Abstract
Description
試作をパイロット抄紙機で行って、MFCフィルムを生産した。ミクロフィブリル化(MFC)懸濁物に加えて、ウェットエンドデンプンを含む保持系、カチオン性多糖、保持化学物質及び湿潤強度化学物質を使用した(参考試験ポイントKP4.1)。加えて、5kg/tのセルラーゼ又は10kg/tのキシラナーゼの形態での酵素を、それぞれKP5及びKP6で抄紙機の循環水へ投与した。
MFCフィルムKP4.1、KP5及びKP6を実施例1におけるものと同じように生産し、25g/m2の低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)により押出しでポリエチレンコーティングした。
MFCフィルムKP4.1、KP5及びKP6の油及びグリースへの耐性を、修飾したASTM F119−82方法に従って試験した。鶏脂をグリースとして使用し、試験を60℃でオーブン中で遂行した。
Claims (19)
- フィルムを製造する方法であって、
ミクロフィブリル化セルロースを含む懸濁物を提供するステップと、
前記懸濁物へ酵素を添加するステップと、
前記酵素を前記懸濁物と混合して混合物を形成するステップと、
前記混合物をワイヤーへ適用して繊維ウェブを形成するステップと、
前記ウェブを乾燥して前記フィルムを形成ステップと、
を含む、上記方法。 - 前記酵素が、セルラーゼ、キシラナーゼ及び/又はマンナナーゼ等のセルロース及び/又はヘミセルロースを分解する酵素である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記酵素が、20000CMU/gを超える活性を備えたセルラーゼ及び/又は20000nkat/mlを超える活性を備えたキシラナーゼである、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記ミクロフィブリル化セルロースが生来のものである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記酵素が添加される場合の前記懸濁物の温度が、30〜70℃の間である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ワイヤーへ適用される前に、少なくとも5分、好ましくは少なくとも15分、又はさらにより好ましくは少なくとも30分の期間の間、混合物が保存される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記混合物の乾燥含有量が重量で0.01〜0.5%の間である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が、前記酵素の添加の前に、ミクロフィブリル化セルロースを含む前記懸濁物を機械的に処理するステップをさらに含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維ウェブが前記ワイヤー上で脱水される、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。

- 前記フィルムが、23℃で50%の相対湿度で及び/又は38℃での85%の相対湿度で、ASTM D−3985に従って、0.1〜300cc/m2/24時間の範囲中の酸素透過率を有する、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記懸濁物が、前記懸濁物中の全量の有機材料で、50〜100重量%の間のミクロフィブリル化セルロースを含む、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記フィルムが、ミクロフィブリル化セルロースを含み、23℃で50%の相対湿度で及び/又は38℃での85%の相対湿度で、ASTM D−3985に従って測定された、0.1〜300cc/m2/24時間の範囲中の酸素透過率を有する、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に従って生産されるフィルム。
- 前記フィルムが、100g/m2未満、好ましくは10〜100g/m2の間の坪量を有する、請求項16に記載のフィルム。
