Abstract

本发明提供了一种柔性基板、柔性基板的制备方法及显示装置。所述柔性基板包括柔性衬底和柔性薄膜,所述柔性薄膜贴附在所述柔性衬底的底面;所述柔性薄膜,用于在所述柔性衬底的温度高于第一阈值温度时吸收储存热量,在所述柔性衬底的温度低于第二阈值温度时释放热量,以使调节所述柔性衬底的温度。通过本发明实施例,可以避免低温导致柔性衬底柔韧性变差,造成柔性衬底变硬易损坏。

Description

一种柔性基板、柔性基板的制备方法及显示装置
技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,特别是涉及一种柔性基板、柔性基板的制备方法及显示装置。
背景技术
随着显示技术的发展,柔性显示器越来越受到用户的青睐。柔性显示装置是由柔软的材料制成,可变型可弯曲的显示器。现有OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,有机发光二极管)等柔性显示器多采用聚酰亚胺或者其它有机柔性材料作为柔性基底,在此基底上制作显示器件。当环境温度降低时,柔性基底的柔韧性变差,硬度上升,此时弯折容易损坏显示器件。或者,将柔性显示器制成弯折形状,在常温时可以正常显示,但低温时基底变硬,基底内应力变大,也会造成显示器件损坏。
发明内容
本发明提供一种柔性基板、柔性基板的制备方法及显示装置,以解决现有技术中柔性基底在低温时柔韧性变差造成显示器损坏的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种柔性基板,所述柔性基板包括柔性衬底和柔性薄膜,所述柔性薄膜贴附在所述柔性衬底的底面;
所述柔性薄膜,用于在所述柔性衬底的温度高于第一阈值温度时吸收储存热量,在所述柔性衬底的温度低于第二阈值温度时释放热量,以调节所述柔性衬底的温度。
可选地,所述柔性薄膜为固固相变材料,所述固固相变材料在所述柔性衬底的温度高于所述第一阈值温度时为吸收储存热量的第一相,在所述柔性衬底的温度低于所述第二阈值温度时为释放热量的第二相。
可选地,所述固固相变材料包括聚乙二醇与二醋酸纤维素共聚物、多元醇类、无机盐类中的至少一种。
可选地,所述聚乙二醇与二醋酸纤维素共聚物的第一相为结晶态,所述聚乙二醇与二醋酸纤维素共聚物的第二相为无定形态。
可选地,所述多元醇类包括季戊四醇、新戊二醇、二羟甲基乙烷中的至少一种。
可选地,所述无机盐类包括层状钙钛矿、硫氰酸铵、硫酸锂、二氟氢化钾中的至少一种。
为了解决上述问题,本发明还公开了一种柔性基板的制备方法,所述方法包括:
制备柔性薄膜,所述柔性薄膜在柔性衬底的温度高于第一阈值温度时吸收储存热量,在所述柔性衬底的温度低于第二阈值温度时释放热量;
将所述柔性薄膜粘附在所述柔性衬底的底面,以调节所述柔性衬底的温度。
可选地,所述柔性薄膜为固固相变材料,所述固固相变材料在所述柔性衬底的温度高于所述第一阈值温度时为第一相,在所述柔性衬底的温度低于所述第二阈值温度时为第二相。
可选地,所述固固相变材料包括聚乙二醇与二醋酸纤维素共聚物、多元醇类、无机盐类中的至少一种。
为了解决上述问题,本发明还公开了一种显示装置,所述显示装置包括上述的柔性基板。
与现有技术相比,本发明包括以下优点:
柔性基板包括柔性衬底和柔性薄膜,柔性薄膜在柔性衬底的温度高于第一阈值温度时吸收储存热量,在柔性衬底的温度低于第二阈值温度时释放热量。当柔性衬底的温度低于第二阈值温度时,柔性薄膜释放热量,使得柔性衬底可以保持柔韧性,避免低温导致柔性衬底柔韧性变差,造成柔性衬底变硬易损坏。

为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
实施例一
参照图1,示出了本发明实施例的一种柔性基板。所述柔性基板包括柔性衬底101和柔性薄膜102,所述柔性薄膜102贴附在所述柔性衬底101的底面;
所述柔性薄膜102,用于在所述柔性衬底的温度高于第一阈值温度时吸收储存热量,在所述柔性衬底的温度低于第二阈值温度时释放热量,以调节所述柔性衬底101的温度。
本实施例中,柔性基板包括柔性衬底101和贴附在柔性衬底101的底面的柔性薄膜102。参照如2所示的柔性基板,柔性基板也可以制备成弯折形状。本发明实施例对此不作详细限定,可以根据实际情况进行设置。
柔性薄膜102在柔性衬底101的温度高于第一阈值温度时吸收存储热量,在柔性衬底101的温度低于第二阈值温度时释放热量。例如,柔性衬底101的温度高于18℃时,柔性薄膜102吸收存储热量;柔性衬底的温度低于13℃时,柔性薄膜102释放热量。第一阈值温度与第二阈值温度可以相同,也可以不同。本发明实施例对第一阈值温度和第二阈值温度不作详细限定,可以根据实际情况进行设置。在柔性衬底101的温度低于第二阈值温度时,柔性薄膜102释放热量,柔性薄膜102释放的热量传导至柔性衬底101,调节柔性衬底101的温度,使得柔性衬底101可以保持柔韧性。避免柔性衬底的温度很低时,柔性衬底101的柔韧性变差,造成柔性衬底变硬易损坏。本发明实施例对柔性薄膜的厚度不作详细限定,可以根据实际情况进行设置。
可选地,所述柔性薄膜102为固固相变材料,所述固固相变材料在所述柔性衬底的温度高于所述第一阈值温度时为吸收储存热量的第一相,在所述柔性衬底的温度低于所述第二阈值温度时为释放热量的第二相。
本实施例中,柔性薄膜102是固固相变材料材料,在柔性衬底的温度高于第一阈值温度时和低于第二阈值温度时,固固相变材料为不同相。具体地,固固相变材料在柔性衬底的温度高于第一阈值温度时为吸收储存热量的第一相,在柔性衬底的温度低于第二阈值温度时,固固相变材料转换为释放热量的第二相;在第一阈值温度和第二阈值温度之间时,固固相变材料为第一相和第二相的混合相。固固相变材料具有很多优点,比如固固相变材料为固体,易加工,可以直接加工成型;相变膨胀系数及体积变化小;无过冷及相分离现象;性能稳定,使用寿命长;无毒、无腐蚀、无污染。
可选地,所述固固相变材料包括聚乙二醇与二醋酸纤维素共聚物、多元醇类、无机盐类中的至少一种。
可选地,所述聚乙二醇与二醋酸纤维素共聚物的第一相为结晶态,所述聚乙二醇与二醋酸纤维素共聚物的第二相为无定形态。
本实施例中,以刚性的二醋酸纤维素(CDA)链为骨架,以聚乙二醇(PEG)柔性链为枝节,可以得到一种具有固固相变性能的网状储能材料,即聚乙二醇与二醋酸纤维素共聚物(CDA-PEG)。当柔性衬底的温度高于16.6℃时,CDA-PEG为第一相结晶态,吸收存储热量;当柔性衬底的温度低于16.6℃时,CDA-PEG释放热量转变为第二相无定形态,释放热量。
可选地,所述多元醇类包括季戊四醇、新戊二醇、二羟甲基乙烷中的至少一种。
可选地,所述无机盐类包括层状钙钛矿、硫氰酸铵、硫酸锂、二氟氢化钾中的至少一种。
综上所述,本发明实施例中,柔性基板包括柔性衬底和柔性薄膜,柔性薄膜在柔性衬底的温度高于第一阈值温度时吸收储存热量,在柔性衬底的温度低于第二阈值温度时释放热量。当柔性衬底的温度低于第二阈值温度时,柔性薄膜释放热量,使得柔性衬底可以保持柔韧性,避免低温导致柔性衬底柔韧性变差,造成柔性衬底变硬易损坏。
实施例二
参照图3,示出了本发明实施例的一种柔性基板的制备方法的步骤流程图。所述方法包括:
步骤201,制备柔性薄膜,所述柔性薄膜在柔性衬底的温度高于第一阈值温度时吸收储存热量,在所述柔性衬底的温度低于第二阈值温度时释放热量。
本实施例中,所述柔性薄膜102为固固相变材料,所述固固相变材料在所述柔性衬底101的温度高于所述第一阈值温度时为第一相,在所述柔性衬底101的温度低于第二阈值温度时为第二相,在柔性衬底101的温度处于第一阈值温度和第二阈值温度之间时为第一相和第二相的混合相。可选地,所述固固相变材料包括聚乙二醇与二醋酸纤维素共聚物、多元醇类、无机盐类中的至少一种。具体地,可以单独采用聚乙二醇与二醋酸纤维素共聚物制成柔性薄膜102,也可以将聚乙二醇与二醋酸纤维素共聚物与柔性树脂材料混合制成柔性薄膜102。本发明实施例对此不作详细限定,可以根据实际情况进行选取。柔性树脂材料可以是聚酰亚胺、丙烯酸酯树脂中的至少一种。
步骤202,将所述柔性薄膜粘附在柔性衬底的底面,以调节所述柔性衬底的温度。
本实施例中,制备完柔性薄膜102后,将柔性薄膜102贴附在柔性衬底101的底面。本发明实施例对贴附方式不作详细限定,可以根据实际情况进行选取。柔性薄膜102在柔性衬底101的温度低于第二阈值温度时释放热量,调节柔性衬底101的温度,使得柔性衬底101可以保持柔韧性,避免变硬损坏。
综上所述,本发明实施例中,制备柔性薄膜,柔性薄膜在柔性衬底的温度高于第一阈值温度时吸收储存热量,在柔性衬底的温度低于第二阈值温度时释放热量;将柔性薄膜粘附在柔性衬底的底面,以调节柔性衬底的温度,避免低温导致柔性衬底柔韧性变差,造成柔性衬底变硬易损坏。
实施例三
本发明实施例提供了一种显示装置。所述显示装置包括实施例一所述的柔性基板。
所述柔性基板包括柔性衬底101和柔性薄膜102,所述柔性薄膜102贴附在所述柔性衬底101的底面;
所述柔性薄膜102,用于在所述柔性衬底的温度高于第一阈值温度时吸收储存热量,在所述柔性衬底的温度低于第二阈值温度时释放热量,以调节所述柔性衬底101的温度。

Claims (10)

1.一种柔性基板,其特征在于,所述柔性基板包括柔性衬底和柔性薄膜,所述柔性薄膜贴附在所述柔性衬底的底面;
所述柔性薄膜,用于在所述柔性衬底的温度高于第一阈值温度时吸收储存热量,在所述柔性衬底的温度低于第二阈值温度时释放热量,以调节所述柔性衬底的温度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柔性基板,其特征在于,所述柔性薄膜为固固相变材料,所述固固相变材料在所述柔性衬底的温度高于所述第一阈值温度时为吸收储存热量的第一相,在所述柔性衬底的温度低于所述第二阈值温度时为释放热量的第二相。
3.根据权利要求2所述的柔性基板,其特征在于,所述固固相变材料包括聚乙二醇与二醋酸纤维素共聚物、多元醇类、无机盐类中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的柔性基板,其特征在于,所述聚乙二醇与二醋酸纤维素共聚物的第一相为结晶态,所述聚乙二醇与二醋酸纤维素共聚物的第二相为无定形态。
5.根据权利要求3所述的柔性基板,其特征在于,所述多元醇类包括季戊四醇、新戊二醇、二羟甲基乙烷中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求3所述的柔性基板,其特征在于,所述无机盐类包括层状钙钛矿、硫氰酸铵、硫酸锂、二氟氢化钾中的至少一种。
7.一种柔性基板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
制备柔性薄膜,所述柔性薄膜在柔性衬底的温度高于第一阈值温度时吸收储存热量,在所述柔性衬底的温度低于第二阈值温度时释放热量;
将所述柔性薄膜粘附在所述柔性衬底的底面,以调节所述柔性衬底的温度。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述柔性薄膜为固固相变材料,所述固固相变材料在所述柔性衬底的温度高于所述第一阈值温度时为第一相,在所述柔性衬底的温度低于所述第二阈值温度时为第二相。
9.根据权利要求8所述的柔性基板,其特征在于,所述固固相变材料包括聚乙二醇与二醋酸纤维素共聚物、多元醇类、无机盐类中的至少一种。
10.一种显示装置,其特征在于,所述显示装置包括权利要求1-6任一项所述的柔性基板。
