本発明は、一般に、複合材料部品、特に航空エンジンブレードを製造する際に使用するための繊維強化材またはプリフォームを構成するのに適した繊維構造体を製造することに適用され、この部品は、繊維構造体をマトリックスで緻密化することによって得られる。比較的低い温度、典型的には300℃までで使用される複合材料の場合、マトリックスは、典型的には、樹脂、または、熱構造である複合材料を製造する場合には、炭素またはセラミック、例えば、炭化ケイ素のような耐火材料である。
Claims (12)
- 多層三次元織りによって連結された複数の緯糸層および経糸層を有する繊維構造体(200)であって、繊維構造体(200)は、経糸方向に隣接する少なくとも第1および第2の部分(203および204)を有し、第1の部分(203)は、経糸および緯糸方向に垂直な方向に、第2の部分(204)の厚さよりも大きい厚さを呈し、第1の部分(203)がそのコア(2031)に模紗織格子の形態で経糸および緯糸を三次元織りによって得られる少なくとも1つの繊維織物(ML)を有することと、前記少なくとも1つの織物(ML)が第1の部分(203)の表面に存在する2つのスキン(2032;2033)の間に存在することと、前記少なくとも1つの織物(ML)が前記織物に局部的に偏向される前記スキンに属する経糸(C3;C16)によって、スキン(2032;2033)に連結されることと、を特徴とする、繊維構造体。
- 模紗織繊維織物(ML)が、経糸および緯糸方向に垂直な方向に、第2の部分(204)に向かって減少する厚さを呈示する、請求項1に記載の繊維構造体(200)。
- 第1および第2の部分(203および204)が、前記第1および第2の部分の間で連続的に織られた同じ数の経糸を有し、第1の部分(203)が、そのコア内に、第2の部分(204)のコア内に存在する経糸層の数よりも多い数の経糸層を含む、請求項1または2に記載の繊維構造体(200)。
- 第1の部分(203)が、そのコア内に、第2の部分(204)のコア内に存在する経糸層の数の2倍に等しい数の経糸層を含む、請求項3に記載の繊維構造体(200)。
- 構造(200)が炭素糸またはセラミック材料糸を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の繊維構造体(200)。
- マトリックスにより緻密化された繊維強化材を含み、前記繊維強化材が、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の繊維構造体(200)により構成される複合材料部品(10)。
- 前記部品(10)がタービンブレードに相当し、繊維構造体の第1部分(203)は繊維強化材のブレード根元部(103)を構成する、請求項6に記載の部品(10)。
- 複数の緯糸と経糸との間の多層三次元織りによって繊維構造体(200)を製造する方法にして、繊維構造体(200)は、経糸方向に隣接する少なくとも第1および第2の部分(203,204)を有し、第1の部分(203)は、経糸および緯糸方向に垂直な方向に、第2の部分(204)の厚さよりも大きい厚さを呈する方法であって、第1の部分(203)が、経糸層および緯糸層を三次元織りするステップによって作製され、該ステップでは、繊維織物(ML)が、第1の部分の表面でスキン(2032;2033)と一緒に、第1の部分(203)のコア(2031)内に模紗織格子の形態で形成され、スキン(2032;2033)の織物は、前記スキン(2032;2033)から特定の経糸(C3;C16)を偏向させるように、且つそれらを模紗織織物(ML)と一緒に織るように、局所的に変化されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 模紗織の織物(ML)が、経糸および緯糸方向に垂直な方向において、第2の部分(204)に向かって減少する厚さを呈示する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 第1および第2の部分(203および204)が、第1および第2の部分(203および204)の間で連続的に織られた同じ数の経糸を有し、第1の部分(203)が、そのコア内に、第2の部分(204)のコア内に存在する経糸層の数よりも多い数の経糸層を含む、請求項8または9に記載の方法。
- 第1の部分(203)が、そのコア内に、第2の部分(204)のコア内に存在する経糸層の数の2倍に等しい数の経糸層を含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
