Abstract
Description
以下、本発明を詳しく説明する。
本発明の一具体例によるポリカーボネート樹脂としては、通常の熱可塑性樹脂組成物に使用されるポリカーボネート樹脂を使用することができる。例えば、ジフェノール類(芳香族ジオール化合物)をホスゲン、ハロゲンホルマート、炭酸ジエステル等の前駆体と反応させることにより製造される芳香族ポリカーボネート樹脂を使用できる。
本発明のマイカ(mica)は、熱可塑性樹脂組成物の耐衝撃性を損なうことなくい剛性等を向上させることができるものであり、シラン化合物で表面処理されたマイカを使用することができる。
本発明の変性ポリオレフィンは、上記マイカと共に熱可塑性樹脂組成物の耐衝撃性、流動性等を向上させることができるものであり、ポリオレフィンを主鎖とし、グラフト形態で官能基(アルキルカルボキシレート基、グリシジル変性エステル基、アリレート基、ニトリル基等)を含む構造を有することができる。例えば、下記化学式1で表される繰り返し単位、および下記化学式2で表される繰り返し単位を含む変性ポリオレフィンを使用することができる。
本発明の一具体例にかかるリン系難燃剤は、通常の熱可塑性樹脂組成物に使用されるリン系難燃剤でもよい。例えば、ホスフェート(phosphate)化合物、ホスホネート(phosphonate)化合物、ホスフィナート(phosphinate)化合物、ホスフィンオキシド(phosphine oxide)化合物、ホスファゼン(phosphazene)化合物、これらの金属塩等のリン系難燃剤が使用できる。これらは、単独で使用したり、2種以上混合したりして使用することができる。
以下、実施例および比較例で使用した各成分の仕様は次の通りである。
重量平均分子量(Mw)が25,000g/molのビスフェノール−A型ポリカーボネート樹脂(製造社:ロッテ先端素材、製品名:SC−1190)を使用した。
(B1)シラン化合物(γ−グリシドキシプロピル−トリメトキシシラン)で表面処理されたマイカ(製造社:imerys、製品名:SUZORITE(登録商標)150PO)を使用した。
(C1)変性ポリオレフィン(エチレン/アルキル(メタ)アクリレート共重合体,製造社:DuPont、製品名:Elvaloy(登録商標)AC1330)を使用した。
ビスフェノール−Aジホスフェート(製造社:Yoke Chemical、製品名:BDP)を使用した。
上記各構成成分を下記表1および2に記載した通りの含有量で添加した後、240℃で押出してペレットを製造した。押出はL/D=36、直径45mmの二軸押出機を使用し、製造されたペレットは80℃で3時間以上乾燥した後、6Oz射出機(成形温度230℃,金型温度:60℃)で射出して試験片を製造した。製造された試験片に対して、下記の方法で物性を評価し、その結果を下記表1および2に示した。
(1)耐衝撃性の評価:ASTM D256−10e1に基づいて、1/8”厚の試験片のノッチアイゾット衝撃強度(単位:kgf・cm/cm)を測定した。
Claims (10)
- ポリカーボネート樹脂 約100重量部;
シラン化合物で表面処理されたマイカ 約20重量部〜約60重量部;
下記化学式1で表される繰り返し単位および下記式2で表される繰り返し単位を含む変性ポリオレフィン約0.1重量部〜約20重量部;ならびに
リン系難燃剤 約3重量部〜約20重量部;を含むことを特徴とする、熱可塑性樹脂組成物:
前記化学式2において、R1は、水素原子またはメチル基であり、Yは−COOR2(R2は炭素数1〜12のアルキル基)、グリシジル変性エステル基、アリレート基、またはニトリル基である。 - 前記マイカは、平均粒径が約60μm〜約300μmであり、断面のアスペクト比(aspect ratio)が約50〜約150であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記変性オレフィンは、前記化学式1で表される繰り返し単位約50重量%〜約95重量%および前記化学式2で表される繰り返し単位約5重量%〜約50重量%を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記リン系難燃剤は、ホスフェート化合物、ホスホネート化合物、ホスフィナート化合物、ホスフィンオキシド化合物およびホスファゼン化合物中の1種以上を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記マイカおよび前記変性ポリオレフィンの重量比は、約3:約1〜約40:約1であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、ASTM D256−10e1に基づいて測定した1/8”厚の試験片のノッチアイゾット衝撃強度が約3kgf・cm/cm〜約30kgf・cm/cmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、ASTM D790に基づいて、6.4mm厚の試験片を使用して2.8mm/minの速度で測定した曲げ弾性率が約60,000kgf/cm2〜約90,000kgf/cm2であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、UL−94 vertical test方法で測定した1.5mm厚の試験片の難燃性がV−0以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、成形温度260℃、金型温度60℃、射出圧1,500kgf/cm2および射出速度120mm/sの条件で、厚さ2mmのスパイラル(spiral)形態の金型で射出成形した後、測定した試験片のスパイラルフロー(spiral flow)の長さが約250mm〜約300mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物から形成されることを特徴とする、成形品。
