Description
Claims (17)
- パンチングプレス(1)を取り付けるためのばねダンパ要素(2)であって、第1の流体チャンバ(4)及び第2の流体チャンバ(5)を有する油圧ダンパユニット(3)であって、意図する動作においては、該ばねダンパ要素(2)の圧縮中に、作動液が前記第1の流体チャンバ(4)から絞り地点(6)を介して前記第2の流体チャンバ(5)内に変位する、油圧ダンパユニット(3)、並びに、前記第1の流体チャンバ(4)と前記第2の流体チャンバ(5)との間に配置される過負荷弁(7)であって、前記第1の流体チャンバ(4)内が特定の流体圧力に達するか、又は、前記第1の流体チャンバ(4)と前記第2の流体チャンバ(5)との間が特定の圧力差に達すると、バイパス(8)を開いて開放し、該バイパス(8)を介して、作動液は次に、前記第1の流体チャンバ(4)から前記絞り地点(6)をバイパスして前記第2の流体チャンバ(5)内に流れる、過負荷弁(7)を有し、該ばねダンパ要素(2)は、意図されたように設置される場合、前記過負荷弁(7)が開く前記流体圧力又は前記圧力差をそれぞれ調整可能であるように設計されている、ばねダンパ要素。
- 前記油圧ダンパユニット(3)は、前記意図する動作において、前記ばねダンパ要素(2)の跳ね返り中に、作動液が、前記第2の流体チャンバ(5)から、前記絞り地点(6)の断面よりも広い流れ断面を介して、前記第1の流体チャンバ(4)内に流れて戻るように設計されている、請求項1に記載のばねダンパ要素(2)。
- 前記過負荷弁(7)が開く前記流体圧力又は前記圧力差は、特にツールを用いることなく、無段階に又は段階的にそれぞれ調整可能である、請求項1又は2に記載のばねダンパ要素(2)。
- 前記過負荷弁(7)が開く前記流体圧力又は前記圧力差は、それぞれ手動で調整可能であるか、及び/又は、制御システムを介して自動的に調整可能である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のばねダンパ要素(2)。
- 前記過負荷弁(7)が開く前記流体圧力又は前記圧力差は、前記意図する動作中にそれぞれ調整可能である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のばねダンパ要素(2)。
- 前記過負荷弁(7)が開く前記流体圧力又は前記圧力差は、それぞれ実質的にゼロに調整可能であるか、又は、前記過負荷弁(7)は、開状態にすることができる、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のばねダンパ要素(2)。
- 前記油圧ダンパユニット(3)は、前記第1の流体チャンバ(4)と前記第2の流体チャンバ(5)との間に配置される切り換え可能なバイパス弁(9)を備え、該切り換え可能なバイパス弁(9)は、開状態ではバイパス(10)を開放し、該バイパス(10)を介して、前記ばねダンパ要素(2)の圧縮中に、作動液が、前記第1の流体チャンバ(4)から前記絞り地点(6)をバイパスして前記第2の流体チャンバ(5)内に流れ、また前記バイパス(10)を介して、前記ばねダンパ要素(2)の跳ね返り中に、作動液が前記第2の流体チャンバ(5)から前記第1の流体チャンバ(4)内に流れる、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のばねダンパ要素(2)。
- 前記過負荷弁(7)が開く前記流体圧力又は前記圧力差をそれぞれ調整する空気圧シリンダ(11)を備え、該空気圧シリンダ(11)は、前記意図する動作中に特定の空気圧に晒される、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のばねダンパ要素(2)。
- 前記過負荷弁(7)が開く前記流体圧力又は前記圧力差をそれぞれ調整する1つ又は複数の弁ばね(13)に作用するねじスピンドル(12)を備える、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のばねダンパ要素(2)。
- パンチングプレス(1)を取り付けるための、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の前記ばねダンパ要素(2)の使用。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のばねダンパ要素(2)に取り付けられるパンチングプレス(1)を動作させる方法であって、前記プレス(1)は、異なる意図する動作状態の間に、前記ばねダンパ要素(2)の前記過負荷弁(7)が開く前記流体圧力又は前記圧力差の異なる設定でそれぞれ動作させる、方法。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のばねダンパ要素(2)に取り付けられるパンチングプレス(1)を動作させる方法であって、前記ばねダンパ要素(2)の前記過負荷弁(7)が開く前記流体圧力又は前記圧力差の前記設定はそれぞれ、前記パンチングプレス(1)が前記ばねダンパ要素(2)において振動する振幅を変化させるように、前記パンチングプレス(1)の前記意図する動作中に変更される、特に請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記ばねダンパ要素(2)の前記過負荷弁(7)が開く前記流体圧力又は前記圧力差の前記設定はそれぞれ、前記パンチングプレス(1)が前記ばねダンパ要素(2)において特定の振幅で、特に、最大限の許容可能な振幅で振動するように変更される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記振幅は、特に1つ又は複数の距離測定センサ(14)によって測定され、前記ばねダンパ要素(2)の前記過負荷弁(7)が開く前記流体圧力又は前記圧力差の調整はそれぞれ、前記パンチングプレス(1)が前記ばねダンパ要素(2)において所望の振幅で振動するように、機械コントローラによって自動的に調節される、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記振幅は、各ばねダンパ要素(2)について別個に測定され、その過負荷弁(7)が開く前記流体圧力又は前記圧力差の調整はそれぞれ制御される、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記ばねダンパ要素(2)の前記過負荷弁(7)が開く前記流体圧力又は前記圧力差の調整はそれぞれ、特定の空気圧に晒される空気圧シリンダ(11)によって行われる、請求項11〜15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ばねダンパ要素(2)の前記過負荷弁(7)が開く前記流体圧力又は前記圧力差の調整はそれぞれ、1つ又は複数の弁ばね(13)に作用するねじスピンドル(12)によって行われる、請求項11〜15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
