Claims (14)
- 内視鏡外科手術のための切除用内視鏡(12)用の送り装置(10)であって、
結合体(15)と、前記結合体(15)内のシステム構成部品(13)と結合するためにラッチシステム(18)とを有し、前記ラッチシステムが、前記送り装置(10)の長手軸に対して好ましくは横手方向に配置された、係合孔(22)または係合溝(23)を備えた細長いラッチ要素(20)とばね要素(24)とを含むものにおいて、
前記ラッチ要素(20)と前記結合体(15)との間に、前記ラッチ要素(20)の長手軸に対して平行に配置された1つまたは複数の洗浄路(25)が形成されていることを特徴とする送り装置。 - 洗浄液を導入または導出するための前記洗浄路(25)が前記ラッチ要素(20)の両端(28)に開いていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の送り装置。
- 前記洗浄路(25)により、洗浄液が前記送り装置(10)の横側(30)から前記送り装置(10)の反対側(32)へ誘導され得ることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の送り装置。
- 前記ラッチ要素(20)が、前記ラッチ要素(20)の長手軸に対して平行に配置された1つまたは複数の洗浄溝(26)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の送り装置。
- 前記結合体(15)が、前記ラッチ要素(20)の長手軸に対して平行に、かつ前記ラッチ要素(20)に隣接するように配置された1つまたは複数の洗浄溝(26)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の送り装置。
- 前記洗浄溝(26)により生成された前記洗浄路(40)が前記ラッチ要素(20)の全長に亘って延びていることを特徴とする、請求項4または5に記載の送り装置。
- 前記システム構成部品(13)が細長いシャフト部分(16)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の送り装置。
- 前記ラッチシステム(18)が、前記システム構成部品(13)の近位端領域と結合するように形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の送り装置。
- 前記システム構成部品(13)の近位端領域が、前記ラッチシステム(18)の前記係合孔(22)または係合溝(23)に挿入され得ることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の送り装置。
- 前記システム構成部品(13)が作業器具(14)、好ましくは細長いシャフト部分(16)と、その遠位端に高周波電流を加えられ得る電極(44)とを備えた電極器具(42)であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9の何れか1項に記載の送り装置。
- 前記送り装置(10)が、前記作業器具(14)の長手方向の移動を制御するように形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の送り装置。
- 前記ラッチシステム(18)が細長い係止要素(34)を含み、前記係止要素が、前記ラッチ要素(20)の長手軸に対して横手方向に、前記ラッチ要素(20)の前記外壁(38)内の係止溝(36)内に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11の何れか1項に記載の送り装置。
- 前記ばね要素(24)が圧縮ばね、好ましくは圧縮コイルばねであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12の何れか1項に記載の送り装置。
- 請求項1〜13の何れか1項に記載の送り装置(10)と、好ましくは前記送り装置(10)内にラッチ係合されるシステム構成部品(13)とを含むことを特徴とする、内視鏡外科手術に使用するための切除用内視鏡。
