Claims (11)
- 前記密度ρが0.9〜1.2g/m3であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の液体吐出装置。
- 前記粘度μが4.0〜10.0mPa・sであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の液体吐出装置。
- 前記表面張力σが30mN/m以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の液体吐出装置。
- 前記直径Dが17〜24μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の液体吐出装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記アクチュエータに対し、1吐出周期内に複数のパルスを含む駆動信号を供給することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の液体吐出装置。
- 前記複数のパルスのうちの最後のパルスの幅がAL(Acoustic Length)よりも短いことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の液体吐出装置。
- 前記ノズルに連通する圧力室を備え、
前記アクチュエータは、前記圧力室を覆い、
前記制御部による前記アクチュエータの駆動方式は、前記圧力室の容積を増加させてから所定時間経過後に前記圧力室の容積を元に戻すことで前記エネルギーを付与する、引き打ち方式であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の液体吐出装置。
