Abstract
Description
(1) マイクロ波アブレーションプローブであって、
マイクロ波放出部分と、剛性部分と、可撓性部分と、を備え、
前記マイクロ波放出部分は、前記剛性部分の遠位に位置付けられ、
前記剛性部分は、前記可撓性部分の遠位に位置付けられ、
前記剛性部分は、腹腔鏡器具の把持部分と係合するように構成された1つ以上の突出部を含み、
前記マイクロ波放出部分は、マイクロ波エネルギーを放出するように構成されている、マイクロ波アブレーションプローブ。
(2) 前記マイクロ波放出部分は、マイクロ波アンテナである、実施態様1に記載のマイクロ波アブレーションプローブ。
(3) 前記マイクロ波アンテナは、同軸伝送線を含む、実施態様2に記載のマイクロ波アブレーションプローブ。
(4) 前記マイクロ波アンテナは、三軸伝送線を含む、実施態様2に記載のマイクロ波アブレーションプローブ。
(5) 前記剛性部分は、長さがおよそ2〜10cmである、実施態様1に記載のマイクロ波アブレーションプローブ。
(7) 腹腔鏡器具の把持部分と係合するように構成された前記1つ以上の突出部は、金属製突出部である、実施態様1に記載のマイクロ波アブレーションプローブ。
(8) 腹腔鏡器具の前記把持部分は、スロット付き顎部である、実施態様1に記載のマイクロ波アブレーションプローブ。
(9) 実施態様1に記載のマイクロ波アブレーションプローブと、腹腔鏡器具と、を備える、システム。
(10) 前記腹腔鏡器具は、手動で操作される、実施態様9に記載のシステム。
(12) 前記マイクロ波アブレーションプローブに電気接続された電源を更に備える、実施態様10に記載のシステム。
(13) 組織領域をアブレーションする方法であって、
a)把持部分を有する腹腔鏡器具と、実施態様1に記載のようなマイクロ波アブレーションプローブと、を提供することと、
b)前記マイクロ波アブレーションプローブの前記1つ以上の突出部を、前記腹腔鏡器具の前記把持部分で把持することと、
c)前記マイクロ波アブレーションプローブの前記マイクロ波放出部分を所望の組織位置に位置付けることと、
d)所望の組織領域がアブレーションされる条件下で、前記マイクロ波アブレーションプローブにより、前記所望の組織位置へマイクロ波エネルギーを送達することと、を含む、方法。
(14) 前記組織領域は、被験体内にある、実施態様13に記載の方法。
(15) 前記被験体は、ヒト被験体である、実施態様14に記載の方法。

- マイクロ波アブレーションプローブであって、
マイクロ波放出部分と、剛性部分と、可撓性部分と、を備え、
前記マイクロ波放出部分は、前記剛性部分の遠位に位置付けられ、
前記剛性部分は、前記可撓性部分の遠位に位置付けられ、
前記剛性部分は、腹腔鏡器具の把持部分と係合するように構成された1つ以上の突出部を含み、
前記マイクロ波放出部分は、マイクロ波エネルギーを放出するように構成されている、マイクロ波アブレーションプローブ。 - 前記マイクロ波放出部分は、マイクロ波アンテナである、請求項1に記載のマイクロ波アブレーションプローブ。
- 前記マイクロ波アンテナは、同軸伝送線を含む、請求項2に記載のマイクロ波アブレーションプローブ。
- 前記マイクロ波アンテナは、三軸伝送線を含む、請求項2に記載のマイクロ波アブレーションプローブ。
- 前記剛性部分は、長さがおよそ2〜10cmである、請求項1に記載のマイクロ波アブレーションプローブ。
- 前記剛性部分は、腹腔鏡器具の把持部分と係合するように構成された5つ以上の突出部を有する、請求項1に記載のマイクロ波アブレーションプローブ。
- 腹腔鏡器具の把持部分と係合するように構成された前記1つ以上の突出部は、金属製突出部である、請求項1に記載のマイクロ波アブレーションプローブ。
- 腹腔鏡器具の前記把持部分は、スロット付き顎部である、請求項1に記載のマイクロ波アブレーションプローブ。
- 請求項1に記載のマイクロ波アブレーションプローブと、腹腔鏡器具と、を備える、システム。
- 前記腹腔鏡器具は、手動で操作される、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記腹腔鏡器具は、ロボット制御で操作される、請求項9に記載のシステム。
