Claims (3)
- 汚泥を脱水し脱水ケーキを得る脱水装置において、筒状スクリーンを内蔵した脱水管を用い、重力、圧密、毛細管現象、摩擦熱、圧縮熱にて汚泥の含水率を低減することを特徴とする汚泥脱水方法及び汚泥脱水構造。
- 複数設置した脱水管への汚泥供給圧力が自動的に平衡状態となることを特徴とする汚泥脱水方法及び汚泥脱水構造。
- 脱水管入口から出口に向かって含水率が確実に下がっていく特性を利用し、汚泥出口部に水分量を計測するセンサーを設置し、汚泥含水率を一定に保つよう、汚泥送り込み量を自動調整できることを特徴とする汚泥脱水方法及び汚泥脱水構造。
