また、側面や斜面に補修材を塗布した場合には、液だれによりバクテリアの代謝活動に必要な水分が流失しやすく、バクテリアの代謝活動が減少してひび割れ補修効果が低下するおそれがあった。
前記バクテリア及びそのための栄養素を含む水溶液に高粘性化物が添加されてなる前記補修材を、コンクリートのひび割れ部分に注入するか、前記バクテリア及びそのための栄養素を含む水溶液からなる前記補修材を、コンクリートのひび割れ部分に注入した後、このひび割れ部分を含むコンクリートの表面に、高粘性化物が添加された高粘性物を塗布することを特徴とするコンクリートのひび割れ補修方法が提供される。
前記補修材1、1’は、カルシウム源、バクテリア及びその代謝活動に必要な乳酸カルシウム等の栄養素を含んでいる。このような補修材としては、上記の先行技術文献に挙げた特許文献4(特表2016-525879号公報)に記載されたものを用いるのが好適である。この補修材1、1’に含まれる前記カルシウム源、バクテリア及び栄養素について、同公報の明細書の記載を一部抜粋しながら以下に説明する。
次に、前記補修材の製造方法について説明する。前記バクテリアは、乾燥した状態で乳酸カルシウム等の栄養素及び酵素とともに混合され、少量ずつ生分解性プラスチックで被覆されて粒状の補修材原料に成形される。
前記高粘性化物は、該高粘性化物を添加することによって、水溶液が増粘性を有するように作用する物質である。高粘性化物を添加後の水溶液の粘度は、添加前の水溶液の粘度より大きくなればよい。具体的には、添加前の水溶液の粘度に対して好ましくは100倍以上、より好ましくは1000倍以上となるのが望ましい。
次に、前記補修材1、1’を用いてコンクリートのひび割れCを補修する方法について説明する。水溶液からなる前記補修材1、1’を製造した後、この補修材1、1’をコンクリートのひび割れ部分に注入する。補修材1、1’の注入は、図1及び図2に示されるように、注入具7を用いた公知の注入工法により行うのが好ましい。
図4に示されるように、バクテリア及びそのための栄養素を含む水溶液に高粘性化物が添加されてなる補修材1を、コンクリートのひび割れC部分に注入した後、このひび割れC部分を含むコンクリートの表面に、高粘性化物が添加された高粘性物6を塗布してもよい。これにより、高粘性化された補修材1がひび割れCから流出するのがより確実に防止できるとともに、前記高粘性物6からひび割れC内のバクテリアに水分がより確実に供給できるようになる。

- バクテリアの代謝活動を利用した補修材によるコンクリートのひび割れ補修方法であって、
前記バクテリア及びそのための栄養素を含む水溶液に高粘性化物が添加されてなる前記補修材を、コンクリートのひび割れ部分に注入するか、前記バクテリア及びそのための栄養素を含む水溶液からなる前記補修材を、コンクリートのひび割れ部分に注入した後、このひび割れ部分を含むコンクリートの表面に、高粘性化物が添加された高粘性物を塗布することを特徴とするコンクリートのひび割れ補修方法。 - 前記高粘性化物は、高吸水性高分子である請求項1記載のコンクリートのひび割れ補修方法。
- 前記補修材をコンクリートのひび割れ部分に注入する際、ひび割れ部分の内部を減圧する請求項1、2いずれかに記載のコンクリートのひび割れ補修方法。
