Abstract
Description
実施形態に係る超音波診断装置は、プローブ、画像生成部、傾斜角度演算部、及び、支援像生成手段を有する。プローブは、乳房に対して当接され、乳房に対する超音波の送受波により受信信号を出力するものである。画像生成部は、受信信号に基づいて、乳腺像、大胸筋像及びそれらの間の境界像を含む超音波画像を生成する。支援像生成手段は、境界像の傾斜角度に基づいて、プローブの操作を支援する支援像を生成する。
図1には、実施形態に係る超音波診断装置の構成がブロック図として示されている。超音波診断装置は、病院等の医療機関に設置され、生体(被検者)に対する超音波の送受波により得られた受信信号に基づいて超音波画像を形成する医療用の装置である。実施形態に係る超音波診断装置は、後に詳述するように、超音波画像を自動的に解析する機能(CAD機能)、及び、プローブ操作を支援する情報を表示する機能、を備えている。実施形態において、超音波診断対象となる組織は乳房であり、より詳しくは乳腺である。
Claims (10)
- 乳房に対して当接され、前記乳房に対する超音波の送受波により受信信号を出力するプローブと、
前記受信信号に基づいて、乳腺像、大胸筋像及びそれらの間の境界像を含む超音波画像を生成する画像生成部と、
前記超音波画像に基づいて、前記境界像の傾斜角度を演算する傾斜角度演算部と、
前記境界像の傾斜角度に基づいて、前記プローブの操作を支援する支援像を生成する支援像生成手段と、
を含むことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項1記載の超音波診断装置において、
前記境界像の傾斜角度に基づいて、前記プローブの当接姿勢について不適正を判定する判定部を含み、
前記支援像を通じてユーザーに対して前記不適正が報知される、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項2記載の超音波診断装置において、
前記判定部は、前記傾斜角度が閾値を超える場合に前記不適正を判定し、
前記境界像の深さに応じて前記閾値を変更する閾値設定手段が設けられた、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項3記載の超音波診断装置において、
前記閾値設定手段は、前記境界像の深さの減少に伴って前記閾値を引き上げる、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項1記載の超音波診断装置において、
前記傾斜角度演算部は、
前記境界像に基づいて近似直線を生成する生成器と、
前記傾斜角度として、水平方向に対する前記近似直線の交差角度を演算する演算器と、
を含むことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項5記載の超音波診断装置において、
前記生成器は、
前記境界像を横切るように複数の探索経路を設定し、
前記各探索経路上において深い側から浅い側へ境界探索を行って境界点を特定し、
前記複数の探索経路上において特定された複数の境界点に基づいて前記近似直線を生成する、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項6記載の超音波診断装置において、
前記生成器は、
前記複数の境界点の内で除外条件を満たす無効境界点を除外して複数の有効境界点を特定し、
前記複数の有効境界点に基づいて前記近似直線を生成する、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項1記載の超音波診断装置において、
前記超音波画像の中の異常部位を探索する解析部と、
前記境界像の傾斜角度に基づいて、前記解析部の動作を制限する制御部と、
を含むことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 乳腺像、大胸筋像及びそれらの間の境界像を含む超音波画像に基づいて、前記境界像の傾斜角度を演算する工程と、
前記境界像の傾斜角度に基づいて、乳房に当接したプローブの操作を支援する支援像を生成する工程と、
前記支援像を表示する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする表示方法。 - 乳腺像、大胸筋像及びそれらの間の境界像を含む超音波画像に基づいて、前記境界像の傾斜角度を演算する機能と、
前記境界像の傾斜角度に基づいて、乳房に当接したプローブの操作を支援する支援像を生成する機能と、
を含むことを特徴とするプログラム。
