Description
Claims (31)
- 電気的に接続されたコーティングされた基板を製造する方法であって、
基板の少なくとも1つの面にコーティングを提供し、
上記コーティングに少なくとも1つの削除部を形成して、少なくとも1つの開口部を形成し、
この少なくとも1つの開口部に導電性材料を充填し、
この導電性材料を硬化させ、
少なくとも1つの電気的コネクタを導電性材料に付着させる、方法。 - 上記導電性材料で充填された上記少なくとも1つの開口部が、少なくとも1つのバスバーを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 上記コーティングが発熱可能型コーティングである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 上記コーティングが、赤外線反射コーティング、ナノワイヤーコーティング、低放射率コーティング、および透明導電性酸化物、からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 上記コーティングが赤外線反射コーティングを含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 上記赤外線反射コーティングが少なくとも2層の銀層を含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 上記赤外線反射コーティングが少なくとも3層の銀層を含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 上記少なくとも1つの開口部は、周波数型の形状を有する波形構造を含み、上記周波数型の形状は、正弦波形状、三角波形状または四角形波形状のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 上記少なくとも1つの開口部が線状である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 上記少なくとも1つの開口部が垂直柱を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 上記少なくとも1つの開口部の形成は、レーザーエッチングを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 上記レーザーエッチングが、干渉レーザービームを使用することを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 上記少なくとも1つの開口部の形成は、物理的な摩耗を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。

第3面および第4面を有し、第4面が車両内部へ面する第2のガラス基板と、
上記第1のガラス基板と上記第2のガラス基板との間の少なくとも1つのポリマー中間層と、
上記第1のガラス基板および上記第2のガラス基板の少なくとも一方の少なくとも1つの面の上のコーティングであって、少なくとも1つの開口部が該コーティングに形成され、この少なくとも1つの開口部には導電性材料が充填されており、この導電性材料は、少なくとも1つの電気的コネクタに取り付けられている、コーティングと、
を含む車両用グレージング。 - 上記コーティングが、上記第1のガラス基板の第2面および上記第2のガラス基板の第3面からなる群から選択される面上に設けられている、請求項17に記載の車両用グレージング。

- 上記コーティングが赤外線反射コーティングを含む、請求項21に記載の車両用グレージング。
- 上記赤外線反射コーティングが少なくとも2層の銀層を含む、請求項22に記載の車両用グレージング。
- 上記赤外線反射コーティングが少なくとも3層の銀層を含む、請求項23に記載の車両用グレージング。
- 上記少なくとも1つの開口部は、周波数型の形状を有する波形構造を含み、上記周波数型の形状は、正弦波形状、三角波形状または四角形波形状のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項17に記載の車両用グレージング。
- 上記少なくとも1つの開口部が線状である、請求項17に記載の車両用グレージング。
