Abstract
Description
第1連通孔群41の各連通孔41a〜41eおよび第2連通孔群42の各連通孔42a〜42eのうちの酸化剤ガス入口連通孔として設定された連通孔から、酸化剤ガス(例えば、空気)が供給され、その酸化剤ガスが酸化剤ガス流路11を流通する。これにより、カソード電極22に酸化剤ガスが供給される。
燃料電池の発電セル10を構成する接合セパレータ30において、第1セパレータ31および第2セパレータ32の外周部を接合する本実施形態に係る接合構造は、積層される一対の第1セパレータ31および第2セパレータ32を、連続した接合部50で接合することにより、接合部50で囲まれる一対の薄板の間の空間を封止する接合構造であって、接合部50は、複数回にわたり交差する連続した第1接合ライン51および第2接合ライン52と、第1接合ライン51および第2接合ライン52の隣接する2つの交差点53と当該2つの交差点53の間を結ぶ各接合ライン51、52とにより囲まれる複数の空間領域54と、を備える。
図8は、単純形状の長方形状の接合セパレータの外周部に沿ってレーザ溶接部による連続した接合ラインを形成する場合において、接合ラインが、一本の直線的な接合ラインからなる「一本の接合ライン」、二本の平行で直線的な接合ラインからなる「二重の接合ライン」、上記実施形態で示したような二重の波線が連続的に交差した「実施形態の接合ライン」のそれぞれにおける、リークの確率を求める式(1)、(2)、(3)を示している。

Claims (6)
- 積層される一対の薄板を、連続した接合部で接合することにより、前記接合部で囲まれる前記一対の薄板の間の空間を封止する接合構造であって、
前記接合部は、複数回にわたり交差する連続した少なくとも1つの接合ラインと、
前記接合ラインの隣接する2つの交差点と当該2つの交差点の間を結ぶ前記接合ラインとにより囲まれる複数の空間領域と、を備える接合構造。 - 2つの前記接合ラインが所定の間隔で互いに交差しながら延在している請求項1に記載の接合構造。
- 前記接合ラインは波状である請求項2に記載の接合構造。
- 1つの前記接合ラインが互いに重なる複数のループ部を有する状態に延在している請求項1に記載の接合構造。
- 前記一対の薄板の外周部に前記接合部を有する請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の接合構造。
- 膜電極構造体に積層される燃料電池用セパレータであって、
薄板状の第1セパレータと、
前記第1セパレータに積層されて接合される薄板状の第2セパレータと、を備え、
前記第1セパレータと第2セパレータとが、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の接合構造により接合されている燃料電池用セパレータ。
