Claims (6)
- Pt−Coを基合金とし、Pd、In、Ag、Cuの内の1種または2種以上を添加した貴金属系磁性合金。
- 請求項1に記載の貴金属系磁性合金において、Ptを85.0〜95.0wt%、Coを3.0〜10.0wt%とした貴金属系磁性合金。
- 請求項2に記載の貴金属系磁性合金において、Pdを0.5〜10.0wt%、Inを0.5〜10.0wt%、Agを0.5〜2.0wt%、Cuを0.5〜2.0wt%とした貴金属系磁性合金。
- Au−Coを基合金とし、Cu、Zn、Ag、Inの内の1種または2種以上を添加した貴金属系磁性合金。
- 請求項4に記載の貴金属系磁性合金において、Auを41.7〜83.3wt%、Coを5.7〜30.0wt%とした貴金属系磁性合金。
- 請求項5に記載の貴金属系磁性合金において、Cuを1.7〜38.3wt%、Znを1.0〜8.3wt%、Agを1.0〜15.0wt%、Inを0.5〜5.0wt%とした貴金属系磁性合金。
