Claims (19)
- バッテリを有する、少なくとも1つの空調システムおよびバッテリ熱管理システムを備える電気自動車熱管理システム100であって、
冷媒の温度および圧力を上昇させることによって冷媒蒸気を圧縮するように構成された少なくとも1つの圧縮機R2、高温高圧の前記冷媒を凝縮するように構成された第1の凝縮器CH2および第2の凝縮器R4、膨張装置、冷却器CH4、並びに蒸発器R10を含む冷凍サイクルRと、
電動ウォーターポンプC6、バッテリ熱交換器C2、前記第1の凝縮器CH2およびヒーターC12を含むクーラントサイクルCと、
を備え、
前記電動ウォーターポンプC6は、クーラントを前記クーラントサイクルCにポンプで送るように構成され、
前記第1の凝縮器CH2は、前記冷凍サイクルRから獲得した熱を使用して前記クーラントを加熱し、前記加熱されたクーラントを前記ヒーターC12に伝達するように構成された、
電気自動車熱管理システム。 - 前記圧縮機R2は、前記バッテリにより電力を供給され、前記冷媒の温度および圧力を上昇させることによって、前記冷媒蒸気を圧縮する、請求項1に記載の電気自動車熱管理システム100。
- 前記第1の凝縮器CH2は、前記冷凍サイクルRと前記クーラントサイクルCとの間の共通の熱交換器である、請求項1に記載の電気自動車熱管理システム100。
- 前記第1の凝縮器CH2は水冷凝縮器であり、前記第2の凝縮器R4は空冷凝縮器である、請求項1に記載の電気自動車熱管理システム100。
- 前記冷媒蒸気は、前記第1の凝縮器CH2および前記第2の凝縮器R4を通って流れ、前記冷媒蒸気の温度および圧力を低下させる、請求項1に記載の電気自動車熱管理システム100。
- 前記冷媒蒸気は、前記第1の凝縮器CH2および前記第2の凝縮器R4から電動膨張装置R6および流量制御弁R8を介して前記蒸発器R10に流れる、請求項1に記載の電気自動車熱管理システム100。
- 前記電動ウォーターポンプC6は、前記クーラントを前記クーラントサイクルCにポンプで送るために前記バッテリによって電力を供給される、請求項1に記載の電気自動車熱管理システム100。
- 前記第1の凝縮器CH2は、前記冷凍サイクルRから前記第1の凝縮器CH2によって獲得された廃熱を使用して前記クーラントを加熱するように構成され、前記クーラントは、前記電動ウォーターポンプC6から前記第1の凝縮器CH2を介して前記ヒーターC12に流れる、請求項1に記載の電気自動車熱管理システム100。
- 前記冷凍サイクルRと前記クーラントサイクルCに複数の圧縮機および熱交換器が構成された、請求項1に記載の電気自動車熱管理システム100。
- 冷媒バイパス経路が、前記蒸発器R10の前および前記圧縮機R2の前の間に構成された、請求項1に記載の電気自動車熱管理システム100。
- 前記第2の凝縮器R4は、さらに、追加の膨張装置R12による蒸発器機能を有する、請求項1に記載の電気自動車熱管理システム100。
- 前記ヒーターC12の出口温度クーラントは、前記バッテリ熱交換器C2のレベルまで下がるように制御される、請求項1に記載の電気自動車熱管理システム100。
- 前記ヒーターC12の出口空気温度は、前記ヒーターおよび前記冷却器の間の総クーラント流量を分割する流量配分制御手段を使用して、クーラント流量制御によって制御される、請求項1に記載の電気自動車熱管理システム100。
- 前記第1の凝縮器CH2、流量制御弁C4および前記冷却器CH4は、直接組み立てられた、請求項1に記載の電気自動車熱管理システム100。

- システム制御器は、ヒーター出口温度を感知し、流量制御弁を使用して、クーラント流量制御によってヒーター出口空気温度を制御し、圧縮機入出口温度および圧力を感知し、電動ポンプ回転制御ロジックを使用して、クーラント流量制御によってバッテリ入出口クーラント温度差を制御し、圧縮機回転制御ロジックによってバッテリ入口クーラント温度を制御し、車室内温度、蒸発器出口温度の感知データからの入力を使用して、圧縮機回転制御ロジックによって車室内温度制御を行うように構成された、請求項1に記載の電気自動車熱管理システム100。
