Claims (10)
- ラミネートシートからなる電池ケース及び前記電池ケースに収納される電極組立体を含み、
前記電池ケースは、外側被覆層、金属層及び内側被覆層を含むラミネートシートからなる上部ケース及び下部ケースとからなり、
前記上部ケースと前記下部ケースを互いに結合するためのシーリング部が前記上部ケース及び前記下部ケースの外周縁部に備えられ、前記シーリング部の側面には前記金属層の露出を防止するためのコンフォーマル(Conformal)コーティング層が形成されている、パウチ型二次電池。 - 前記コンフォーマル(Conformal)コーティング層の外側表面の所定領域には樹脂コーティング層がさらに形成され、
前記樹脂コーティング層は前記外側被覆層の一部が溶融して形成される、請求項1に記載のパウチ型二次電池。 - 前記コンフォーマル(Conformal)コーティング層の内側表面の所定領域には樹脂コーティング層がさらに形成され、
前記樹脂コーティング層は、前記外側被覆層及び/又は前記内側被覆層の一部が溶融して形成される、請求項1に記載のパウチ型二次電池。 - 外側被覆層、金属層及び内側被覆層を含むラミネートシートを切断して上部ケース及び下部ケースからなる電池ケースを準備する第1段階と、
前記上部ケースと前記下部ケースとの間に電極組立体を収納する第2段階と、
前記上部ケース及び前記下部ケースの外周縁部に備えられたシーリング部を密着させる第3段階と、
前記金属層の露出を防止するために、前記シーリング部の側面にコンフォーマル(Conformal)コーティング層を形成する第4段階と、を含む、パウチ型二次電池の製造方法。 - 前記上部ケース及び前記下部ケースのシーリング部を熱融着して前記上部ケースと前記下部ケースを密封する第5段階をさらに含む、請求項4に記載のパウチ型二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記第5段階では、前記コンフォーマル(Conformal)コーティング層の外側表面の所定領域に樹脂コーティング層を形成し、前記樹脂コーティング層は、前記シーリング部の熱融着の際に溶融した前記外側被覆層の一部から形成される、請求項5に記載のパウチ型二次電池の製造方法。
- 外側被覆層、金属層及び内側被覆層を含むラミネートシートを切断して上部ケース及び下部ケースからなる電池ケースを準備する第1段階と、
前記上部ケースと前記下部ケースとの間に電極組立体を収納する第2段階と、
前記上部ケース及び前記下部ケースの外周縁部に備えられたシーリング部を密着させる第3段階と、
前記上部ケース及び前記下部ケースの外周縁部の前記シーリング部を熱融着して前記上部ケースと前記下部ケースを密封する第4段階と、
前記金属層の露出を防止するために、前記シーリング部の側面にコンフォーマル(Conformal)コーティング層を形成する第5段階と、を含む、パウチ型二次電池の製造方法。 - 前記第4段階では、前記シーリング部の側面の所定領域に樹脂コーティング層を部分的に形成し、前記樹脂コーティング層は前記シーリング部の熱融着の際に溶融した前記内側被覆層及び/又は前記外側被覆層の一部から形成される、請求項7に記載のパウチ型二次電池の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型二次電池を含む、電池モジュール。
- 請求項9に記載の電池モジュールを含む、電池パック。
