Claims (9)

前記センサ面は、前記流路中の流体に露出され、前記流路のマニホルド表面と実質的に同一平面であるかまたはそれより盛り上がっている、薬剤流れセンサ。 - 前記流路は、前記センサ面に隣接した既知の領域の実質的に矩形の断面を有する請求項1に記載の薬剤流れセンサ。
- 前記流路は、前記入口において円形のカニューレに接続し、前記出口において円形のカニューレに接続し、前記入口および前記出口に円形の断面をもつ前記流路の部分の間に滑らかな遷移を備え、前記センサ面において前記実質的に矩形の断面を備える請求項2に記載の薬剤流れセンサ。
- 前記流路の体積は30マイクロリットル未満である請求項1に記載の薬剤流れセンサ。
- 加熱要素と前記加熱要素の上流および下流に等距離に離間された感知要素のペアとを有するセンサ面を備える第2のセンサをさらに備え、前記第2のセンサは、前記第1のセンサに隣接する前記流路の部分とは異なる断面積を有する前記流路の第2の部分に位置する請求項1に記載の薬剤流れセンサ。
- 前記センサ面はリジッド基板上に形成される請求項1に記載の薬剤流れセンサ。
- 前記センサ面はガラス基板上に形成される請求項1に記載の薬剤流れセンサ。
- 前記センサ面が、2W/mKよりも小さい熱伝導率を有するリジッド基板上に形成される請求項1に記載の薬剤流れセンサ。
- 前記センサ面は、投与イベント中に前記流路内の薬剤によって加えられる流体圧によるたわみに抵抗するのに十分な厚さを有するポリマー基板から形成される請求項1に記載の薬剤流れセンサ。
