Abstract
Description
バンバリーミキサーを使用し、下記表1に示す配合(質量部)に従って、まず、第一混合段階で、ゴム成分に対し硫黄及び加硫促進剤を除く配合剤を添加し混練した(排出温度=160℃)。次いで、得られた混練物に、最終混合段階で、硫黄と加硫促進剤を添加し混練した(排出温度=90℃)。これによりゴム組成物を調製した。表1中の各成分の詳細は、以下の通りである。
・SSBR1:旭化成(株)製「タフデン1834」(溶液重合SBR、Tg=−68℃)(SSBR1はゴムポリマー100質量部に対して37.5質量部のオイル分を含む油展ゴムである。表1中、SSBR1の量はゴムポリマーとしての量であり、プロセスオイルの量にはSSBR1の油展分のオイル量が含まれる。)
・SSBR2:JSR(株)製「HPR340」(アルコキシル基及びアミノ基末端変性溶液重合SBR、Tg=−58℃)
・BR:宇部興産(株)製「BR150B」(シス含量:97質量%)
・カーボンブラック:東海カーボン(株)製「シーストKH」(N339)
・シリカ:東ソー・シリカ(株)製「ニップシールAQ」(BET:205m2/g)
・プロセスオイル:JXTGエネルギー(株)製「プロセスNC140」
・シランカップリング剤:エボニックインダストリーズ社製「Si69」
・ステアリン酸:花王(株)製「ルナックS−20」
・酸化亜鉛:三井金属鉱業(株)製「亜鉛華1号」
・ワックス:日本精鑞(株)製「OZOACE0355」
・老化防止剤:大内新興化学工業(株)製「ノクラック6C」
・石油樹脂:東ソー(株)製「ペトロタック90」(C5/C9系石油樹脂)

- 更に石油樹脂をゴム成分100質量部に対して1〜20質量部含む、請求項1に記載の冬用タイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の冬用タイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物からなるトレッドを備える冬用タイヤ。
