Claims (14)
- 車両を運転することが可能なユーザによって使用されることを意図した光学装置であって、
a.少なくとも制御可能な可変色調レンズと、
b.コントローラと、
を備え、
前記コントローラが、前記光学装置を少なくとも2つの異なるモードの間で切り替えるように構成されており、少なくとも1つのモードが運転モードであり、且つ、前記光学装置が前記運転モードにあるとき、前記レンズの制御パラメータ、好ましくは、前記レンズの最小透過率が、少なくとも1つの運転基準を満たしている、光学装置。 - 前記コントローラが、運転状態を検出するための手段とインタフェースされるように構成される、請求項1に記載の光学装置。
- 前記運転状態を検出するための手段が、飛行時間型のセンサ、慣性測定装置、GPS、自動車によって発せられた通信信号を認識するための手段、風景分析手段、複数の周囲光センサ、及び/若しくはUVセンサ、又は任意のこれらの組み合わせの中で選ばれる、請求項2に記載の光学装置。
- 前記運転状態を検出するための手段が、少なくとも1つの周囲光センサと組み合わせられたUVセンサを備える、請求項3に記載の光学装置。
- 前記コントローラが、前記運転モードと、前記少なくとも2つの異なるモードのうちのもう1つのモードとの間で切り替えるように、手動でトリガされるように構成される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の光学装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの運転基準が、前記レンズの前記最小透過率が閾値を厳密に上回っていること、好ましくは、8%を厳密に上回っていることを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の光学装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの運転基準が、前記レンズの前記最小透過率が閾値であって、外部光度に応じて異なっている前記閾値を厳密に上回っていること、好ましくは、夜間で75%を厳密に上回っていることを含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の光学装置。
- 前記運転基準が、Q信号係数が閾値を上回っていることを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の光学装置。
- 前記制御可能な可変色調レンズが、エレクトロクロミックレンズである、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の光学装置。
- 前記制御可能な可変色調レンズが、液晶レンズである、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の光学装置。
- 前記コントローラが、運転状態の変化の後に、好ましくは、光度の変化の後に、より好ましくは、トンネルによって起こった光度の変化の後に、前記レンズの特性を変更するように構成される、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の光学装置。
- 制御可能な可変色調レンズであって、少なくとも2つの異なるモードの間で前記レンズを切り替えることが可能なコントローラとインタフェースされるように構成されており、少なくとも1つのモードが運転モードであり、且つ、前記レンズが運転モードにあるとき、前記レンズの最小透過率が少なくとも1つの運転基準を満たしている、制御可能な可変色調レンズ。
- 運転モードに関するデータを受信すると、前記レンズの透過率を制御して、少なくとも1つの運転基準を満たす前記レンズの最小透過率を設定するステップを含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の光学装置の利用方法。
- コンピュータプログラムであって、プロセッサによって実行される場合は常に、請求項13に記載の方法を実行するための命令を含むコンピュータプログラム。
