Abstract
Description
a)本発明によるマイクロニードルシステムを皮膚に固定する工程、
b)PVPとHBsAgとの製剤を含むマイクロニードルアレイを皮膚内に貫入させる工程
を含む方法に関する。
本発明によるマイクロニードルの製造については、McCrudden MT、Alkilani AZ、McCrudden CM、McAlister E、McCarthy HO、Woolfson ADら、Design and physicochemical characterisation of novel dissolving polymeric microneedle arrays for transdermal delivery of high dose,low molecular weight drugs.J Control Release.2014年;180巻:71〜80頁のような既知の方法を適用することができる。
Claims (11)
- 肝炎ワクチン接種の皮内適用における使用のための、ポリビニルピロリドンとHBsAgとの製剤を含むマイクロニードルアレイ。
- HBsAgの含量は、0.1μg〜100μg/マイクロニードルアレイである、請求項1に記載の使用のためのポリビニルピロリドンとHBsAgとの製剤を含むマイクロニードルアレイ。
- 製剤は、二糖、非イオン性界面活性剤および多価アルコールを含む、請求項1または2に記載の使用のためのポリビニルピロリドンとHBsAgとの製剤を含むマイクロニードルアレイ。
- 製剤は、トレハロースおよび/またはポリソルベートおよび/またはグリセロールを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の使用のためのポリビニルピロリドンとHBsAgとの製剤を含むマイクロニードルアレイ。
- 肝炎ワクチン接種の皮内適用における使用のための、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のポリビニルピロリドンとHBsAgとの製剤を含むマイクロニードルアレイを有する、製品、特に医薬製品。
- 製剤は、95重量%までのポリビニルピロリドンならびにさらなる助剤および添加剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の肝炎ワクチン接種の皮内適用における使用のためのマイクロニードルアレイまたは薬剤。
- 製剤は、95重量%までのポリビニルピロリドンおよび0.1重量%〜50重量%のトレハロースを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の肝炎ワクチン接種の皮内適用における使用のためのマイクロニードルアレイまたは製品。
- 製剤は、95重量%までのポリビニルピロリドンおよび0.01重量%〜10重量%のポリソルベートを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の肝炎ワクチン接種の皮内適用における使用のためのマイクロニードルアレイまたは製品。
- 製剤は、95重量%までのポリビニルピロリドンおよび0.1重量%〜10重量%のグリセロールを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の肝炎ワクチン接種の皮内適用における使用のためのマイクロニードルアレイまたは製品。
- アプリケーターが使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の肝炎ワクチン接種の皮内適用における使用のためのマイクロニードルアレイまたは製品。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のポリビニルピロリドンとHBsAgとの製剤を含むマイクロニードルアレイを有する、HBsAg抗原のワクチン接種の皮内適用を実行する方法。
