Abstract
【解決手段】電解液体生成装置10は、互いに隣り合う陰極15と陽極14との間に導電性膜16が介在するように積層された積層体17を有し、液体を電解処理する電解部13と、電解部13が内部に配置され、流路12が形成されたハウジング11と、を備える。電解部13には、流路12に開口するとともに、導電性膜16と陰極15および陽極14との界面23,24の少なくとも一部が露出する溝部25が形成されている。陰極15および陽極14のうちいずれか一方の電極の外周部の幅W1は、電解部13の溝部25の幅W2よりも小さい。

Description
図1および図2に示すように、本実施形態にかかるオゾン水生成装置10は、ハウジング11を有しており、ハウジング11の内部に流路12が形成されている。
次に、本実施形態で示すオゾン水生成装置10の動作、作用について説明する。
(1)本実施形態において、オゾン水生成装置10は、互いに隣り合う電極間に導電性膜16が介在するように積層された積層体17を有し、液体を電解処理する電解部13と、電解部13が内部に配置されるハウジング11と、を備える。ハウジング11には、電解部13に供給される液体が流入する流入口21と電解部13で生成される電解液体が流出する流出口22とを有し、通液方向Xが積層体17の積層方向Zと交差する方向となる流路12が形成されている。電解部13には、流路12に開口するとともに、導電性膜16と電極との界面23,24の少なくとも一部が露出する溝部25が形成されており、互いに隣り合う電極が陰極15および陽極14である。陰極15および陽極14のうちいずれか一方の電極の外周部の幅W1は、電解部13の溝部25(陰極側孔15d)の幅W2よりも小さい。
以上、本開示の好適な実施形態について説明したが、本開示は上記実施形態には限定されず、種々の変形が可能である。

Claims (4)
- 互いに隣り合う電極間に導電性膜が介在するように積層された積層体を有し、液体を電解処理する電解部と、
前記電解部が内部に配置されるハウジングと、を備え、
前記ハウジングには、前記電解部に供給される液体が流入する流入口と前記電解部で生成される電解液体が流出する流出口とを有し、通液方向が前記積層体の積層方向と交差する方向となる流路が形成されており、
前記電解部には、前記流路に開口するとともに、前記導電性膜と前記電極との界面の少なくとも一部が露出する溝部が形成されており、
前記互いに隣り合う電極が陰極および陽極であり、
前記陰極および前記陽極のうちいずれか一方の電極の外周部の幅は、前記電解部の前記溝部の幅よりも小さい、
電解液体生成装置。 - 前記陰極および前記陽極のうち少なくともいずれか一方の電極の外周部と前記ハウジングの内面との間に、液体の滞留を抑制する空間部が形成されている、
