Description

The present invention is a fence attached along a site boundary such as a commercial facility, a public facility, a railroad, a highway, a factory, or a boundary of an adjacent land, and is a fence that can be passed through a place other than an existing door in an emergency. Regarding.

Fences are installed at the boundaries of commercial facilities, public facilities, railways, highways, factories, etc., and at the boundaries of adjacent land to prevent the general public from easily entering the site. As a form of the fence, generally, columns are embedded along the boundary portion at appropriate intervals, and a grid-like or plate-like panel is attached between the columns. Furthermore, in order to prevent intrusion, the height of the fence is raised, a wire fence is attached to the upper end of the fence, the upper end of the fence is tilted toward the outside of the site, or the direction outside the site. A sneak peek with a barbed wire is attached to the surface.

Such fences are usually provided with gates and the like at places where they enter and exit the site at predetermined locations, making them passable. Therefore, if it becomes necessary to evacuate from the premises to the outside due to a sudden change in the weather or an earthquake, evacuees may be concentrated at the existing gate, making it impossible to evacuate smoothly, or the evacuees may be concentrated and fall. There is a risk of injury due to such factors.

For example, in Patent Document 1, a part between adjacent columns of a fence is sandwiched and fixed by frame-shaped fixtures from both sides, and after the fixture is fixed, a wire mesh to be removed is provided in a portion surrounded by the fixture. A method for attaching a fence door has been proposed, which comprises cutting and removing to form an entry opening, and attaching an openable door body to the formed entry opening.

Japanese Patent No. 6542565

By the way, according to the method of attaching the fence door, a part between the columns is sandwiched and fixed by frame-shaped fixtures from both sides, and after the fixture is fixed, the wire mesh to be removed of the portion surrounded by the fixture is fixed. Since it is cut and removed, the portion to be removed can be easily identified and the removal work can be easily performed. However, since the fixture is sandwiched and fixed from both sides of the column, the operator needs to be on both the front and rear sides of the fence. Therefore, if it is difficult for the worker to go to the front side or the rear side of the fence, it may be difficult to attach the door.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, and when removing a part of the fence, a part of the fence body is removed from one of the front and rear sides of the fence without using a guide or a reinforcing member. Provide a fence to which the door can be attached.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has the following configuration.
That is, the fence according to the present invention has a grid pattern in which a large number of vertical members and a large number of horizontal members are joined at an intersection, which is attached between the columns erected at intervals in the left-right direction and the columns. The fence body, an opening formed by cutting a part of the vertical member and the horizontal member of the fence body and removing a part of the fence body so as to pass in the front-rear direction, and attached to the opening. A door is provided, and the door is characterized in that it is formed by using the fence body that has been removed.

In the present invention, the door is formed by a lattice portion in which a plurality of unit lattices formed by adjacent vertical members and adjacent horizontal members are arranged in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction, and a vertical portion cut outside the lattice portion. An outer peripheral portion having a material and a horizontal member may be provided and fixed to the opening by a fixing means, and the vertical member and the horizontal member of the outer peripheral portion may be shortened to be smaller than the opening.

Further, in the present invention, in the fixing means, the door frame arranged along the outer peripheral portion of the door body can be attached to the door frame via a fixing member that can be operated from one of the front and rear portions, and the opening portion. It may be fixed to an opening frame arranged along the peripheral edge of the door.

Since the fence according to the present invention includes a grid-like fence main body in which a large number of vertical members and a large number of horizontal members are joined at intersections, when a part of the fence main body is cut off to form an opening. It is possible to cut vertical members and horizontal members without a reinforcing member such as a frame member. Moreover, since a part of the excised fence body can be used as a door to be attached to the opening, the material of the door can be minimized.

Next, the best mode for carrying out the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings.

In the drawings, 10 is an erected strut, 20 is a fence body attached between the columns 10, 30 is a door attached to the fence body 20, and the fence 100 according to the present invention is mainly a strut. It is composed of 10, a fence body 20, and a door 30.

FIG. 1 is a front view showing an embodiment of the fence 100 according to the present invention. The lower part of the support column 10 is embedded in the installation surface and is erected at intervals in the left-right direction. Generally, a steel pipe having a stable strength is used for the support column 10, but other metals may be used in addition to the steel material. Further, metal plating or coating may be applied to enhance the corrosion resistance and weather resistance of the support column 10. The front side of the fence 100 is the front side of FIG. 1, and the rear side of the fence 100 is the back side of FIG. 1, which will be described below.

In the fence main body 20, a large number of vertical members 21 and a large number of horizontal members 22 are arranged in a grid pattern and joined by welding at the intersections thereof. As the vertical member 21 and the horizontal member 22, steel wire having stable strength and low cost is preferably used in this embodiment, but a wire rod made of another metal such as a stainless alloy or an aluminum alloy may be used. .. Further, metal plating or coating may be applied to enhance the corrosion resistance and weather resistance of the vertical member 21 and the horizontal member 22.

In the present embodiment, the connecting structure between the support column 10 and the fence body 20 is such that the fence body 20 is arranged on the front side of the support column 10 and the fence body 20 is fixed to the front side of the support column 10 via the connecting metal fitting 11. Further, by arranging another connecting metal fitting 12 at the side end portion of the fence main body 20 and connecting the adjacent side end portions of the fence main body 20, a plurality of fence main bodies 20 are connected in the left-right direction. That is, the connecting structure in this embodiment is a so-called free column structure, but a connecting structure other than this embodiment may be used. For example, although not shown, a so-called fixed column structure in which the side end portion of the fence and the column are connected may be used.

A door 30 is attached to a part of the fence main bodies 20 among the plurality of fence main bodies 20, and in this embodiment, the lower fence main body 20 which is easy to use at the time of evacuation among the fence main bodies 20 arranged in two upper and lower stages.

FIG. 2 is a front view showing a state in which the door 30 is removed from the fence main body 20. When the door 30 is removed from the fence body 20, an opening 23 that can pass in the front-rear direction appears. That is, the fence main body 20 in the lower central portion of FIG. 1 has an opening 23 formed in a part of the fence main body 20 and a door 30 attached to the opening 23. Although not shown, a display member with an "emergency exit" or the like may be attached to the door 30.

Due to this structure, when it is necessary to evacuate from the site (rear side of the fence 100) to the outside of the site (front side of the fence 100) in an emergency such as a sudden change in weather or an earthquake, the evacuees can enter and exit normally. Not only (not shown), it can be moved out of the site through the opening 23.

3A and 3B are explanatory views showing the relationship between the fence main body 20 and the opening 23, where FIG. 3A is a front view before the opening 23 is formed, and FIG. 3B is a front view after the opening 23 is formed. The position of the opening 23 is determined as shown in (a), and as shown in (b), a part of the vertical member 21 and the horizontal member 22 is cut according to the size of the opening 23 to form a fence. It is formed by removing the relevant portion from the main body 20. Therefore, the opening 23 can be formed at an appropriate position as an evacuation route for the fence 100 installed as in this embodiment.

Since the opening 23 has a rectangular shape in this embodiment, if a mark such as masking tape is attached to the corner portion of the portion to be removed, the cutting operation is performed in parallel with the vertical member 21 and the horizontal member 22 starting from this mark. Therefore, the work can be facilitated without preparing a guide member such as a frame material that matches the size of the opening 23.

As described above, in the fence main body 20, a large number of vertical members 21 and a large number of horizontal members 22 are arranged in a grid pattern and joined by welding at the intersections thereof. Therefore, when the opening 23 is formed, the fence main body 20 is joined. It is not necessary to attach auxiliary members or reinforcing members for cutting to the fence body 20, and even when the fence 100 is installed, the vertical member 21 and the horizontal member 22 located at the peripheral edge of the opening 23 can be used with tools such as nippers and clippers. Can be used to form the opening 23.

FIG. 4 is an explanatory view of a removing portion removed to form an opening 23 in the fence main body 20, and FIG. 4A is a front view of the removing portion 31. In this embodiment, the removing portion 31 removed from the fence main body 20 has a rectangular shape. More specifically, the removing portion 31 includes a grid portion 34 in which a plurality of unit lattices 34a formed by adjacent vertical members 32 and adjacent horizontal members 33 are arranged in the vertical and horizontal directions, and the outside of the lattice portions 34. It is provided with an outer peripheral portion 35 having a cut vertical member 32 and a horizontal member 33. In other words, the removing portion 31 includes a grid portion 34 and an outer peripheral portion 35 composed of a vertical member 32 and a horizontal member 33 cut at the outer peripheral portion of the lattice portion 34.

As a result, since the removing portion 31 includes a grid portion 34 composed of a plurality of unit grids 34a arranged in the vertical and horizontal directions, the removing portion 31 has sufficient strength without any special reinforcement. The vertical member 32 and the horizontal member 33 are obtained by cutting the vertical member 21 and the horizontal member 22 of the fence main body 20, but the reference numerals are changed for the purpose of explaining as the removing portion 31.

The door 30 uses the door body 36 created by using the removing unit 31. As a result, it is not necessary to prepare another material for the door body 36, so that the material for the door 30 can be minimized.

Specifically, if the removing portion 31 shown in (a) is used as it is as the door main body 36, it may be difficult to attach the door body 36 in contact with the vertical member 21 or the horizontal member 22 cut at the time of forming the opening 23. Therefore, in the outer peripheral portion 35 of the removing portion 31, the lengths of the vertical member 32 and the horizontal member 33 are shortened by further cutting on the way from the cut end portion of the vertical member 32 and the horizontal member 33 toward the lattice portion 34. , The door body 36 used for the door 30 is used.

FIG. 4B is a front view showing the relationship between the door body 36 formed from the removal portion 31 and the opening 23. As described above, since the door body 36 is smaller than the opening 23, it becomes easy to arrange the door body 36 in the opening 23. Further, the vertical member 32 and the horizontal member 33 of the door body 36 can be aligned with the positions before the fence body 20 is cut. As a result, the vertical members 21 and the horizontal members 22 of the fence main body 20 and the vertical members 32 and the horizontal members 33 of the door 30 can be aligned on the left, right, top and bottom positions in the front view, so that a sense of discomfort in appearance can be suppressed. Can be done.

Next, the mounting structure of the door 30 with respect to the opening 23 will be described in detail. FIG. 5 is a front view of the door 30 of FIG. The door 30 includes a door main body 36 and a door frame 37 arranged along the outer peripheral portion of the door main body 36.

6A and 6B are explanatory views of the door 30 of FIG. 5, FIG. 6A is an enlarged front view of a main part of FIG. 5, and FIG. 6B is an enlarged sectional view taken along line AA of FIG. The door frame 37 is formed in a rectangular shape by frame materials arranged vertically and horizontally, and has a front plate portion 37a for fixing the door body 36 and an outer portion and an inner portion of the front plate portion 37a toward the rear. A pair of ribs 37b and 37c are formed to form a U-shaped cross section.

The front plate portion 37a has through holes 37d penetrating the front and rear, and washers 41a and 41b arranged in the front and rear are arranged. Hook bolts 41 penetrating the front and rear of these are passed through, and the vertical member 32 of the door body 36 is held at the hook portion on the front side of the front plate portion 37a, and the nut 42 is held on the rear side of the front plate portion 37a. It has been concluded. As shown in FIG. 5, the hook bolts 41 are arranged at various positions on the top, bottom, left, and right of the door frame 37, and the vertical member 32 is fixed on the top and bottom of the door frame 37, and the horizontal member 33 is fixed on the left and right. As a result, the door body 36 is fixed to the door frame 37. The vertical member 32 and the horizontal member 33 of the door body 36 have caps 32a and 33a attached to the cut portions.

FIG. 7 is an enlarged front view of the vicinity of the opening of FIG. 2, and FIG. 8 is an enlarged sectional view taken along line BB of FIG. In the opening 23, the opening frame 24 is arranged along the peripheral edge portion. The opening frame 24 is arranged on the front side of the opening 23, and is formed in a rectangular shape made of front frame members 25 on the top, bottom, left, and right. Then, a bolt 43 that penetrates back and forth between the rectangular auxiliary frame 26 made of upper, lower, left, and right frame members arranged at a position facing the opening frame 24 on the rear side of the opening 23 and the above-mentioned opening frame 24. Screw the nut 44. As a result, the opening frame 24 and the auxiliary frame 26 are fixed to the peripheral edge of the opening 23. The opening frame 24 may be colored in a color different from that of the fence main body 20 so that the evacuees can easily recognize the position of the opening 23.

9 is an enlarged front view of the vicinity of the door of FIG. 1, FIG. 10 is an enlarged sectional view taken along line CC of FIG. 9, and FIG. 11 is a partially enlarged view of FIG. 10. The relationship between the door frame 37 and the opening frame 24. It is explanatory drawing which shows. As shown in FIG. 11, the opening frame 24 includes a storage portion 27 in which the door frame 37 is stored along the inner peripheral portion thereof. In the storage portion 27, the upper surface portion 27a, the rear surface portion 27b, and the lower surface portion 27c are arranged in this order, and are formed in a U-shaped cross section that opens to the front side. Then, the door 30 is moved from the front side of the fence body 20 in the direction of the arrow so that the door frame 37 of the door 30 is arranged between the upper surface portion 27a and the lower surface portion 27c.

As a result, the door 30 can be attached to the opening 23 of the fence body 20. The rear surface portion 27b of the storage portion 27 is located behind the front frame member 25. As a result, the storage space of the storage portion 27 is located on the rear side of the front frame member 25. Therefore, when the door 30 is attached to the opening 23, the front-rear position between the fence main body 20 and the door 30 is concrete. The front and rear positions of the vertical member 21 and the vertical member 32 can be aligned with each other.

In this embodiment, the door frame 37 is fixed to the opening frame 24 by the fixing means 45 operated from the rear side (inside the site) of the fence 100.

As a result, since the fixing means 45 cannot be operated from the front side of the fence 100, a passerby cannot normally remove the door 30 from the front side of the fence 100. In an emergency, it is preferable that the evacuees can operate the fixing means 45 to remove the door 30 from the opening 23. As a specific example of the fixing means 45, as in this embodiment, a through hole 27d is provided in the rear surface portion 27b of the storage portion 27 of the opening frame 24, and a nut 38 is welded to the rear side of the front plate portion 37a of the door frame 37. A form in which the door frame 37 is fixed to the opening frame 24 by fixing the through hole 27d through a screw 45a having a knurled knob from the rear side of the fence body 20 in the direction of the arrow and screwing it onto the nut 38. Can be mentioned. As the screw 45a, a thumbscrew may be used, and instead of the nut 38, a screw hole by burring may be provided in the front plate portion 37a.

FIG. 12 is an enlarged cross-sectional view taken along the line DD of FIG. In the front plate portion 37a of the door frame 37, another fixing member 39 having a magnet 39a is attached to a portion different from the fixing portion of the nut 38. In this embodiment, since the opening frame 24 is made of steel, the opening frame 24 and the door frame 37 are fixed by means different from the screws 45a and the nut 38 described above. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the door 30 from coming off from the opening 23 just by removing the screw 45a from the nut 38. After that, if the door 30 is pushed toward the front side of the fence 100, the door 30 will come off to the front side, so that the door 30 will not come off to the evacuees side. In this embodiment, since the door frame 37 is also made of steel, the same effect can be obtained even in the form in which the fixing member 39 is attached to the opening frame 24.

Although not shown, an opening 23 can be formed in the fence body 20 when the fence 100 is manufactured. Since it has a similar structure, detailed description thereof will be omitted.

13 to 16 are explanatory views showing another embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 13 is a front view showing another embodiment of the fence body 20 according to the present invention, and FIG. 14 is E of FIG. -E enlarged cross-sectional view, FIG. 15 is an enlarged sectional view taken along line FF of FIG. 13, and FIG. 16 is an enlarged sectional view taken along line GG of FIG. The fence main body 20 according to this embodiment is different in the form of the opening frame and the door frame from the fence main body 20 shown in FIGS. 1 to 12, and will be mainly described. The same components as those already described are designated by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will be omitted.

First, in the fence main body 20, the opening frame 50 is formed in a rectangular shape by front plate portions 51 arranged on the front side, top, bottom, left, and right of the peripheral edge portion of the opening 23. Further, it has a side plate portion 52 provided from the inner peripheral portion of the front plate portion 51 toward the rear, and a rear plate portion 53 provided from the rear end portion of the side plate portion 52 toward the inside of the opening frame 50. There is. The front plate portion 51 has a plurality of through holes 51a penetrating the front and rear, a washer 51b is arranged on the front side thereof, and a hook bolt 41 penetrating the front and rear thereof is passed through the washer 51b. The hook bolt 41 has a vertical member 21 of the fence body 20 held at the hook portion on the rear side of the front plate portion 51, and a nut 42 is fastened to the screw portion on the front side of the front plate portion 51. As a result, the opening frame 50 is fixed to the fence body 20.

Next, in the door 30, the door frame 60 is formed in a rectangular shape by front plate portions 61 arranged on the front side, top, bottom, left, and right of the outer edge portion of the door body 36. Further, the front plate portion 61 has a side plate portion 62 formed from the outer peripheral portion thereof toward the rear, and has an L-shaped cross section.

The front plate portion 61 has a through hole 61a penetrating the front and rear, a washer 61b is arranged on the front side thereof, and a hook bolt 41 penetrating the front and rear is passed through the washer 61b. The hook bolt 41 has a vertical member 32 of the door body 36 held at the hook portion on the rear side of the front plate portion 61, and is fastened by a nut 42 on the front side of the front plate portion 61. As a result, the door frame 60 is fixed to the door body 36.

By moving the door 30 from the front side of the fence body 20 in the direction of the arrow and arranging the door frame 60 so as to face the rear plate portion 53 of the opening frame 50, the door 30 can be arranged in the opening frame 50. it can. The vertical member 21 of the fence body 20 is fixed to the rear surface of the front plate portion 51, and the vertical member 32 of the door body 36 is fixed to the rear surface of the front plate portion 61. By matching, the front-rear positions of the vertical members 21 and 32 can also be matched.

Next, the fixed structure of the door frame 60 with respect to the opening frame 50 will be described. In this embodiment, the fixing member 70 and the fixing means 80 are used for fixing. The fixing member 70 uses the magnet 71 as in the fixing means 39 shown in FIG. 12, but the differences thereof will be mainly described below. As shown in FIG. 15, the fixing member 70 is attached to the front plate portion 61 of the door frame 60 at a location different from the fastening portion of the hook bolt 41 and the nut 42. The fixing member 70 has a base portion 72 fixed to the rear surface side of the front plate portion 61, and a magnet 71 fixed to the rear surface side. On the other hand, in this embodiment, since the opening frame 50 is made of steel, the door 30 can be moved from the front side of the fence body 20 in the direction of the arrow, and the door frame 60 can be fixed to the opening frame 50 by magnetic force.

The fixing means 80 uses a screw 81 having a knurled knob, similarly to the fixing means 45 shown in FIG. 12, but the differences will be mainly described below. As shown in FIG. 16, a through hole 53a is provided in the rear plate portion 53 of the opening frame 50, and a nut 54 is joined to the front surface thereof. On the other hand, the front plate portion 61 of the door frame 60 is also provided with another through hole 61c at a position different from the through hole 61a, and the nut 63 is joined to the back surface side thereof. The screw 81 has a male threaded portion 82 that can be screwed into the nut 54 or the nut 63, and a rod-shaped portion 83 having a diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the female threaded portions 54a and 63a of the nuts 54 and 63 and a larger diameter than the female threaded portions 54a and 63a. It has a head 84 having a knurled knob 84a, and is arranged in the order of a male screw portion 82, a rod-shaped portion 83, and a head 84.

As a result, for example, as shown in FIG. 16, when the screw 81 is attached from the front plate portion 61 side of the door frame 60, the male screw portion 82 is continuously screwed into the female screw portion 63a of the nut 63 and then passed through the rod-shaped portion. The 83 is inserted into the female screw portion 63a. As a result, the screw 81 will not come off unless the male screw portion 82 is screwed into the female screw portion 63a again.

Subsequently, the male screw portion 82 is screwed into the nut 54 on the opening frame 50 side. As a result, the door frame 60 is fixed to the opening frame 50 via the screw 81. Further, since the rod-shaped portion 83 has a smaller diameter than the female screw portions 54a and 63a, even if the nuts 54 and 63 are misaligned with each other, the dimension due to the misalignment due to the rod-shaped portion 83 passing through the female screw portion 54a or the female screw portion 63a. The error is absorbed and the fixing work with the screw 81 becomes possible. Furthermore, it has a structure that cannot be operated from the opposite side. As shown in FIG. 16, the same fixing work as described above can be performed by using the screw 81 from the rear plate portion 53 side of the opening frame 50, but detailed description thereof will be omitted.

As a specific procedure for attaching the door frame 60 to the opening frame 50, after fixing the door frame 60 to the opening frame 50 by the fixing member 70, both nuts 54 and 63 are viewed from the front within the range bonded by the magnet 71. The screw 81 is screwed to the nut 54 or the nut 63 by adjusting the position so as to polymerize with. Thereby, it can be fixed by a method different from that of the fixing member 70. In this embodiment, the screws 81 are arranged so that they can be screwed from the front side, which is the front plate portion 61 side of the door frame 60, but since they can be screwed from either the front or the back, a passerby or the like can work in an emergency. The head 84 of the screw 81 may be arranged on the side to be screwed.

FIG. 17 is a front view showing still another embodiment according to the present invention. The fence main body 20 according to this embodiment is mainly different from the fence main body 20 shown in FIGS. 13 to 16 in that the opening frame 50 and the door frame 60 are connected via a hinge member 90. And explain it.

The right portion of the front plate portion 51 of the opening frame 50 and the right portion of the front plate portion 61 of the door frame 60 are connected via a hinge member 90. As a result, the door 30 can rotate forward around the hinge member 90, and a passerby or the like can pass through the opening 23. In this embodiment, when the fence main body 20 is installed on the outer periphery of a high place such as a multi-storey car park, it is necessary to enter the inside of the multi-storey car park when it cannot be entered from the ground side in an emergency. It can be used as a route. In particular, when the door is opened to enter the inside of the multi-storey car park, the door 30 may fall to the ground in the form shown in FIGS. 1 to 16. Therefore, by using the hinge member 90, such a problem does not occur. If the front plate portions 51 and 61 are connected to each other with a metal wire in order to further reduce the risk of falling, specifically, in the ring formed by connecting both ends of the metal wire. If the front plate portions 51 and 61 are arranged so as to pass each other, it is possible to prevent the door 30 from falling to the ground even if the hinge member 90 may come off.

Although the fence of the present invention has been described above based on the embodiments, the present invention is not limited to these embodiments. The scope of the present invention also includes various modifications that can be conceived by those skilled in the art within the scope of the present invention.

In the present invention, a part of the fence is removed to provide an evacuation opening, and the removed portion is used as a door to be attached to the opening at normal times. Therefore, the existing fence can be easily overcome. A fence with a height that cannot be used can be suitably used when forming an emergency evacuation route.
