- 天井部(104)及び壁体(106)を含む本体(102)を備え、
前記天井部(104)及び壁体(106)はウェーブガイド(108)を備え、
前記本体(102)内の空間に1つ以上のヒートスプレッダモジュール(110)を含み、
前記ヒートスプレッダモジュール(110)の下部一側から拡張して下部に延びたウェーブガイド(112)、及びカーテン式で下方に延びる中間ウェーブガイド(118)のうちの少なくとも1つのウェーブガイドをさらに含み、
前記天井部(104)及び壁体(106)は、単位長からなり、多数個が連続的に結合されて塗装乾燥炉を形成するようになっている、ヒートスプレッダとウェーブガイドユニット。 - 前記ヒートスプレッダモジュール(110)は、下方に開放されたハウジング(111)を備え、前記ハウジング(111)の内部に、輻射波変換体(111a)及びヒータ(111b)を含む輻射波発生器が備えられ、前記輻射波変換体(111a)の内部にはヒータ(111b)が備えられて、ヒータ(111b)から出た熱エネルギーが、輻射波変換体(111a)の表面に塗布された輻射波変換物質によって輻射波エネルギーに変換されて放出されるようになっている、請求項1に記載のヒートスプレッダとウェーブガイドユニット。
- 前記中間ウェーブガイド(118)が備えられる場合、前記中間ウェーブガイド(118)の上部に多数の孔(120)が形成されている、請求項1に記載のヒートスプレッダとウェーブガイドユニット。
- それぞれの前記輻射波ガイドは、板材、繊維材又は不織布を含むベース板に、雲母板又はアルミニウム薄板を結合して製造される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のヒートスプレッダとウェーブガイドユニット。
- 請求項1に記載のヒートスプレッダとウェーブガイドユニット(100)が多数個連続的に結合されて形成された塗装乾燥炉内に、上側に塗装物を吊り下げて移送するトロリーコンベア(116)、及び/又は下部で塗装物を積置して移送するトレー式コンベア(122)を含んでなる、コンベア型塗装乾燥炉。
