの範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のうちいずれか一項に記載の熱接触充填材。
- 前記シリコン非含有基油はエステル、好ましくは高沸点を有する合成エステルであることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のうちいずれか一項に記載の熱接触充填材。
- 当該熱接触充填材は、0.1mm/日から10mm/日、好ましくは0.5mm/日から7mm/日、特に好ましくは1mm/日から5mm/日の硬化速度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から7のうちいずれか一項に記載の熱接触充填材。
- 当該熱接触充填材は、50から500Pa・sの範囲における動粘度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から8のうちいずれか一項に記載の熱接触充填材。
- 当該熱接触充填材は、1から5W/m・Kの範囲における熱伝導率を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から9のうちいずれか一項に記載の熱接触充填材。
- 当該熱接触充填材は、1.5から2.5g/cm3の範囲における密度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から11のうちいずれか一項に記載の熱接触充填材。
- 当該熱接触充填材は、シリコン非含有であることを特徴とする、請求項1から12のうちいずれか一項に記載の熱接触充填材。
- 特に車両用の、蓄電池集成体(1)であって、
少なくとも一つのキャリア(31、32、33、34、35、36)と、少なくとも一つの蓄電池要素(21、22、23、24)であって当該蓄電池要素(21、22、23、24)が当該キャリア(31、32、33、34、35、36)上に配置されているものと、少なくとも一つの基板(4)とを有し、
当該キャリア(31、32、33、34、35、36)は当該基板(4)上に配置されている蓄電池集成体(1)において、
少なくとも前記基板(4)と前記キャリア(31、32、33、34、35、36)との間及び/又は前記蓄電池要素(21、22、23、24)と前記キャリア(31、32、33、34、35、36)との間に熱伝導層(5)が配置されており、
当該熱伝導層(5)は請求項1から13のうちいずれか一項に記載の熱接触充填材から構成されることを特徴とする蓄電池集成体(1)。 - 前記熱伝導層(5)は、前記基板(4)と前記キャリア(31、32、33、34、35、36)との間及び/又は前記蓄電池要素(21、22、23、24)と前記キャリア(31、32、33、34、35、36)との間において取り外し可能であるように配置されている及び/又はチキソトロープ性を有することを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の蓄電池集成体(1)。
- 前記熱伝導層(5)は、0.1mmから10mm、好ましくは0.5mmから5mm、特に好ましくは1mmから3mmの範囲における層厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項14又は15に記載の蓄電池集成体(1)。
