Description

The present invention relates to a sewn product that is composed of an assembly including a three-dimensional knitted fabric that is most suitable for bed mats and seat sheets, and whose outer periphery is sewn with an edge cover material.

The three-dimensional knitted fabric generally has a thickness, and when it is cut to an optimum size, the yarn may come loose from the end face. Therefore, it is known that the end portion is protected by the edge cover material.
Patent Document 1 discloses a pad in which an outer periphery of a laminated fabric including a three-dimensional knitted fabric that is a three-layer structure three-dimensional fabric is edge-sewn with an edge cover material.

However, Patent Document 1 does not particularly disclose a method of sewing the edge cover material at the end. In the embodiment, since the sewn portion of the edge cover material is sewn in a straight line, there is a problem that when the sewn product is repeatedly washed, the sewn portion of the edge cover material becomes unpleasant due to puckering or bubbling.
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 06-022283

The object of the present invention is to provide a sewn product that is composed of a three-dimensional knitted fabric and has an edge sewn with an edge cover material, even if it is repeatedly washed, even if it is used for a long time without deteriorating the appearance of the sewn edge cover material. The object is to provide a sewn product in which the cover material cannot be removed.

The present inventor has found that the above-mentioned problems can be solved by devising a sewing method for the edge cover material, and as a result of intensive studies, the inventors have reached the present invention.
The invention claimed in the present application is as follows.

(1) One sheet of three-dimensional knitted fabric composed of two layers of front and back knitted fabrics and connecting yarns connecting the two layers of knitted fabrics, or 2-10 sheets of the one or more three-dimensional knitted fabrics and other materials were laminated. A sewn product in which the outer periphery of the end of the assembly including the three-dimensional knitted fabric is sewn with an edge cover material, and is perpendicular to the length direction in which all stitches sewn on the edge cover material are sewn. A sewing product characterized in that the sewing width of the sewing machine is 2 to 40 mm.
(2) The sewn product according to (1), wherein the edge cover material is sewn with two or more stitches.

The sewn product of the present invention has an effect that the edge cover material sewn portion does not deteriorate in appearance due to puckering, bubbling, or the like even if it is used for a long time and repeatedly washed.

The three-dimensional knitted fabric used in the present invention is constituted by two layers of front and back knitted fabrics and a connecting yarn that connects the two layers of knitted fabrics. The three-dimensional knitted fabric can be knitted using a double raschel knitting machine, a double circular knitting machine, a flat knitting machine or the like. Of the three-dimensional knitted fabric, the connecting yarn that connects the front and back knitted fabrics is always knitted in a curved state in either direction. When a force is applied to the connecting yarn from the thickness direction, the connecting yarn is further bent from the already bent state, and when the force is removed, the original state is restored. Since the bending and recovery behavior of the connecting yarn generated at this time greatly affects the cushioning property of the three-dimensional knitted fabric, the monofilament having high bending rigidity is preferably used for the connecting yarn. Therefore, all the connecting yarns of the three-dimensional knitted fabric are preferably monofilaments, but if necessary, fibers other than the monofilaments may be knitted during knitting. The fibers other than the monofilament in that case preferably have a weight mixing ratio in the connecting yarn of 50% or less, more preferably 40% or less. For example, it is preferable to knit multi-filament false-twisted yarn because it can reduce annoying sound generated by rubbing monofilaments during compression.

The monofilament used for the connecting yarn of the three-dimensional knitted fabric of the present invention is a fiber of any material such as polytrimethylene terephthalate fiber, polybutylene terephthalate fiber, polyethylene terephthalate fiber, polyamide fiber, polypropylene fiber, polyvinyl chloride fiber, polyester elastomer fiber, etc. However, it is preferable to use polytrimethylene terephthalate fiber for the connecting yarn because the recoverability after repeated or long-time compression becomes good.

The fibers used for the two-layer knitted fabric of the three-dimensional knitted fabric are not particularly limited, and are polyethylene terephthalate fibers, polytrimethylene terephthalate fibers, polybutylene terephthalate fibers, polyester-based elastomer fibers, polyamide-based fibers, and polyacryl-based fibers. Synthetic fibers such as polypropylene fibers, natural fibers such as cotton, hemp, and wool, recycled fibers such as cupra rayon, viscose rayon, and lyocell, and other arbitrary fibers can be used.

The cross-sectional shape of the fiber may be round, triangular, L-shaped, T-shaped, Y-shaped, W-shaped, Yaba-shaped, flat-shaped, dog-bone-shaped, etc., multi-leafed, hollow, or irregular Good. The form of the fiber may be any of unprocessed yarn, spun yarn, twisted yarn, false twisted yarn, fluid injection processed yarn and the like.
The three-dimensional knitted fabric of the present invention can be knitted with a double raschel knitting machine having two rows of needle beds, a double circular knitting machine, a flat knitting machine with a V bed, etc., but in order to obtain a three-dimensional knitted fabric with good dimensional stability. It is preferable to use a double Russell knitting machine. The gauge of the knitting machine is preferably 9 gauge to 28 gauge.

The shape of the front and back surfaces in the three-dimensional knitted fabric of the present invention is not particularly limited, and may be a flat shape, a shape having a rugged shape of 0.5 mm or more, and a raised shape by raising treatment or the like. However, the knitted fabric on the front and back sides of the three-dimensional knitted fabric can be made into a knitted fabric having a plurality of openings such as a mesh knitted fabric such as a tetragonal or hexagonal mesh, a marquette knitted fabric, and the weight and air permeability can be improved. The surface can be made flat to improve the touch. By raising the surface, a material having a good touch can be obtained. In particular, in order to improve air permeability with a cushioning material or the like and suppress stuffiness, it is preferable to use a knitted fabric having a plurality of openings on either the front or back knitted fabric or on both sides.

The thickness and basis weight of the three-dimensional knitted fabric of the present invention can be arbitrarily set according to the purpose. The thickness is preferably 2 to 30 mm. When the thickness is less than 2 mm, the amount of compression is small and the cushioning property may be inferior, and when it exceeds 30 mm, it may be difficult to finish the three-dimensional knitted fabric. Basis weight is preferably 100 to 3000 g / m 2, more preferably 200 to 2000 g / m 2.
The fibers used for the front and back knitted fabrics or connecting yarns of the three-dimensional knitted fabric of the present invention may be uncolored or colored.

Coloring methods include dying uncolored yarn in the form of skein or cheese (dyeing), coloring by mixing pigments, dyes, etc. in the stock solution before spinning (dye solution coloring), dyeing in three-dimensional knitting Although it can be colored by a printing method or the like, dyeing in a three-dimensional knitted form is difficult to maintain a three-dimensional shape or has poor processability.

As a finishing method of three-dimensional knitted fabric, the raw machine can be finished through processes such as scouring, dyeing, heat setting, etc., but if design properties are not required as a three-dimensional knitted fabric or use using pre-dyed yarn or stock solution colored yarn, It is also possible to finish the raw machine immediately by heat setting without the scouring and dyeing process.
In addition, finishing processing such as resin processing, water absorption processing, antistatic processing, antibacterial processing, water repellent processing, and flame retardant processing, which are usually used for fiber processing, can be applied as long as the purpose of the present invention is not impaired during finishing set. .

The sewn product of the present invention needs to be composed of at least one three-dimensional knitted fabric. You may comprise the lamination | stacking aggregate | assembly containing the solid knitted fabric which laminated | stacked 2-10 sheets of the 1 sheet or 1 or more solid knitted fabric, and another raw material. Even if 10 or more layers are stacked, there is no particular problem as the manufacturing cost increases. Other materials include natural cotton, synthetic fiber cotton, or a combination of these fibers, as well as cotton obtained by appropriately compressing these fiber cottons and non-woven fabrics that have been improved in compression recovery by applying synthetic resin to those cottons. , Foam sheets such as urethane foam, polyethylene foam, and polystyrene, and sheet materials obtained by combining these foams with cotton, or fibers made of thermoplastic resin or thermoplastic elastic resin, A three-dimensional structure having a thickness of about 5 to 50 mm that forms irregularly entangled contacts that are in contact with each other by entanglement may be laminated.
The sewn product composed of the three-dimensional knitted fabric of the present invention needs to be sewn on the outer periphery with an edge cover material.

The edge cover material used in the present invention is not particularly limited, and may be a woven fabric, a knitted fabric, a nonwoven fabric, a film, or the like, or a laminate thereof. The knitted or knitted fabric may be formed by crushing by calendering, resin processing by urethane or acrylic resin, or laminating a film of urethane, acrylic, vinyl chloride or the like on one side or both sides. Further, the shape may be any of a slit, a straight cut, and a bias cut. Further, it may be a narrow tape or ribbon commercially available for piping or the like. In particular, it is preferable that the edge cover material is processed in advance so as not to fray from the end portion, because the end portion of the edge cover material does not need to be folded back and the sewing portion can be thinned.

Further, when a monofilament of 15 dtex or more is used in the three-dimensional knitted fabric of the present invention, the solid cover may penetrate through the edge cover material and come out to the surface. In such a case, it is preferable to use an edge cover material having a piercing strength of a sewing needle (TV × 7 # 19 manufactured by Organ Co., Ltd.) in the range of 2 to 20N.

The edge cover material may be sewn by a method as described in, for example, JIS-L-0121 Appendix 3 Class 3 subcategory, and with respect to the length direction of stitches visible from the front and back of the edge cover. What is necessary is just to change suitably the position part of a needle | hook so that a right-angle sewing width may become the range of this invention. If a material that has been processed in advance so that the edge cover material is not frayed from the end portion is used, the portion to be sewn may not be folded.

The edge cover material of the sewn product composed of the three-dimensional knitted fabric of the present invention needs to have a sewing width of 2 to 40 mm perpendicular to the length direction in which all stitches being sewn are sewn.
The sewing width here is the sewing width 4 in the direction perpendicular to the length direction in which the stitches 3 continuously sewn as shown in FIGS. When sewing with two or more needles, it is the width between the seams on both sides. For zigzag sewing such as staggered stitching, it indicates the maximum width of stitches that are sewn continuously as shown in FIG. .

By setting the sewing width to 2 to 40 mm, the appearance of the edge cover material sewing portion after repeated washing can be improved. The sewing width is preferably 3 mm or more and 20 mm or less, more preferably 4 mm or more and 10 mm or less. If it is less than 2 mm, the appearance of the end edge cover material sewn portion after repeated washing becomes poor.
It should be noted that the sewing width of the present invention is not necessarily constant, and the sewing width may be partially increased or decreased as long as the effects of the present invention can be achieved. The sewing width in this case is represented by the narrowest value.

As the sewing method of the edge cover material of the present invention, any sewing method such as hand-sewing, main-stitching, zigzag stitching, single-ring stitching, double-ring stitching, and flat stitching can be used as long as the sewing width of the present invention is obtained. The sewing may be performed while covering the end portion with the edge cover material in advance, or a device for automatically supplying the edge cover material at the time of sewing may be attached to the sewing machine. Zigzag stitching may be performed by appropriately adjusting the zigzag stitching width. For example, the symbols 304, 305, 308, 310, 312, 313, 321 to 327 shown in FIG. 3 of JIS-L-0120 may be used. In the case of hand-sewing, main-stitching, or single-ring stitching, one-needle sewing may be performed twice, or a sewing machine that can be sewn at once with two or more needles may be used for sewing. Furthermore, double chain stitches and flat stitches use 2 to 6 sewing needles, and may be selected as appropriate from, for example, JIS-L-0120 class 300, 400, 600. It does not matter.

In the sewn product of the present invention, the edge cover material is preferably sewn with two or more stitches. In this case, in view of industrially stable production, it is preferable to sew with a sewing machine having two or more needles attached, and the pitch between the needles at both ends is preferably 2 mm or more. If such a sewing machine is used, the sewing width is aligned in the sewing length direction, so that not only the appearance of the stitch is improved, but also the stress applied to the sewing portion becomes constant and the strength of the sewing portion increases, which is preferable.

The sewing thread is not particularly limited, and a commercially available sewing thread may be used. The length of the seam is not particularly limited, but may be appropriately selected in the range of usually 0.5 to 10 mm in consideration of the thickness of the sewing thread and ease of sewing.
