Abstract
Description

主に天然繊維を含む第1層が提供され、および
合成繊維または粒子を含む第2層が提供され、

ここで、前記第1層および前記第2層は、発泡成形プロセスで成形され、共に接合され、前記第1層および前記第2層は重なり合う関係で配置され、前記第2層は前記繊維製品にヒートシール特性を与えることが可能である、方法。 - 前記第1層は、第1組成物を有する第1スラッシュからウェブに成形され、
前記第2層は、第2組成物を有する第2スラッシュから、第1層によって成形されるウェブ上に施され、多層ウェブを成形し、
前記第1組成物は、前記第2組成物とは異なり、前記第1層および前記第2層の少なくとも一方、好ましくは両方は、発泡成形によって成形される、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第1層および第2層は、好ましくは多層ヘッドボックスを使用して、発泡成形プロセスにおいて成形され、共に接合される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記第1層は、第1固形分を有するウェブ中に成形され、
前記ウェブは、前記ウェブの前記固形分を増加させるために乾燥され、第2固形分を有する改質ウェブを提供し、
前記第2層は、前記改質ウェブに施される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記第1層は、第1固形分を有するウェブに成形され、
前記ウェブの前記固形分を増加させて、第2固形分を有する改質ウェブを提供するために、前記ウェブは、プレスセクションでプレスされ、シリンダーセクションでシリンダー乾燥され、またはそれらの組み合わせを施され、
第2層は、前記改質ウェブに施される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記第1層に前記第2層を施す前に、15〜35重量%、特に20〜35重量%の乾燥物含量を有する改質第1層を、乾燥することによって提供することを含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2層は、発泡体の形態で前記改質ウェブ上に施される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1層および前記第2層によって成形された前記多層ウェブは、多層繊維製品を製造するために乾燥される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記多層ウェブの乾燥は、非接触乾燥により行われる、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 乾燥は、真空乾燥、熱風乾燥、通風乾燥、遠赤外線乾燥およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの方法によって行われる、請求項8または9に記載の方法。
- 前記第1層は、セルロースおよびリグノセルロース繊維ならびにそれらの組み合わせから選択される天然繊維を含む第1スラッシュから成形され、特に前記第1スラッシュは、一年生または多年生の植物、特に木材から得られるセルロースまたはリグノセルロース繊維のそれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2層は、ポリアクチド、グリコール酸ポリマー、ポリオレフィン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリエステル、ポリアミド、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリブチレンサクシネートまたはバイコンポーネント(bico)繊維または粒子およびそれらの組み合わせ、二成分から選択される熱可塑性繊維または粒子を含む第2スラッシュから成形され、特に前記第2スラッシュは、ポリアクチドまたはポリアクチド−ポリブチレンサクシネート繊維などの生分解性熱可塑性繊維を含む、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2層は、最大10dtex、好ましくは最大5dtex、例えば1〜5dtexなどの繊度、および1〜50mm、好ましくは1〜12mm、たとえば6〜12mmの平均長さを有する熱可塑性繊維を含む第2スラッシュから成形される、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1スラッシュは、天然繊維に加えて、固形分から計算して0.1〜15重量%の、界面活性剤、結合剤およびそれらの組み合わせから選択される添加剤をもまた含む、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2層は、合成繊維に加えて、固形分含有量から計算して0.1〜15重量%の、界面活性剤、結合剤およびそれらの組み合わせから選択される添加剤を含む第2スラッシュから成形される、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1スラッシュまたは第2スラッシュまたはその両方は、デンプンまたは化工デンプンまたは誘導体、キトサン、アルギン酸塩などの天然バインダーおよび生体高分子、または酢酸ビニルおよびアクリレートラテックスまたはポリウレタンまたはSB−ラテックス、ポリビニルアルコールまたはポリ酢酸ビニルなどの合成バインダー、またはこれらのバインダーまたはコポリマーの任意の混合物の群から選択される、少なくとも1つのバインダーを備え、特に熱可塑性バインダーを備える、請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1層または前記第2層またはその両方は、バインダーで含浸される、請求項1から16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1層は、前記第1層の前記繊維の総重量から計算して、50重量%を超え最大100重量%までの天然繊維を備える、請求項1から17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2層は、前記第2層の繊維、熱可塑性繊維および/または粒子の総重量から計算して、最大100%、例えば50〜100%、51〜99重量%などを備える、請求項1から18のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から19のいずれか一項に記載の方法により得られる、繊維包装、繊維シートまたは繊維ウェブなどの多層繊維製品であって、
主に天然繊維で作られたベース層と、
前記ベース層に配置されたヒートシール層と、を備え、
前記ヒートシール層は、主に熱可塑性合成繊維または粒子からなることを特徴とする、製品。 - ヒートシール層は、最大10dtex、好ましくは最大5dtex、例えば1〜5dtexの繊度を有し、および平均長さが1〜12mm、好ましくは1〜12mm、たとえば6〜12mmである、主に生分解性熱可塑性繊維からなる、請求項20に記載の製品。
- 前記ヒートシール層の坪量は、10g/m2以下、有利には1〜4g/m2であり、前記ベース層の坪量は、好ましくは20〜100g/m2、たとえば、30〜70g/m2、特に20〜40g/m2である、請求項20または21に記載の製品。
- 前記ベース層の前記ヒートシール層の反対側の表面に、疎水性を有する繊維層が配置されている、請求項20から22のいずれか一項に記載の製品。
- 前記ベース層および前記ヒートシール層の両方が同じ熱可塑性バインダーを備え、適切には前記層の上または中に均一に広げられている、請求項20から23のいずれか一項に記載の製品。
- 前記製品は、前記シートがヒートシールによってそれ自体または別のシートに取り付けられている領域に少なくとも1つの縫目領域を備える場合、包装を成形するために折り畳まれた少なくとも1つのシートを備える、請求項20から24のいずれか一項に記載の製品。
- 請求項20から25のいずれか一項に記載の製品の、ヒートシールまたはヒートシームされた包装材料としての使用。
