5≧第2曲率半径/第1曲率半径>1。
[数式2]
6,000mm≧第2曲率半径−第1曲率半径≧100mm。
ガラス100wt%あたり、SiO2 61wt%、Al2O3 16wt%、MgO 3wt%、CaO 8wt%以下、およびSrO 0.05wt%を含み、0.5mmの厚さを有する無アルカリガラスを薄板ガラスとして用意し、ガラス100wt%あたり、SiO2 72wt%、Al2O3 0.15wt%、Na2O 14wt%、K2O 0.03wt%、およびCaO 9wt%、およびMgO 4wt%を含み、2.0mmの厚さを有するソーダライムガラスを厚板ガラスとして用意した。また、合わせフィルムとして0.5mmの厚さを有するポリビニルブチラールフィルムを用意した。前記無アルカリガラスの弾性係数は78GPa、ビッカース硬度は6.3GPa、破壊靭性は1.20MPa・m1/2であり、前記ソーダライムガラスの弾性係数は72GPa、ビッカース硬度は5.6GPa、破壊靭性は0.85MPa・m1/2であった。
厚板ガラスを下記表1のような曲率半径(R1)を有する曲面厚板ガラスに成形し、薄板ガラスを下記表1のような曲率半径(R2)を有する曲面薄板ガラスに成形したことを除き、前記実施例1と同様の方法で曲面合わせガラスを製造した。製造された曲面合わせガラスの曲率半径は、曲面厚板ガラスの曲率半径とほぼ同一であった。
厚板ガラスを下記表1のような曲率半径(R1)を有する曲面厚板ガラスに成形し、板状の薄板ガラス上に合わせフィルム、曲面厚板ガラスを位置させ、前記実施例1と同様の方法で板状の薄板ガラスを弾性変形させた。
厚板ガラスを下記表1のような曲率半径(R1)を有する曲面厚板ガラスに成形し、薄板ガラスを下記表1のような曲率半径(R2)を有する曲面薄板ガラスに成形したことを除き、前記実施例1と同様の方法で曲面薄板ガラスを弾性変形させた。

Claims (10)
- 板状の薄板ガラスを加熱成形して、第2曲率半径を有する曲面薄板ガラスを製造するステップと、
第1曲率半径を有する曲面厚板ガラスの凹面と前記曲面薄板ガラスの凸面との間に合わせフィルムまたは粘着剤を備えるステップと、
前記曲面薄板ガラスを弾性変形させて、前記曲面厚板ガラスの凹面に整合されるように接合するステップと、を含み、
前記第1曲率半径および第2曲率半径は、下記数式1を満足する曲面合わせガラスの製造方法:

5≧第2曲率半径/第1曲率半径>1。 - 前記第1曲率半径および第2曲率半径は、下記数式2を満足する、請求項1に記載の曲面合わせガラスの製造方法:

6,000mm≧第2曲率半径−第1曲率半径≧100mm。 - 前記曲面厚板ガラスと前記曲面薄板ガラスとが接合された曲面合わせガラスを80℃以上140℃以下の温度で熱処理するステップをさらに含む、請求項1または2に記載の曲面合わせガラスの製造方法。
- 前記曲面薄板ガラスは弾性変形して、500mm以上8,000mm以下の曲率半径を有する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の曲面合わせガラスの製造方法。
- 前記曲面厚板ガラスと前記曲面薄板ガラスの厚さ比は、1:0.1〜1:0.5である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の曲面合わせガラスの製造方法。
- 前記板状の薄板ガラスの厚さは、0.3mm以上1.0mm以下である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の曲面合わせガラスの製造方法。
- 前記曲面厚板ガラスおよび前記曲面薄板ガラスは、単曲面または複曲面を有する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の曲面合わせガラスの製造方法。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法で製造される曲面合わせガラス。
- 曲率半径が500mm以上8,000mm以下である、請求項8に記載の曲面合わせガラス。
- 前記曲面合わせガラスに含まれる前記曲面薄板ガラスの残留応力は、350MPa以下である、請求項8または9に記載の曲面合わせガラス。
