Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a batch type cooling device and relates to a cooling device having excellent cooling efficiency.
Generally, in a batch type cooling device, it is necessary to open the door for putting in and taking out articles (objects to be frozen) in the freezing chamber. In this case, the temperature in the freezing chamber rises sharply. Therefore, the batch type cooling device has a problem that the cooling efficiency after opening the cooling chamber is remarkably lowered.
Therefore, in the batch type cooling device, how quickly the temperature of the freezing chamber can be returned to the original temperature range (cold temperature) after opening the cooling chamber during the cooling operation has been an important issue.
Although no prior application having the same problem as the present invention has been found at this time, the following prior applications belonging to the same technical field are known.

The present invention has been made in response to such a conventional problem, and an object of the present invention is that after opening a cooling chamber, the temperature of the cooling chamber can be quickly restored to a target temperature range (cold temperature). Moreover, it is an object of the present invention to provide a cooling device in which ice and frost are less likely to adhere to the cooling unit and the cooling efficiency is excellent.
The cooling device, which is the first invention for achieving the above object, is a cooling device for refrigerating an article, and has a heat insulating box body having a hollow portion inside and an upper portion using the hollow portion as a cold insulation chamber. Of the partitions that divide the space and the lower space used as the cooling chamber, move to the upper space side so that there is no gap between the first partition having the first opening and the first opening. A second partition that is vertically suspended in a tubular shape and has a second opening that communicates with the first opening at the upper end thereof, and is arranged so as to surround the entire circumference of the side surface inside the second partition. It is characterized by including a cooling unit and a fan arranged so as to close the second opening when viewed in a plan view.
In the first invention of the above configuration, the heat insulating box has an action of blocking the space inside the hollow portion from the outside air. Further, the partition (the first partition and the second partition) has an effect of dividing the space in the hollow portion into the upper space and the lower space. Further, the first opening provided in the first partition has an action of connecting the upper space and the lower space.
Further, in the first invention, the cooling unit is arranged inside the second partition. In addition, a fan is arranged in the second opening of the second partition. Therefore, the inside of the second partition has an action of deriving the cold heat (cold air) generated in the cooling unit to the lower space when the cooling unit and the fan are operated.
Further, the second partition has an action of transmitting the cold heat generated in the cooling unit to the upper space on the circumferential direction (horizontal direction) side of the cooling unit to indirectly cool the upper space. Further, as described above, the cooling unit housed inside the second partition also acts as an obstacle that prevents cold air (cold heat) from moving from the upper space to the lower space when the lower space is opened. ..
Further, since the fan is arranged so as to close the second opening when viewed in a plan view, cold air (cold heat) of the fan itself moves from the upper space to the lower space when the lower space is opened. Acts as an obstacle to prevent.
According to the first invention as described above, the cold heat generated in the cooling unit is transferred to the upper space through the second partition. That is, the peripheral side surface and the upper surface of the cooling unit are in a state of being wrapped in cold air. Further, when the operation of the cooling unit and the fan is stopped, the second partition prevents the cold air in the upper space from moving from the first opening to the lower space.
Therefore, in the first invention, while the operation of the cooling unit and the fan is stopped to open the lower space, the temperature rise of the cooling unit itself is suppressed by the cold air kept in the upper space. Further, in the first invention, when the lower space is closed and the cooling unit and the fan are restarted, the cold air retained in the upper space is further cooled by the cooling unit kept in a cold state. By supplying it to the lower space, it has the effect of efficiently cooling the lower space.
The cooling device according to the second invention is the first invention described above, wherein the second partition is made of metal.
In the second invention of the above configuration, in addition to the same action as that of the first invention described above, the material of the second partition is metal, so that the cooling heat to the peripheral side surface side (horizontal direction) of the cooling unit is generated. Communication is promoted.
As a result, according to the second invention, there is an action of cooling the air in the upper space more efficiently than in the first invention.
The cooling device according to the third invention is the first or second invention described above, wherein when the fan is viewed in a plan view, the cooling device covers the movable region of the impeller and the region excluding the clearance with the movable region. It is characterized by having.
In the third invention having the above configuration, in addition to the same action as the action according to the first or second invention described above, the cover provided on the fan has the cooling unit and the fan stopped and the lower space is open. In some cases, it has the effect of preventing the cold air in the upper space from moving to the lower space through the second partition.
Therefore, the third invention has an effect of suppressing an increase in the temperature of the upper space when the cooling unit and the fan are stopped and the lower space is opened.
As a result, according to the third invention, the action of suppressing the temperature rise of the cooling unit itself when the lower space is opened is further promoted.
The cooling device according to the fourth invention is any one of the above-mentioned first to third inventions, and the first partition itself has a heat insulating structure or is different from the first partition. It is characterized by having a heat insulating structure integrally or separately.
The fourth invention having the above configuration has the same action as that of the first to third inventions described above. Further, the heat insulating structure composed of the first partition itself as in the fourth invention, or provided integrally or separately from the first partition has an effect of insulating the upper space and the lower space.
In this case, when the lower space is opened, it has the effect of suppressing or significantly delaying the temperature rise of the upper space as the temperature of the lower space rises.
As a result, according to the fourth invention, the action of suppressing the temperature rise of the cooling unit itself when the lower space is opened is further promoted.
The cooling device according to the fifth invention is any one of the first to fourth inventions described above, wherein the second partition is composed of a plurality of separable parts.
The fifth invention having the above configuration has the same action as that of the first to fourth inventions described above. Further, in the fifth invention, the second partition is composed of a plurality of parts, so that the second partition can be disassembled or removed as needed.
The cooling device according to the sixth invention is any one of the above-mentioned first to fifth inventions, and the heat insulating box has a third opening that allows entry and exit to the lower space, and the third opening. It is characterized by being provided with a heat insulating door that closes the opening, and further provided with a sensor that detects the open / closed state of the heat insulating door.
The sixth invention having the above configuration has the same action as that of the first to fifth inventions described above. Further, in the sixth invention, the third opening has an effect of allowing an article (object to be cooled) to be taken in and out of the lower space. Further, the heat insulating door provided in the third opening has an effect of opening and closing the third opening. Further, the sensor has an action of detecting the opening / closing operation of the heat insulating door.
Therefore, according to the sixth invention, the open state of the heat insulating door of the heat insulating door provided in the third opening is detected to stop the operation of the cooling unit and the fan, and the closed state of the heat insulating door is detected. The cooling unit and fan can be restarted.
According to the first invention as described above, when the lower space is opened in order to put an article (object to be cooled) in and out of the lower space, the cold air in the upper space flows from the first opening to the lower space or the heat insulating box. It can be prevented from being derived outside of. As a result, the temperature in the upper space can be kept low even while the lower space is open.
Further, in the first invention, the cooling unit is housed inside the second partition. That is, in the first invention, the cooling unit is arranged on the upper space side with reference to the first partition. Therefore, when the lower space is opened, the surface of the cooling unit exposed to the outside air can be substantially limited to the lower surface of the cooling unit.
As a result, in the first invention, it is possible to suppress an increase in the temperature of the cooling unit itself when the lower space is opened.
Then, in the first invention, when the lower space is closed after the lower space is opened and the cooling unit and the fan are restarted, the air in the upper space where the cold state is maintained is further cooled by the cooling unit. Can be sent to the lower space.
In this case, the temperature of the cold air drawn out from the cooling unit immediately after the restart of the cooling unit and the fan is significantly lower than that in the case of using a cooling device that does not divide the hollow portion of the heat insulating box into the upper space and the lower space. can do.
Therefore, according to the first invention, the lower space is returned to the desired temperature zone (cold temperature) after the lower space is opened, as compared with the cooling device in which the hollow portion of the heat insulating box is not divided into the upper space and the lower space. The time required for making it can be shortened.
Further, in the first invention, when the lower space is closed and the cooling unit and the fan are restarted after the lower space is opened as described above, the cold air maintained in the cold state in the upper space is supplied to the cooling unit. Therefore, the difference between the temperature of the cooling unit itself and the temperature of the air to be cooled can be reduced. In this case, when the temperature of the lower space rises due to the opening of the lower space, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of dew condensation on the surface of the cooling unit. Therefore, even if the cooling unit and the fan are restarted after the lower space is closed, ice is unlikely to adhere to the surface of the cooling unit. As a result, according to the first invention, it is possible to prevent a decrease in the cooling efficiency of the cooling unit due to
Further, in the first invention, active circulation of air (cold air) does not occur between the upper space and the lower space when the cooling unit and the fan are in operation. More specifically, in the first invention, substantially no inflow of cold air occurs during operation of the cooling unit and the fan, except for the physically unavoidable inflow of cold air from the lower space to the upper space. Therefore, according to the first invention, when the cooling unit and the fan are restarted after closing the lower space, new air containing water vapor flowing into the lower space positively moves between the upper space and the lower space. Do not come and go. As a result, according to the first invention, it is possible to suitably prevent the adhesion and accumulation of frost on the surface of the cooling unit during operation of the cooling unit and the fan. Therefore, according to the first invention, it is possible to prevent a decrease in the cooling efficiency of the cooling unit due to
As described above, according to the first invention, dew condensation occurs on the cooling unit at all times and ice adheres to the cooling unit, and frost adheres due to sublimation of water vapor in the outside air flowing into the lower space on the surface of the cooling unit. Moreover, since the accumulation of ice and frost is unlikely to occur, the cooling efficiency can be improved.
In the second invention, in addition to the same effect as that of the first invention as described above, since the second partition is made of metal, the transfer of cold heat from the cooling unit to the upper space can be promoted. ..
As a result, it is possible to promote a temperature drop in the upper space during the cooling operation of the first invention. As a result, the temperature drop in the lower space can be promoted.
Therefore, according to the second invention, the cooling efficiency of the cooling device according to the first invention described above can be further improved.
The third invention has the same effect as that of the first or second invention as described above.
Further, in the cooling device according to the present invention, the internal space of the substantially sealed heat insulating box body is divided into an upper space and a lower space by partitions (first partition and second partition), and these spaces. Since the cooling unit and the fan are housed inside the second partition connecting the two, the flow of air between the upper space and the lower space can be suppressed as much as possible.
More specifically, in the cooling device according to the present invention, during the cooling operation, cold air is constantly supplied from the upper space to the lower space by the operation of the fan, so that the lower space becomes a positive pressure. On the other hand, the upper space becomes negative pressure.
Therefore, when the operation of the fan and the cooling unit is stopped in the cooling device according to the present invention, air flows from the lower space toward the upper space so as to eliminate the pressure difference between the upper space and the lower space. Further, when the lower space is released from this state, the cold air in the upper space tends to move to the lower space side through the inside of the second partition. At this time, since the fan is provided with a cover, the air flow from the upper space to the lower space can be blocked by the cover to make it gentle.
As a result, when the lower space is opened, the movement of cold air in the upper space to the lower space is hindered. That is, it is possible to suppress the air outside the heat insulating box body that has flowed into the lower space from flowing into the upper space.
Therefore, according to the third invention, when the lower space is opened, the temperature rise in the upper space can be suppressed, and thereby the temperature rise in the cooling unit itself can also be suppressed.
As a result, according to the third invention, the effect of improving the cooling efficiency of the first invention can be further promoted.
The fourth invention has the same effect as the effect of each of the first to third inventions as described above.
Further, in the fourth invention, by having the heat insulating structure in the region where the first partition is arranged, the heat insulating property between the upper space and the lower space can be enhanced.
In this case, it is possible to make it more difficult for the temperature of the upper space to rise when the lower space is opened. As a result, the effect of suppressing the temperature rise of the cooling unit itself when the lower space is opened can be further improved.
As a result, according to the fourth invention, the effect of improving the cooling efficiency of the first invention can be further promoted.
The fifth invention has the same effect as the effect of each of the first to fourth inventions as described above.
Further, in the fifth invention, a part or all of the second partition can be removed as needed.
As a result, according to the fifth invention, maintenance work of the cooling unit and the fan housed in the hollow portion of the second partition can be facilitated.
The sixth invention has the same effect as the effect of each of the first to fifth inventions as described above.
Further, in the sixth invention, by providing the sensor, the operating state of the fan and the cooling unit can be switched in conjunction with the opening / closing operation of the heat insulating door closing the third opening.
In this case, it is possible to prevent the fan from continuing to operate while the lower space is open and the cold air in the upper space being led out of the heat insulating container.
As a result, according to the sixth invention, the effect of improving the cooling efficiency of the first invention can be further promoted.
The cooling device according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4.

Therefore, in the
Further, in the
Specifically, in the

In the
Further, the
In this case, when the

Further, in the
Therefore, when the
