The above-mentioned additions also apply in the following aspects.

[Aspect 3]
As illustrated in FIGS. A second connecting portion 45 arranged in the second gap CL2 between the knitted fabric 10 and the back knitted fabric 15 may be provided. In the string 3, the second connecting portion 45 excludes at least a second inside-out opening 48 through which the front knitted fabric 10 and the back knitted fabric 15 in the second separating portion 40 can be passed. The folded-back portion 12 of the front knitted fabric 10 and the folded-back portion 17 of the back knitted fabric 15 are joined by knitting. Further, the second connecting portion 45 is the second connecting portion 45 when the front knitted fabric 10 and the back knitted fabric 15 in the second separating portion 40 are turned inside out through the second inside-out opening 48. It is located around the separation portion 40.

The second knotted portion 45, in which the front knitted fabric 10 and the back knitted fabric 15 are knotted, is knotted not by sewing but by knitting, so that the knitting portion 45 is firmly knotted. The second connecting portion 45 is located at the folded portions 12 and 17 in the front knitted fabric 10 and the back knitted fabric 15, and the second connecting portion 45 is between the front knitted fabric 10 and the back knitted fabric 15 in the second separating portion 40. It is located in the gap CL2, which is difficult to touch from the outside of the string 3. Therefore, the above aspect can improve the feel of the string.

Here, "first", "second", ... In the present application are terms for identifying each component included in a plurality of components having similarities, and do not mean an order. Which of the plurality of components corresponds to "first", "second", ... Is relatively determined.
The above-mentioned additions also apply in the following aspects.

[Aspect 4]
By the way, the method for manufacturing the knitted product 1 according to one aspect of the present technology includes the following steps (a) to (c).

In order to turn over the knitted fabrics 10 and 15 in the separating portion 20, the knitted fabric 60 shown in FIG. 2 has an inside-out opening 28 between the connecting portions 25. The knitting portion 25 is a portion of the knitted fabric 60 in which the front knitted fabric 10 and the back knitted fabric 15 are knitted by knitting, except for at least the inside-out opening 28, which is the periphery of the separating portion 20. Further, in order to turn over the knitted fabrics 10 and 15 in the second separating portion 40, the knitted fabric 60 has a second inside-out opening 48 between the second connecting portions 45. In the second knitting portion 45, the front knitted fabric 10 and the back knitted fabric 15 are knitted by knitting except for at least the second inside-out opening 48 around the second separating portion 40 in the knitted fabric 60. It is a part.

As shown in FIG. 2, the unit portion 51 in the main body region 61 has a hexagonal shape. The connecting portion 25 included in the unit portion 51 has gaps 31, 32, 33, and 34 for passing the string 3 in each of the four hexagonal corners. Here, the individual gaps 31, 32, 33, and 34 are collectively referred to as the gap 30. The intervals of the gaps 32 and 34 are wider than the intervals of the gaps 31 and 33. As a result, the gaps 32 and 34 also function as the inside-out opening 28. When turning over the knitted fabrics 10 and 15 in the separation portion 20, one of the two inside-out openings 28 may be used. The unit portion 52 in the string region 62 has an elongated rectangular shape and has two second inside-out openings 48. When turning over the knitted fabrics 10 and 15 in the second separating portion 40, one of the two second turning-over openings 48 may be used. The length of the unit portion 52 to be the ear strap 3 may be appropriately adjusted according to the size of the face.

The knitted fabric 60 having the regions 61 and 62 can be formed by a knitting machine. The knitting machine includes a weft knitting machine that makes a knit that is made by connecting loop stages that are continuous in the weft direction, and a warp knit that makes a knit that is made by connecting loop rows that are continuous in the warp (vertical) direction. A machine can be used. The weft knitting machine includes a circular knitting machine that produces a knitted fabric having continuous tubular stitches, and a flat knitting machine that produces a flat knitted fabric in which the stitches are continuously formed in the lateral direction. A circular knitting machine is preferable as the knitting machine from the viewpoint of producing the knitted fabric 60 at high speed. As the circular knitting machine, a double knit circular knitting machine having knitting needles on both the cylinder and the dial can be used. The knitting machine may be provided with a jacquard mechanism in order to make various patterns on the knitted fabric.

制御部120は、プロセッサーであるCPU(Central Processing Unit)121、半導体メモリーであるROM(Read Only Memory)122、半導体メモリーであるRAM(Random Access Memory)123、等を備える。 FIG. 10 schematically illustrates the structure of an electronic double knit circular knitting machine 100 as a knitting machine. The double knit circular knitting machine 100 has a cylindrical cylinder 101 that can rotate about a vertical virtual axis, a plurality of cylinder needles (knitting needles) 102 that are movably provided with respect to the cylinder 101, and an upper portion of the cylinder 101. A disk-shaped dial 103 arranged in the dial 103, a plurality of dial needles (knitting needles) 104 movably provided with respect to the dial 103, a drive unit 110 for driving these portions 101 to 104, and a drive unit 110. A control unit 120, etc. for controlling the above are provided. The dial 103 rotates in synchronization with the rotation of the cylinder 101. The cylinder needle 102 largely moves vertically, and the dial needle 104 moves largely in the radial direction D1 orthogonal to the above-mentioned virtual axis. Although not shown, the double knit circular knitting machine 100 has an outer yarn feeder for feeding outer yarn to each cylinder needle 102 and an inner yarn feeder for feeding inner yarn to each dial needle 104. The drive unit 110 drives each cylinder needle 102 so as to form a continuous stitch with the outer thread, and drives each dial needle 104 so as to form a continuous stitch with the inner thread, according to the control by the control unit 120. The control unit 120 includes a CPU (Central Processing Unit) 121 which is a processor, a ROM (Read Only Memory) 122 which is a semiconductor memory, a RAM (Random Access Memory) 123 which is a semiconductor memory, and the like.

When the knitted fabric 60 shown in FIG. 1 is manufactured by the double knit circular knitting machine 100, the control unit 120 holds the tissue information corresponding to the knitted fabric 60 in the ROM 122 or the RAM 123, and the cylinder needles 102 in the drive unit 110 according to the tissue information. And each dial needle 104 is driven. Each cylinder needle 102 is driven by the drive unit 110 to form a continuous stitch with the outer yarn, and knits the tubular front knitted fabric 10 having the stitch. Each dial needle 104 is driven by the drive unit 110 to form a continuous stitch with the inner thread, and the tubular back knitted fabric 15 having the stitch is knitted inside the tubular front knitted fabric 10. Therefore, the tubular front knitted fabric 10 is arranged on the outside and the tubular back knitted fabric 15 is arranged on the inside over the entire tubular knitted fabric 60.

In the separation unit 20 and the second separation unit 40, the control unit 120 attaches each cylinder needle 102 and each dial needle 104 to the drive unit 110 so that the front knitted fabric 10 and the back knitted fabric 15 are knitted separately. Drive. As a result, a gap may be formed between the front knitted fabric 10 and the back knitted fabric 15 in the separated portion 20 and the second separated portion 40. FIGS. 3 and 4 show a gap CL3 that may occur between the front knitted fabric 10 and the back knitted fabric 15 in the separated portion 20. FIG. 9 shows a gap CL4 that may occur between the front knitted fabric 10 and the back knitted fabric 15 in the second separation portion 40.

In the connecting portion 25 and the second connecting portion 45, the control unit 120 crosses the cylinder needle 102 that forms a stitch on the outer yarn and the dial needle 104 that forms a stitch on the inner yarn, so that the front knitted fabric 10 Each cylinder needle 102 and each dial needle 104 are driven by the drive unit 110 so that the back knitted fabric 15 and the back knitted fabric 15 are integrally knitted. By performing knotting by crossing the outer yarn and the inner yarn, the front knitted fabric 10 and the back knitted fabric 15 are knitted by the knotting knitting at the knotting portion 25 and the second knotting portion 45. ..

As described above, while knitting the knitted fabrics 10 and 15, the front knitted fabric is formed at the connecting portion 25 excluding the gap 30 including the inside-out opening 28 in the periphery of the separated portion 20 in which the front knitted fabric 10 and the back knitted fabric 15 are separated. A knitted fabric forming step ST1 is carried out in which the 10 and the back knitted fabric 15 are knitted by knitting. In the knitted fabric forming step ST1 shown in FIG. 1, when the knitted fabrics 10 and 15 are knitted, the second inside-out opening 48 is removed from the periphery of the second separated portion 40 in which the front knitted fabric 10 and the back knitted fabric 15 are separated. In the second knitting portion 45, the front knitted fabric 10 and the back knitted fabric 15 are knitted by knitting.

When the knitted fabric 60 is manufactured by the warp knitting machine or the flat knitting machine, it is possible to manufacture the knitted fabric 60 which is not connected at the position of B1 shown in FIG.

As the yarn for knitting the knitted fabrics 10 and 15, synthetic resin fibers such as polyester fiber, polyamide fiber and polyurethane fiber, synthetic fiber such as rayon, natural fiber such as cotton and wool, etc. can be used, and crimping (kenshuku) can be used. ) It may be a thread or a non-crimped thread. When the knitted product 1 is a mask, when polyester fiber is used for the knitting yarn, a soft wearing feeling derived from the polyester fiber can be obtained, and pain due to the ear strap is less likely to occur. Further, when a functional yarn such as an antibacterial yarn, a yarn having an antithrombotic property, or the like is used as the yarn for knitting, the knitted product 1 can exhibit its functionality. As the knitting yarn, for example, a yarn of 75 to 300 denier can be used. For the yarn for knitting the one that touches the skin among the knitted fabrics 10 and 15, in order to give a soft touch feeling, a high multi yarn with a thickness of about 0.3 to 1.0 denier is used. May be good.

The density of the stitches of the knitted fabrics 10 and 15 varies depending on the thickness of the yarn, and can be, for example, 9 to 13 courses per 1 cm and 10 to 14 wales per 1 cm. Further, the density of the knotting points at the portions where the knitted fabrics 10 and 15 are woven together (the knotting portion 25 and the second knotting portion 45) varies depending on the thickness of the yarn, but is, for example, per 1 cm in the weft direction. It can be 3 to 5 points and 6 to 8 points per 1 cm in the warp direction. Since the knitted fabrics 10 and 15 are woven in a plane shape in the connecting portion 25 and the second connecting portion 45, the strength of the binding in the connecting portion 25 and the second connecting portion 45 is the strength due to sewing. Higher than.

The manufactured knitted fabric 60 is cut by the virtual cutting line CU1 shown in FIG. 2 and divided into a plurality of unit portions 50. The cutting line CU1 is located around the unit portion 51 including the separating portion 20 and the connecting portion 25 in the main body region 61, and around the second separating portion 40 and the second connecting portion 45 in the string region 62. The cutting line CU1 shown in FIG. 2 is located along the connecting portion 25 including the gap 30 in the main body region 61, and is located at the second connecting portion 45 including the second inside-out opening 48 in the string region 62. It is in a position along the line. By cutting the knitted fabric 60 with the cutting line CU1, a plurality of unit parts 51 for making the main body 2 are formed from the main body area 61, and a plurality of unit parts 52 for making the string 3 are formed from the string area 62. ..

Various cutting machines can be used for cutting the knitted fabric 60. Further, a person may cut the knitted fabric 60 with the cutting line CU1 with a cutting tool such as scissors. For example, it is conceivable that a worker in a manufacturing factory cuts the knitting 60 with a cutting tool, and a user who purchased the knitting 60 cuts the knitting 60 with a cutting tool.

As described above, the cutting step ST2 for cutting around the unit portion 51 including the separating portion 20 and the connecting portion 25 is carried out. In the cutting step ST2 shown in FIG. 2, the circumference of the unit portion 52 including the second separating portion 40 and the second connecting portion 45 is cut. The cutting line CU1 around the unit portion 52 may be appropriately adjusted according to the size of the face.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, in the unit portion 51 derived from the main body region 61, the front knitted fabric 10 and the back knitted fabric 15 are separated in the separated portion 20. In the unit portion 51 shown in FIGS. The inner surface 15a is hidden inside. In the separating portion 20, a gap CL3 may be formed between the knitting inner surface 10a of the front knitted fabric 10 and the knitting inner surface 15a of the back knitted fabric 15. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5, the knitted fabrics 10 and 15 in the separating portion 20 of the unit portions 51 can be pulled out from the inside-out opening 28. As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, when the knitted fabrics 10 and 15 in the separated portion 20 are turned inside out, the connecting portion 25 is arranged between the front knitted fabric 10 and the back knitted fabric 15 in the separated portion 20. The unit portion 51 in this inside-out state is the main body 2.
Note that FIG. 5 shows an example in which the unit portion 51 is turned over with the gap 32 as the inside-out opening 28, but it is also possible to turn over the unit portion 51 with the gap 34 as the inside-out opening 28.

As shown in FIG. 7, in the separated portion 20 of the main body 2, the knitting inner surface 10a of the front knitted fabric 10 and the knitting inner surface 15a of the back knitted fabric 15 appear on the outer O1, and the knitting outer surface 10b and the back knitting of the front knitted fabric 10 appear. The outer surface 15b of the formation of the ground 15 is hidden inside. In the separating portion 20, a gap CL1 is formed between the front knitted fabric 10 and the back knitted fabric 15. The edge of the front knitted fabric 10 of the main body 2 is folded back toward the gap CL1. The folded edge portion of the front knitted fabric 10 is referred to as a folded portion 11. Further, the edge portion of the back knitted fabric 15 of the main body 2 is folded back toward the gap CL1. The folded edge portion of the back knitted fabric 15 is referred to as a folded portion 16. Both folded portions 11 and 16 are arranged in the gap CL1. The folded-back portion 11 in the front knitted fabric 10 and the folded-back portion 16 in the back knitted fabric 15 are knitted by knitting except for a gap 30 including a inside-out opening 28 through which the knitted fabrics 10 and 15 in the separating portion 20 can be passed. It is tied. Therefore, the connecting portions 25 in the folded portions 11 and 16 are arranged in the gap CL1. Of course, the connecting portion 25 is located around the separating portion 20 when the knitted fabrics 10 and 15 in the separating portion 20 are turned inside out through the inside-out opening 28.

The turning of the unit portion 51 may be performed by a machine, or may be performed by a worker at a manufacturing plant or a user of the knitting 60. The machine for turning over the unit portion 51 is, for example, a holding portion for holding the periphery of the inside-out opening 28 in the unit portion 51 with the inside-out opening 28 open, a hooking portion for hooking the knitted fabrics 10 and 15 of the separation portion 20, and a hooking portion. A drive unit may be provided for inserting the hooked portion from the inside-out opening 28 or pulling out the hooked portion on which the knitted fabrics 10 and 15 are caught from the inside-out opening 28. The holding portion holds the periphery of the inside-out opening 28 in the unit portion 51, the driving portion inserts the hooking portion from the inside-out opening 28, and the hooking portion is hooked on the knitted fabrics 10 and 15 of the separating portion 20, and the knitted fabrics 10 and 15 are hooked. When the hooked portion is pulled out from the inside-out opening 28, the knitted fabrics 10 and 15 in the separating portion 20 are pulled out from the inside-out opening 28, and the unit portion 51 is turned inside out. Further, when a holding jig corresponding to the holding portion and a hooking jig corresponding to the hooking portion are prepared, a person holds the periphery of the inside-out opening 28 in the unit portion 51 with the holding jig and hooks the hook. When the jig is inserted from the inside-out opening 28, the knitted fabrics 10 and 15 of the separation portion 20 are hooked with the hooking jig, and the hooking jig is pulled out from the inside-out opening 28 in this state, the unit portion 51 is turned inside out.

As described above, the knitted fabrics 10 and 15 in the separated portion 20 of the unit portions 51 are pulled out from the inside-out opening 28, so that the knitted fabrics 10 and 15 in the separated portion 20 are turned inside out and the knitted fabrics 25 in the separated portion 20 are combined with the front knitted fabric 10 in the separated portion 20. The inside-out step ST3 arranged between the inside-back knitted fabric 15 and the inside-out fabric 15 is carried out.

After that, a mask is completed as a knitted product 1 by passing a long ear string 3 through two gaps 30 and tying both ends of the string 3. The string 3 shown in FIG. 6 includes a string 3a passed through the gaps 31 and 32 and a string 3b passed through the gaps 33 and 34. That is, the string 3a passes through the gap 31 and the gap 32 between the external O1 of the separation portion 20 and the gap CL1. The string 3b passes through the gap 33 and the gap 34 between the external O1 of the separation portion 20 and the gap CL1. In FIG. 6, the knot 5 connecting both ends of the string 3a and the knot 5 connecting both ends of the string 3b are arranged in the gap CL1 invisible from the external O1. Since the string 3 having the knot 5 has a loop shape, the string 3 does not fall out from the gap 30. The loop shape of the string 3 corresponds to the dropout suppressing structure 4 that prevents the string 3 from falling out from the gap 30.

In the unit portion 52 derived from the string region 62 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the front knitted fabric 10 and the back knitted fabric 15 are separated in the second separating portion 40. In the second separation portion 40, a gap CL4 may be formed between the front knitted fabric 10 and the back knitted fabric 15 (see the tubular jig insertion step ST31 in FIG. 9). Therefore, as shown in FIG. 9, the knitted fabrics 10 and 15 in the second separating portion 40 of the unit portion 52 can be pulled out from the second inside-out opening 48. As shown in FIG. 8, when the knitted fabrics 10 and 15 in the second separating portion 40 are turned inside out, the second connecting portion 45 becomes the front knitted fabric 10 and the back knitted fabric 15 in the second separating portion 40. Placed in between. The unit portion 52 in this inside-out state is the string 3.

As shown in FIG. 8, in the second separation portion 40 of the string 3, the knitting inner surface 10a of the front knitted fabric 10 and the knitting inner surface 15a of the back knitted fabric 15 appear on the outer O1 and the knitting outer surface 10b of the front knitted fabric 10 And the knitting outer surface 15b of the back knitted fabric 15 are hidden inside. In the second separation portion 40, a second gap CL2 is generated between the front knitted fabric 10 and the back knitted fabric 15. The side portion of the front knitted fabric 10 in the long string 3 is folded back toward the second gap CL2. The folded side portion of the front knitted fabric 10 is referred to as a folded portion 12. Further, the side portion of the back knitted fabric 15 in the long string 3 is folded back toward the second gap CL2. The folded side portion of the back knitted fabric 15 is referred to as a folded portion 17. Both folded portions 12 and 17 are arranged in the second gap CL2. The folded-back portion 12 in the front knitted fabric 10 and the folded-back portion 17 in the back knitted fabric 15 are excluded from the two second inside-out openings 48 through which the knitted fabrics 10 and 15 in the second separation portion 40 can be passed. It is knotted by knitting. Therefore, the second connecting portion 45 in the folded portions 12 and 17 is arranged in the second gap CL2. Of course, the second connecting portion 45 is located around the second separating portion 40 when the knitted fabrics 10 and 15 in the second separating portion 40 are turned inside out through the second inside-out opening 48. ..

Of course, the turning of the unit portion 52 may be performed by a machine, or may be performed by a worker at a manufacturing factory or a user of the knitting 60.
As described above, in the inside-out step ST3, the knitted fabrics 10 and 15 in the second separation portion 40 of the unit portion 52 are pulled out from the second inside-out opening 48, so that the knitted fabrics 10 and 15 in the second separation portion 40 are obtained. It is turned inside out and the second connecting portion 45 is arranged between the front knitted fabric 10 and the back knitted fabric 15 in the second separating portion 40.

FIG. 9 schematically illustrates a state in which the unit portion 52 is turned over using the jigs J1 and J2. The tubular jig J1 shown in FIG. 9 is arranged from one end J1i to the other end J1o in a state where it is arranged in the gap CL4 between the front knitted fabric 10 and the back knitted fabric 15 in the second separation portion 40 of the unit portion 52. It is a jig for passing the unit portion 52. The hooking jig J2 shown in FIG. 9 is a long jig in which the tip J2t is returned in a hook shape and the knitted fabrics 10 and 15 can be hooked. In the hooking jig J2, the end portion on the side opposite to the tip end J2t is referred to as a base end J2e.
First, the tubular jig insertion step ST31 for inserting the tubular jig J1 into the gap CL4 from the second inside-out opening 48 of the unit portion 52 is carried out. For convenience, of the two second inside-out openings 48, one is referred to as an inside-out opening 48i and the other is referred to as an inside-out opening 48o. The tubular jig J1 is inserted from the end J1i into the inside-out opening 48o. The tubular jig J1 is inserted until the tubular jig J1 is inserted into the gap CL4, leaving the end J1o.

Next, the hooking step ST32 is carried out in which the base end J2e of the hooking jig J2 is passed from the end J1i through the tubular jig J1 and the tip end J2t is hooked on the knitted fabrics 10 and 15 of the second separation portion 40.
Further, a pull-out step ST33 is carried out in which the hooking jig J2 is pulled and the unit portion 52 is pulled out from the inside-out opening 48o. As a result, the inverted unit portion 52 passes through the cylindrical jig J1 from the end J1i to the end J1o, and the string 3 shown in FIGS. 6 and 8 is formed. After that, the mask is completed as a knitted product 1 by passing the two strings 3 through the gaps 30 at two places and tying both ends of the strings 3.

In the main body 2 of the obtained knitted product 1, the separated portion 20 in which the front knitted fabric 10 and the back knitted fabric 15 are separated, and the folded portions 11 and 16 arranged in the gap CL1 of the separated portion 20 are knitted. The connecting portion 25 is provided. The connecting portion 25 is located around the separating portion 20 when the knitted fabrics 10 and 15 in the separating portion 20 are turned inside out through the inside-out opening 28.
Therefore, the knitted fabric 60 in which the unit portions 51 to be the main body 2 are arranged is knitted in the separating portion 20 by pulling out the knitted fabrics 10 and 15 in the separating portion 20 from the inside-out opening 28 when the circumference of the unit portion 51 is removed. The grounds 10 and 15 can be turned inside out and the connecting portion 25 can be arranged between the front knitted fabric 10 and the back knitted fabric 15 in the separating portion 20.

Further, the string 3 of the obtained knitted product 1 is arranged in the second separation portion 40 in which the front knitted fabric 10 and the back knitted fabric 15 are separated, and the second gap CL2 of the second separation portion 20. The folded-back portions 12 and 17 are provided with a second knotting portion 45 which is knitted by knitting. The second connecting portion 45 is located around the second separating portion 40 when the knitted fabrics 10 and 15 in the second separating portion 40 are turned inside out through the second inside-out opening 48.
Therefore, in the knitted fabric 60 in which the unit portions 52 to be the strings 3 are arranged, the knitted fabrics 10 and 15 in the second separating portion 40 are pulled out from the second inside-out opening 48 when the circumference of the unit portion 52 is removed. The knitted fabrics 10 and 15 in the second separating portion 40 can be turned inside out and the second connecting portion 45 can be arranged between the front knitted fabric 10 and the back knitted fabric 15 in the second separating portion 40. Has been done.

In the tie portion 25 and the second tie portion 45, the knitted fabrics 10 and 15 are knitted in a planar shape by tie knitting. Therefore, the strength of the connecting portion 25 and the second connecting portion 45 is higher than that of sewing in which the knitted fabrics are connected to each other in a dotted line.
The connecting portion 25 and the second connecting portion 45 are located at the folded portions in the front knitted fabric 10 and the back knitted fabric 15, and are the gaps between the front knitted fabric 10 and the back knitted fabric 15, which is the outside of the knitted product 1. It is in a position that is difficult to touch. Therefore, the load on the connecting portion 25 and the second connecting portion 45 is small, and the connecting portion 25 and the second connecting portion 45 are not easily torn. High strength is maintained and the feel is improved.
Further, in the knitted fabric forming step ST1, the knitted fabrics 10 and 15 are knitted and the knitted fabrics 25 and the second knitted fabric 45 are knitted together at the same time, so that it is not necessary to separately sew the knitted fabrics together. The manufacturing efficiency of the knitted product 1 is improved, and the manufacturing cost of the knitted product 1 is reduced.

From the viewpoint of the mask, this specific example can provide a new standard mask including the ear strap 3 which is not sewn and the connecting portion does not touch the skin. Since the mask of this specific example does not easily touch the connecting portion 25 and the second connecting portion 45, it is difficult to feel a sense of discomfort due to the connecting portion 25 and the second connecting portion 45 when the mask is attached. The string 3 can be adjusted to a length that suits you. The mask of this embodiment is different from the non-woven fabric mask which is supposed to be disposable, and can be washed and reused. Therefore, the present embodiment can provide a mask that can be used in place of the non-woven fabric mask when the non-woven fabric mask is insufficient. Since the mask is made from the knitted fabric 60 manufactured by the knitting machine, the mask of this specific example can be easily given a design by the knitting machine. Further, the knitted fabric 60 itself can be sold, and the user who purchased the knitted fabric 60 can cut the knitted fabric 60 and turn over the unit portion 50 to make a mask.

(3) Modification example:
Various modifications of the present invention can be considered.
For example, the knitted product is not limited to the mask, and may be an interior product for a vehicle used in an automobile. Examples of vehicle interiors include seat covers, headrest covers, armrest covers, sun visor covers, and the like.
The knitted product of the present technology may be provided with a separating portion and a connecting portion. Therefore, knitted products in which the string does not have a second separating part and a second connecting part are also included in the present art.
The structure that prevents the string from falling out of the gap is not limited to the loop shape of the string, and may be a knot or the like that is in the gap CL1 and cannot pass through the gap 30.
In addition, various examples can be considered for the string.

FIG. 11 schematically illustrates a mask (knitted product 1) including a shape-retaining member 6 connected to a string 3. In order to show it in an easy-to-understand manner, FIG. 11 sees through the main body 2 and shows the shape-retaining member 6 with a solid line.
The shape-retaining member 6 is an elongated plate-shaped member, and the ends of the string 3 are tied to both ends thereof. Therefore, the combination of the string 3 and the shape-retaining member 6 has a loop shape, and this loop shape corresponds to the dropout suppressing structure 4. There are knots 5 at both ends of the string 3. Although the shape-retaining member 6 has a property of bending due to elasticity, it exhibits a function of retaining the shape of the main body 2 rather than the string 3. As the material of the shape-retaining member 6, a synthetic resin such as a thermoplastic resin can be used. As a washable mask, the shape-retaining member 6 is preferably a resin plate. In FIG. 11, the thickness direction of the plate-shaped shape-retaining member 6 is a direction substantially orthogonal to the paper surface. The shape-retaining member 6 and the knot 5 are arranged in the gap CL1 of the separation portion 20 and are located at positions that are difficult to touch from the outside of the mask. In FIG. 11, the string 3a on the left side is passed through the gaps 31 and 32, and the string 3b on the right side is passed through the gaps 33 and 34.

Since the mask shown in FIG. 11 is provided with the shape-retaining member 6 in the vicinity of the left edge of the main body 2 and in the vicinity of the right edge of the main body 2, the shapes of the left edge and the right edge are maintained in the main body 2. Therefore, the example shown in FIG. 11 can improve the usability of the mask.

FIG. 12 schematically shows another example of the unit portion 51 that becomes the main body 2. FIG. 13 schematically illustrates a mask (knitted product 1) including a main body 2 made of the unit portion 51 shown in FIG.
The unit portion 51 shown in FIG. 12 has an inside-out opening 28 at the lowermost corner of the hexagon, in addition to the gaps 31, 32, 33, and 34 for passing the string 3. The intervals of the gaps 32 and 34 are adjusted to the intervals of the gaps 31 and 33. The spacing between the inside-out openings 28 is wider than the spacing between the gaps 31, 32, 33, and 34, and wider than the spacing between the gaps 32 and 34 shown in FIG. By pulling out the knitted fabrics 10 and 15 in the separation portion 20 of the unit portions 51 from the inside out opening 28, the knitted fabrics 10 and 15 in the separation portion 20 are turned inside out, and the connecting portion 25 is the front knitted fabric 10 and the back side in the separation portion 20. It is placed between the knitted fabric 15. When the unit portion 51 in the inverted state is the main body 2, the string 3a on the left side is passed through the gaps 31 and 32, and the string 3b on the right side is passed through the gaps 33 and 34, the mask shown in FIG. 13 is obtained.

Since the unit portion 51 has the inside-out opening 28 separate from the gap 30, the inside-out opening 28 can be made wider than the gap 30 for passing the string 3. This makes it possible to easily carry out the inside-out step of turning over the unit portion 51. Therefore, the examples shown in FIGS. 12 and 13 can provide a knitted fabric 60 that facilitates the production of a mask, a knitted product 1 produced from the knitted fabric 60, and a method for producing the same.

FIG. 14 schematically shows another example of the unit portion 50. In FIG. 14, the connecting portion 25 of the unit portion 51, which is the main body 2, has a plurality of thickness-imparting portions 26. Each thickness-imparting portion 26 in the unit portion 51 exists outside the connecting portion 25 shown in FIG. 2, and expands as it approaches the gap 30. In FIG. 14, the portion of the connecting portion 25 between the left gap 33 and the right gap 31 has a central portion without the thickness imparting portion 26 and a thickness imparting portion 26 sandwiching the central portion. Includes the outer part. Further, the portion of the connecting portion 25 between the gap 34 on the left side and the gap 32 on the right side is also a central portion without the thickness-imparting portion 26 and an outer portion having the thickness-imparting portion 26 sandwiching the central portion. Includes. That is, the portion of the connecting portion 25 between the adjacent gaps 30 includes a central portion without the thickness-imparting portion 26 and an outer portion having the thickness-imparting portion 26 sandwiching the central portion.

When the unit portion 51 is turned inside out from the inside-out opening 28, the connecting portion 25 having the thickness-imparting portion 26 is arranged between the front knitted fabric 10 and the back knitted fabric 15 in the separating portion 20. The left and right sides of the obtained main body are thicker due to the thickness imparting portion 26 than at the central portion. When a mask equipped with this main body is attached to the face, the gap between the cheek and the mask is filled by the thickness provided by the thickness-imparting portion 26 on the left and right sides of the nose, and the cheek and the mask are formed on the left and right sides of the chin by the thickness provided by the thickness-imparting portion 26. The gap between them is filled, and the displacement of the mask is suppressed.

FIG. 15 shows an example of a main body having a handle. Various patterns can be given to the knitted fabrics 10 and 15 depending on the knitting method. As illustrated in FIG. 15, the knitted fabrics 10 and 15 can be given characters such as names and numbers, patterns such as checkered patterns and floral patterns, and various pictures. The handle is not limited to the main body and may be attached to the string. If the mask has a handle, the owner of the mask can be easily identified, which is convenient when washing and reusing the mask.

(4) Example:
Hereinafter, the present invention will be specifically described with reference to examples, but the present invention is not limited to the following examples.

Polyester 167T48 yarn (thickness 150 denier) was used as the outer yarn for knitting the front knitted fabric 10. Polyester 84T144 yarn (thickness 150 denier) was used as the inner yarn for knitting the back knitted fabric 15. A double knit electronic pattern knitting machine (needle density 20 gauge) was used as the circular knitting machine.
The outer yarn and the inner yarn were fed to the above-mentioned circular knitting machine, and a sample of the tubular knitting 60 as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 was knitted. One unit site 51 and two unit sites 52 were prepared by cutting this sample along the cutting line CU1. As shown in FIG. 5, a sample of the main body 2 is prepared by turning over the unit portion 51 from the inside-out opening 28, and as shown in FIG. 9, the unit portion 52 is turned over from the second inside-out opening 48 to form the strings 3a and 3b. A sample was prepared. A mask sample was prepared by passing the string 3a through the gaps 31 and 32 of the main body 2 and tying both ends of the string 3a, and passing the string 3b through the gaps 33 and 34 of the main body 2 and tying both ends of the string 3b.

In the obtained mask sample, the connecting portion 25 and the second connecting portion 45 did not touch the skin, and the wearing feeling was good. In the main body 2, the front knitted fabric 10 and the back knitted fabric 15 were strongly pulled in a direction to separate them, but the connecting portion 25 was not torn. Therefore, in the knitted product of this technology, it was confirmed that the front knitted fabric and the back knitted fabric are firmly connected by the knitting at the knitting portion to improve the feel.
