を含む組成物の使用について記述する。

上に示すように、本発明に従って使用される組成物は、少なくとも、
- 規格ASTM D445に準拠して100℃において測定して、1.5〜8.0mm2/秒の動粘度を有する、ポリアルファオレフィンから選択される70%〜90質量%の基油又は基油の混合、並びに
- エステルポリマー;スチレン、ブタジエン及びイソプレンの直鎖状又は星形、水素化された若しくは水素化されていないホモポリマー又はコポリマー;ポリアクリレート;直鎖状又は櫛形ポリメタクリレート(PMA)、及びオレフィンコポリマー、特にエチレン/プロピレンコポリマー
から選択される1種又は複数の増粘ポリマーを含む。
本発明による組成物は、ポリアルファオレフィンから選択される1種又は複数の基油によって形成され、かつ規格ASTM D445に準拠して100℃において測定して、1.5〜8mm2/秒、特に1.5〜6.1mm2/秒、とりわけ1.5〜4.1mm2/秒、更にとりわけ1.5〜2.1mm2/秒の動粘度を有する、流動性基剤を用いる。
本発明に従って使用される組成物は、増粘ポリマーとして公知の1種又は複数のポリマーを更に含む。

本発明による組成物に組み込まれてもよい添加剤は、摩擦調整剤、洗浄剤、抗摩耗添加剤、極圧添加剤、分散剤、酸化防止剤、流動点向上剤、消泡剤、及びそれらの混合物から選択され得る。
上に示したように、冷却及び潤滑の観点で組み合わせた性質によって、上記の組成物は、電気車両又はハイブリッド車両の駆動システム用の潤滑剤としても又冷却流体としても使用され得る。
本発明による潤滑組成物(CL)、及び比較組成物(CC)の調製
下の表1に示すように、生成物の性質及び量(質量パーセントとして表す)に応じて、組成物の様々な成分を混合した。
本発明による組成物の熱的性質の測定
流体の熱的性質を測定する1つの方法は、流体の熱交換係数(単位表面積及び温度当たりの熱伝達)の測定からなる。熱交換係数が高ければ高いほど流体はよい冷却性を有する。

Claims (10)
- 電気車両又はハイブリッド車両の駆動システムを冷却及び潤滑するための、規格ASTM D445に準拠して100℃において測定して3〜10mm2/秒(cSt)の範囲の動粘度を有する組成物の使用であって、前記組成物が、少なくとも、
- 規格ASTM D445に準拠して100℃において測定して1.5〜8mm2/秒の動粘度を有し、かつポリアルファオレフィンから選択される70質量%〜90質量%の基油又は基油の混合物、並びに
- エステルポリマー;スチレン、ブタジエン、及びイソプレンの線状又は星形の、水素化された若しくは水素化されていないホモポリマー又はコポリマー;ポリアクリレート;線状又は櫛形ポリメタクリレート;及びオレフィンコポリマー、特にエチレン/プロピレンコポリマーから選択される少なくとも1種の増粘ポリマー
を含む組成物の使用。 - 前記組成物が、規格ASTM D445に準拠して100℃で測定して3〜9mm2/秒の範囲の動粘度を有する、請求項1に記載の使用。
- 前記増粘ポリマーが、櫛形ポリメタクリレート;スチレン、ブタジエン、及びイソプレンの水素化星形コポリマー;及びそれらの混合物から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の使用。
