- 三つの開口部(21,22,23)を備えるバルブ室(13)と、前記バルブ室に配設されて二つの端部位置の間で移動可能であり、周縁において前記バルブ室(13)の内周壁(16)と密閉状態で協働する可撓性ダイヤフラム(15)を有するバルブピストン(14)とを有する流路切換バルブであって、前記バルブピストン(14)が、第1端部位置において第1開口部(21)と第2開口部(22)との間の流路を開放して第3開口部(23)を閉鎖し、第2端部位置において前記第1開口部(21)を閉鎖して前記第2開口部(22)と前記第3開口部(23)との間の流路を開放し、
前記バルブ室(13)の前記周壁(16)が、前記第1端部位置への前記ダイヤフラム移動の最終段階でのみ前記ダイヤフラム(15)と前記周壁(16)との間の密閉接触が前記周縁の少なくとも一部で解除されるような形状を持つことを特徴とする、
