Abstract
Description

Claims (28)
- エネルギー貯蔵装置の電極膜混合物を形成するための装置であって、
ポリマー分散液を含み、該ポリマー分散液は、ポリマーバインダーと、臨界または超臨界の流体とを含み、該ポリマーバインダーは、エネルギー貯蔵装置の電極膜混合物の第1成分である第1供給源と、
前記エネルギー貯蔵装置の電極膜混合物の第2成分を含む第2供給源と、
前記ポリマー分散液および前記第2成分を受け取り、前記ポリマー分散液および前記第2成分を含むスラリーを形成するように構成されるミキサーと、
前記スラリーを受け取って減圧するように構成され、さらに前記臨界または超臨界の流体を蒸発させて、乾燥ポリマーバインダーを第2成分上に堆積させるように構成された減圧器とを含む

- 前記第2成分が、炭素を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。

- 前記第2成分が、リチウム金属酸化物を含む、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記活性電極材料は、硫黄および硫黄を含む材料のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記流体が超臨界二酸化炭素を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ポリマー分散液が、前記流体中のポリマーバインダーの溶液を含む、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記ポリマーバインダーが、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。

- エネルギー貯蔵装置の電極膜混合物を形成する方法であって、
臨界または超臨界の流体に分散されたポリマーバインダーを含み、該ポリマーバインダーは、エネルギー貯蔵の装置の電極膜混合物の第1成分である、ポリマー分散液を提供することと、
エネルギー貯蔵装置の電極膜混合物の第2成分を提供することと、
ポリマー分散液および第2成分を含むスラリーを形成することと、
臨界または超臨界流体を蒸発させ、乾燥ポリマーバインダーを第2成分上に堆積させるためにスラリーを減圧することを含む
エネルギー貯蔵装置の電極製造方法。 - 前記第2成分が、粒子を含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記乾燥ポリマーバインダーで前記第2成分をコーティングすることをさらに含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記第2成分が、炭素を含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記第2成分が、電極の活性材料を含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記活性材料が、グラファイトを含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記活性材料が、リチウム金属酸化物を含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記活性材料が、硫黄および硫黄を含む材料のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーバインダーが、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)を含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記流体が超臨界二酸化炭素である、請求項15に記載の方法。

- 前記ポリマーバインダーを堆積させることが、前記第2成分を乾燥ポリマーバインダーでコーティングすることを含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
