−ロータ本体に装着されるか、またはロータ本体と一体化された枢動軸受パッドであって、摺動軸受の凸状面に面した円筒形の凹状面を有し、ベーンのための枢動軸受を形成し、枢動軸受の軸を形成する摺動軸受の凸状面の軸を伴う、スロットの各側における枢動軸受パッドと、
−第1の軸受流体供給部と摺動軸受の凹状面との間の、スロットの各側における第1の軸受流体供給ラインと、
−軸受流体を摺動軸受の平坦面とベーンとの間の軸受流体膜に供給するための、第2の軸受流体供給部と摺動軸受の平坦面との間の、スロットの各側における第2の軸受流体供給ラインと
を備える。

Claims (15)
- 流体処理のための、回転式摺動ベーン機械(1)であって、
プロセス流体のための入口(5)及び出口(7)を有する空洞(4)を形成する円筒形の内壁(3)を伴う、ハウジング(2)と、
前記空洞(4)の偏心したロータ軸(42)の周りの回転方向(11)で回転可能なロータ(9)であって、前記ロータ(9)の外面(14)と前記ハウジング(2)の前記内壁(3)との間の距離が、前記回転方向(11)で変化する、ロータ(9)と、
前記空洞(4)の中心軸(43)周りに回転可能で、前記ロータ(9)において外側に方向付けられたスロット(13)を通して前記ハウジング(2)の前記内壁(3)に延びたベーン(12)であって、回転中に前記ベーン(12)と前記ロータ(9)との間で相対的な運動が生じる、ベーン(12)と
を備え、

前記ロータ(9)がロータ本体(101)及びベーン軸受装置(102)を備え、各前記ベーン軸受装置(102)は、
前記ベーン(12)のためのスロット(13)を伴う摺動軸受本体(105)であって、前記スロット(13)の各側において前記摺動軸受本体(105)は、前記スロット(13)に面した平坦面(115)を有し、前記ベーン(12)のための摺動軸受を形成して、前記スロット(13)の各側において前記摺動軸受本体(105)は、前記スロット(13)から離れて面した円筒形の凸状面(116)をさらに有し、前記スロット(13)の反対側における円筒形の前記凸状面(116)は、前記ロータ軸(42)に平行な共通の軸(118)を有する、摺動軸受本体(105)と、
前記ロータ本体(101)に装着されるか、または前記ロータ本体(101)と一体化され、前記摺動軸受の前記凸状面(116)に面した円筒形の凹状面(117)を有し、前記ベーン(12)のための枢動軸受を形成し、前記摺動軸受の前記凸状面(116)の前記軸(118)は、枢動軸受の軸(118)を形成する、前記スロット(13)の各側における枢動軸受パッド(106)と、
第1の軸受流体供給部(36)と前記摺動軸受の前記凹状面(117)との間の、前記スロット(13)の各側における第1の軸受流体供給ライン(112)と、
軸受流体を前記摺動軸受の前記平坦面(115)と前記ベーン(12)との間の軸受流体膜に供給するための、第2の軸受流体供給部(39、125)と前記摺動軸受の前記平坦面(115)との間の、前記スロット(13)の各側における第2の軸受流体供給ライン(113)と
を備えることを特徴とする、回転式摺動ベーン機械(1)。 - 前記第2の軸受流体供給部は、前記摺動軸受本体(105)における第2の軸受流体フィードライン(39)である、請求項1に記載の回転式摺動ベーン機械(1)。
- 前記第1の軸受流体供給ライン(112)は、軸受流体を、前記枢動軸受の前記凹状面(117)と、前記摺動軸受の前記凸状面(116)との間の軸受流体膜に供給する、請求項1または2に記載の回転式摺動ベーン機械(1)。
- 前記第2の軸受流体供給部は、前記枢動軸受の前記凹状面(117)と、前記摺動軸受の前記凸状面(116)との間の前記軸受流体膜である、請求項3に記載の回転式摺動ベーン機械(1)。
- 前記枢動軸受の封止部(110)は、前記枢動軸受の前記凹状面(117)において前記第1の軸受流体供給ライン(112)の端部を囲み、前記枢動軸受の前記封止部(110)、前記枢動軸受の前記凹状面(117)、及び前記摺動軸受の前記凸状面(116)は、前記枢動軸受の前記凹状面(117)と前記摺動軸受の前記凸状面(116)との間の液圧力の移動のために、圧力チャンバを画定する、請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一項に記載の回転式摺動ベーン機械(1)。
- 前記第2の軸受流体供給部は、前記枢動軸受の前記封止部(110)と、前記枢動軸受の前記凹状面(117)と、前記摺動軸受の前記凸状面(116)との間の前記圧力チャンバである、請求項5に記載の回転式摺動ベーン機械(1)。
- 前記第1の軸受流体供給ライン(112)は、前記枢動軸受の前記凹状面(117)の凹部(119)の中に通じており、前記枢動軸受の前記封止部(110)は前記凹部(119)を囲む、請求項5または6に記載の回転式摺動ベーン機械(1)。
- 前記スロットの各側において、前記ロータ本体(101)は、前記摺動軸受の前記凸状面(116)に面した円筒形のロータ本体の凹状面(120)を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の回転式摺動ベーン機械(1)。
- 前記ロータ本体の凹状面(120)及び前記枢動軸受の前記凹状面(117)は近接している、請求項8に記載の回転式摺動ベーン機械(1)。
- 前記ロータ本体の凹状面(120)及び前記枢動軸受の前記凹状面(117)は、ロータ本体の封止部(111)によって離されている、請求項8または9に記載の回転式摺動ベーン機械(1)。
- 前記スロットの各側において、
前記摺動軸受本体(105)は、底部(23)及び前記スロット(13)に向かう開口部(22)を伴うシリンダ(21)を形成する、窪みを有し、
前記第2の軸受流体供給ライン(113)は、前記摺動軸受の前記凸状面(116)と前記シリンダ(21)との間に延び、
底部(31)を伴うプランジャ(29)は、前記シリンダ(21)に受け入れられ、
前記摺動軸受の平坦面を形成する面(115)を伴う摺動軸受パッド(27)は、前記プランジャ(29)に接続されるか、または一体化され、
軸受流体チャネル(32)は、前記プランジャ(29)の開口部(33)と、前記摺動軸受の前記平坦面(115)との間に延び、
前記第1の軸受流体供給ライン(112)は、フロー制限部(25)を有し、
回転中に、
プロセス流体の圧力変化は、前記ベーン(12)にかかる接線力を変化させ、前記ベーンを前記摺動軸受パッド(27、27’)に向けて、及び前記摺動軸受パッド(27、27’)から離れるよう傾け、
前記ベーン(12)が前記摺動軸受パッド(27)に向けて傾けられたとき、前記ベーン(12)は、前記摺動軸受パッド(27)及び前記プランジャ(29)を前記シリンダの前記底部(23)に向けて押しやり、それが前記シリンダ(21)内の軸受流体圧を増加させ、前記第1の軸受流体供給ライン(112)の前記フロー制限部(25)は、軸受流体が前記供給部(36)に戻るのを制限し、それによって前記シリンダ(21)内の軸受流体圧を維持し、軸受流体は、前記シリンダ(21)から前記軸受流体チャネル(32)を通って、摺動軸受パッド面(28、115)及び摺動軸受流体膜に流れ、
前記ベーン(12)が前記摺動軸受パッド(27’)から離れるよう傾けられたとき、供給圧の軸受流体は、前記第1の軸受流体供給ライン(112’)から、前記枢動軸受の凹状面(117’、119’)に流れ、さらに、前記第2の軸受流体供給ライン(113’)を通って前記シリンダ(21’)に流れ、それが前記プランジャ(29’)及び前記軸受パッド(27’)を前記ベーン(12)に向けて押しやり、同時に軸受流体は、前記シリンダ(21’)から前記軸受流体チャネル(32’)を通って、前記摺動軸受パッド面(28’、115’)及び前記摺動軸受流体膜に流れる、請求項1〜10のうちいずれか一項に記載の回転式摺動ベーン機械(1)。 - 前記プランジャの前記底部(31)の面積は、前記摺動軸受パッド(27)の有効面積よりも小さい、請求項11に記載の回転式摺動ベーン機械(1)。
- 前記摺動軸受の前記平坦面(115)の有効面積と、前記枢動軸受の前記封止部(110)によって画定された面積との間の差は、最大25%である、請求項5〜12のうちいずれか一項に記載の回転式摺動ベーン機械(1)。
- 前記プランジャの前記底部(31)の面積と、前記枢動軸受の前記封止部(110)によって画定された面積との間の差は、最大25%である、請求項11〜13のうちいずれか一項に記載の回転式摺動ベーン機械(1)。
- 前記スロット(13)の反対側の前記摺動軸受パッド(27、27’)は、前記ベーンによって不均等に荷重がかけられ、大きく荷重がかけられる前記スロット(13)の側における、前記第1の軸受流体供給ラインの前記制限部(25、25’)は、チェック弁を備え、その一方で、小さい荷重をかけられる側における前記第1の軸受流体供給ラインの前記制限部(25、25’)は、チェック弁を備えない、請求項11〜14のうちいずれか一項に記載の回転式摺動ベーン機械(1)。
