Abstract
Description
20:色変換機能層
実施例1と同一な緑色、赤色蛍光体をモル比50:1で溶媒キシレン(Xylene)に溶かして、第1溶液を製造した。熱可塑性樹脂(PMMA)を溶媒キシレンに溶かして、第2溶液を製造した。上記熱可塑性樹脂100重量部に対し、上記緑色及び赤色蛍光体の含量が0.45重量部、TiO2粒子が10重量部になるように上記第1溶液と第2溶液とを均質に混合した。この溶液をPET基材にコーティングした後に乾燥して、色変換層を形成した。このとき、TiO2粒子は、上記第1または第2溶液のうちいずれか一つに追加して混合するか、TiO2粒子を含む第4溶液を製造するか、第1または第2溶液の混合時にTiO2粒子を投入することができる。
実施例1と同一な緑色、赤色蛍光体をモル比50:1で溶媒キシレン(Xylene)に溶かして、第1溶液を製造した。熱可塑性樹脂(PMMA)を溶媒キシレンに溶かして、第2溶液を製造した。上記熱可塑性樹脂100重量部に対し、上記緑色及び赤色蛍光体の含量が0.45重量部、TiO2粒子が10重量部になるように上記第1溶液と第2溶液とを均質に混合した。この溶液をPET基材にコーティングした後に乾燥して、色変換層を製造した。このとき、TiO2粒子は上記第1または第2溶液のうちいずれか一つに追加して混合するか、TiO2粒子を含む第4溶液を製造するか、第1または第2溶液の混合時にTiO2粒子を投入することができる。
上記固体相変化素材を使用しないことを除き、実施例1と同一に進行して、相変化素材を使用していない色変換フィルムを製造した。
Claims (14)
- 基材フィルム;及び
前記基材フィルム上に備えられた色変換機能層を含み、
前記色変換機能層は、固体相変化素材を含み、
前記固体相変化素材は、ポリアルコール系物質、セルロース系高分子及びポリウレタン系高分子を含む群から選択される少なくとも一つである、色変換フィルム。 - 前記固体相変化素材は、30℃〜80℃で固体−固体相変化(Solid-solid phase transition)が起きるものである、請求項1に記載の色変換フィルム。
- 前記固体相変化素材の含量は、前記色変換機能層100重量部に対し10〜80重量部である、請求項1または2に記載の色変換フィルム。
- 前記ポリアルコール系物質は、グリセリン(glycerine)、ペンタエリスリトール(pentaerythritol)、ペンタグリセリン(pentaglycerine)、ネオペンチルグリコール(neopentylglycol)、トリスヒドロキシメチルアミノメタン(tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane) 及び2−アミノ−2−メチル−1,3−プロパンジオール(2-amino-2-methyl-1,3-propanediol)を含む群から選択される少なくとも一つである、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の色変換フィルム。
- 前記セルロース系高分子は、セルロースジアセテート(cellulose diacetate, CDA)、カルボキシメチルセルロース(carboxymethyl cellulose, CMC)、セルロースアセテート(cellulose acetate, CAC)及びセルロースエーテル(cellulose ether, CET)を含む群から選択される少なくとも一つである、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の色変換フィルム。
- 前記色変換機能層は、前記固体相変化素材を含む色変換層を含むものである、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の色変換フィルム。
- 前記色変換機能層は、色変換層及び相変換層を含み、
前記相変換層は、前記固体相変化素材を含むものである、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の色変換フィルム。 - 前記色変換機能層上に保護フィルムをさらに含むものである、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の色変換フィルム。
- 前記色変換機能層は、有機蛍光染料を含み、
前記有機蛍光染料は、ボディピー系、アクリジン系、キサンテン系、アリールメタン系、クマリン系、多環芳香族炭化水素系、多環ヘテロ芳香族系、ペリレン系、ピロール系及びピレン系誘導体のうちいずれか一つ以上を含むものである、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の色変換フィルム。 - 基材フィルムを準備するステップ;及び
前記基材フィルム上に固体相変化素材を含む色変換機能層を形成するステップを含み、
前記固体相変化素材は、ポリアルコール系物質、セルロース系高分子及びポリウレタン系高分子を含む群から選択される少なくとも一つである、色変換フィルムの製造方法。 - 前記色変換機能層を形成するステップは,
樹脂、溶媒、固体相変化素材及び有機蛍光染料が混合された樹脂溶液を準備するステップ;
前記樹脂溶液を前記基材フィルム上にコーティングして、固体相変化素材を含んだ色変換機能層を形成するステップ;及び
前記基材フィルム上に形成された前記固体相変化素材を含んだ色変換機能層を乾燥するステップを含む、請求項10に記載の色変換フィルムの製造方法。 - 前記色変換機能層を形成するステップは、
前記基材フィルム上に色変換層を形成するステップ;及び
前記色変換層上に前記固体相変化素材を含む相変換層を形成するステップを含む、請求項10に記載の色変換フィルムの製造方法。 - 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の色変換フィルムを含むバックライトユニット。
- 請求項13に記載のバックライトユニットを含むディスプレイ装置。
