Description
図1は、本願発明の実施形態による工具経路生成装置10のブロック図である。工具経路生成装置10は、加工領域設定部12、工具移動曲面生成部14、加工パターン選択部16、分割線生成部18、演算部20および記憶部22を主要な構成要素として具備している。工具経路生成装置10は、CPU(中央演算素子)、RAM(ランダムアクセスメモリ)やROM(リードオンリーメモリ)のようなメモリ装置、HDD(ハードディスクドライブ)やSSD(ソリッドステートドライブ)のような記憶デバイス、出入力ポート、および、これらを相互接続する双方向バスを含むコンピュータおよび関連するソフトウェアから構成することができる。

Claims (7)
- ワークの加工面に沿って生成された工具移動曲面上を工具が移動し、ワークを加工する工具経路を生成する工具経路生成方法において、
前記工具移動曲面上を工具が移動する経路を定めるための規則である走査方針を設定し、
前記工具移動曲面上に分割線を配置し、
前記走査方針に基づいて前記工具移動曲面上を工具が移動するときの軌跡と、前記分割線との交点の位置を算出し、
前記交点の位置を通過する曲線で曲線補間する移動指令で表される工具経路を生成する工具経路生成方法。 - 前記分割線は、前記工具移動曲面上に多数の母点を配置し、前記工具移動曲面に沿う曲線によって前記母点を結んで三角形を形成するように生成される請求項1に記載の工具経路生成方法。
- 前記分割線は、前記工具移動曲面上に多数の母点を配置し、前記工具移動曲面に沿う曲線によって前記母点を結んで四角形を形成するように生成される請求項1に記載の工具経路生成方法。
- 前記分割線は、前記曲面に対面する平面上に延びる複数の平行線を前記曲面に投影した曲線によって定義される請求項1に記載の工具経路生成方法。
- 工具と、該工具に対面するワークとを相対移動させて、前記ワークを加工するためのワークに対する工具の移動経路である工具経路生成装置において、
ワークの加工面に沿って工具移動曲面を生成する工具移動曲面生成部と、
工具が移動する経路を定める走査方針を定義した加工パターンを選択する加工パターン選択部と、
前記工具移動曲面に沿って分割線を生成する分割線生成部と、
前記加工パターン選択部によって選択された加工パターンを前記工具移動曲面に投影して、前記工具移動曲面上を工具が移動するときの軌跡と、前記分割線との交点の位置を算出し、前記交点の位置を通過する曲線で曲線補間する移動指令で表される工具経路を生成する演算部と
を具備することを特徴とした工具経路生成装置。 - 前記分割線生成部は、前記工具移動曲面上に多数の母点を配置し、前記工具移動曲面に沿う曲線によって前記母点を結んで三角形を形成するように分割線を生成する請求項5に記載の工具経路生成方法。
- 請求項5または6に記載の工具経路生成装置を備えた工作機械の制御装置。
