Abstract
Description
(a)初期縮合物を得るために、少なくとも1種のテトラキスヒドロキシアルキルホスホニウム化合物を、NH3と、または少なくとも1つのNH2もしくは少なくとも2つのNH基を含み、好ましくは尿素、チオ尿素、ビウレット、メラミン、エチレン尿素、グアニジンおよびジシアンジアミドの群から選択される少なくとも1種の窒素化合物と反応させるステップであって、テトラキスヒドロキシアルキルホスホニウム化合物と窒素化合物のモル比が、1:(0.05〜2.0)の範囲、好ましくは1:(0.5〜1.5)の範囲、特に好ましくは1:(0.65〜1.2)の範囲である、ステップと、
(b)プロセスステップ(a)で得られた初期縮合物を、アンモニアの助けにより架橋させるステップと、
(c)酸化剤を添加することによって、ステップ(b)で得られた架橋ポリマーを酸化させて、難燃剤を得るステップと
を含む方法であって、
ステップ(b)において、ステップ(a)からの初期縮合物およびアンモニアを、反応器ハウジングによって包囲された反応器空間内の共通衝突地点上に、ノズルによってそれぞれ噴射することを特徴とする、方法によって、達成される。
− 前述のようにして製造したテトラキスヒドロキシアルキルホスホニウム化合物からのポリマーを提供するステップと、
− それをセルロース系紡糸ドープと混合するステップであり、水性分散系の形態にあるテトラキスヒドロキシアルキルホスホニウム化合物からのポリマーが、セルロースに対して5重量%〜50重量%の量で存在する、ステップと、
− 紡糸ドープを紡糸口金を通して紡糸浴中へ紡糸し、フィラメントを形成するステップと、
− フィラメントを延伸するステップと、
− フィラメントを沈殿させるステップと、
− 洗浄、漂白および仕上げによって後処理するステップと
を含む、方法に関する。
初期縮合物の生成は、オーストリア特許出願公開第510909号と同様に実施され、テトラキスヒドロキシメチルホスホニウムクロライド(THPC)が、尿素との反応のための出発成分として、テトラキスヒドロキシメチルホスホニウム硫酸塩の代わりに使用される。

Claims (19)
- NH3、あるいは少なくとも1つのNH2もしくは少なくとも2つのNH基またはNH3を含む少なくとも1種の窒素化合物を含む酸化ポリマーの、テトラキスヒドロキシアルキルホスホニウム化合物からの製造方法であって、
(a)初期縮合物を得るために、少なくとも1種のテトラキスヒドロキシアルキルホスホニウム化合物を、NH3または少なくとも1種の窒素化合物と反応させるステップであって、テトラキスヒドロキシアルキルホスホニウム化合物と窒素化合物のモル比が、1:(0.05〜2.0)の範囲、好ましくは1:(0.5〜1.5)の範囲、特に好ましくは1:(0.65〜1.2)の範囲である、ステップと、
(b)プロセスステップ(a)で得られた初期縮合物を、アンモニアの助けにより架橋させて、架橋ポリマーを形成するステップと、
(c)酸化剤を添加することによって、ステップ(b)で得られた架橋ポリマーを酸化させて、酸化ポリマーを得るステップと
を含み、
ステップ(b)において、ステップ(a)からの初期縮合物およびアンモニアを、反応器ハウジングによって包囲された反応器空間内の共通衝突地点上に、ノズルによってそれぞれ噴射することを特徴とする、方法。 - ステップ(b)で、ステップ(a)からの初期縮合物およびアンモニアが、反応器ハウジングによって包囲された反応器空間内の共通衝突地点上に、ノズルによってそれぞれ噴射され、結果として得られる生成物が、生成物およびガス出口側の陰圧によって、開口部(2)を通して反応器ハウジングから除去されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ステップ(b)で、ステップ(a)からの初期縮合物およびアンモニアが、反応器ハウジングによって包囲された反応器空間内の共通衝突地点上に、ノズルによってそれぞれ噴射され、ガス、蒸発液体、冷却液または冷却ガスが、反応器の内部、特に液体ジェットの衝突地点でのガス雰囲気を維持するために、または、それぞれ、結果として得られる生成物を冷却するために、開口部(1)を介して反応器空間内へ導入され、結果として得られる生成物および過剰ガスが、ガス入口側の過剰圧によって、別の開口部(2)を通して反応器ハウジングから除去されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 窒素化合物が、尿素、チオ尿素、ビウレット、メラミン、エチレン尿素、グアニジンおよびジシアンジアミドの群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ステップ(b)で、一方では初期縮合物、他方ではアンモニアが、液体媒体として提供され、衝突地点上に噴霧されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 初期縮合物の場合には液体媒体が水溶液であり、アンモニアの場合には液体媒体が水溶液であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- ステップ(c)による酸化の後に、可溶性反応生成物が、好ましくは接線流濾過によって分離されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- テトラキスヒドロキシアルキルホスホニウム化合物のアルキルラジカルが、メチル、エチル、プロピルまたはブチルの群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 紡糸ドープからの難燃性セルロース人造製品の製造方法であって、
請求項1から8のいずれか一項の記載により生成された、テトラキスヒドロキシアルキルホスホニウム化合物からのポリマーを提供するステップと、
それをセルロース系紡糸ドープと混合するステップであって、ポリマーは水性分散系の形態のテトラキスヒドロキシアルキルホスホニウム化合物を、セルロースに対して5重量%〜50重量%の量で含む、ステップと、
紡糸ドープを紡糸口金を通して紡糸浴の中へ紡糸するステップと
を含む、方法。 - 人造製品が、人造繊維であって、フィラメントが、紡糸ドープを紡糸口金を通して紡糸浴の中へ紡糸されているときに形成され、フィラメントが延伸され、沈殿させられ、続いて洗浄、漂白、仕上げによる後処理が提供されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 紡糸ドープが、水性第三級アミンオキシド中のセルロース溶液であることを特徴とする、請求項9または10に記載の方法。
- 紡糸ドープが、キサントゲン酸セルロースの形態にあるセルロース溶液であることを特徴とする、請求項9または10に記載の方法。
- 紡糸ドープが、テトラアミン銅(II)水酸化物中の、セルロースのアンモニア性溶液であることを特徴とする、請求項9または10に記載の方法。
- 紡糸ドープが、イオン性液体中のセルロース溶液であることを特徴とする、請求項9または10に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つのNH2もしくは少なくとも2つのNH基またはNH3を含む少なくとも1種の窒素化合物を有する、テトラキスヒドロキシアルキルホスホニウム化合物からの酸化ポリマーを含み、1.8μm未満、好ましくは1.7μm未満、特に好ましくは1μm未満の粒径d99を有する難燃剤を含む、セルロース人造製品。
- 0.9dtex以上から3dtex以下までの繊度を有する紡織繊維であることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載のセルロース人造製品。
- 難燃剤の割合が、5重量%〜50重量%の間、好ましくは10重量%〜30の重量%の間、特に好ましくは15重量%〜25重量%の間であることを特徴とする、請求項15または16に記載のセルロース人造製品。
- 強度が18cN/テックス〜50cN/テックスの範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項15から17のいずれか一項に記載のセルロース人造製品。
- 薄膜、粉末、不織布またはフィブリドであることを特徴とする、請求項15から18のいずれか一項に記載のセルロース人造製品。
