Abstract
Description
バンバリーミキサーを使用し、下記表1に示す配合(質量部)に従って、まず、第一混合段階で、ゴム成分に対し硫黄及び加硫促進剤を除く配合剤を添加し混練した(排出温度=160℃)。次いで、得られた混練物に、最終混合段階で、硫黄と加硫促進剤を添加し混練した(排出温度=90℃)。これによりゴム組成物を調製した。表1中の各成分の詳細は、以下の通りである。
・BR:宇部興産(株)製「BR150B」(シス含量:97質量%)
・カーボンブラック:東海カーボン(株)製「シーストKH」(N339)(N2SA:93m2/g)
・シリカ:東ソー・シリカ(株)製「ニップシールAQ」(BET:205m2/g)
・プロセスオイル:パラフィンオイル、JXTGエネルギー(株)製「プロセスP200」
・シランカップリング剤:エボニックインダストリーズ社製「Si69」
・ステアリン酸:花王(株)製「ルナックS−20」
・酸化亜鉛:三井金属鉱業(株)製「亜鉛華1号」
・ワックス:日本精鑞(株)製「OZOACE0355」
・老化防止剤:大内新興化学工業(株)製「ノクラック6C」
・石油樹脂:東ソー(株)製「ペトロタック90」(C5/C9系石油樹脂)
・アミノアルコキシシラン:N−2−(アミノメチル−3−アミノプロピルメチルジメトキシシラン)、信越化学工業(株)製「KBM−602」
・環状アルコキシド:亜鉛グリセロレート(式(1)中、M=Zn、R1=H、R2=CH2OH
・植物性粒状体:クルミ殻粉砕物((株)日本ウォルナット製「ソフトグリット#46」)にRFL処理液(レゾルシン・ホルマリン樹脂初期縮合物とラテックスの混合物を主成分とするもの)で表面処理を施したもの(D90:300μm)
・加硫促進剤:大内新興化学工業(株)製「ノクセラーD」
・硫黄:鶴見化学工業(株)製「粉末硫黄」。
