ように通常は鋼板を溶接で接合し作製されるが、アルミ
合金やその他の金属を鋳造や、鍛造して作製されてもよ
い。又、その表面は塗装や鍍金等の適宜表面処理が施さ

に、部材点数が少なくなる為部材コストが安くなる。
又、支柱は橋梁用防護柵に必要な断面能力を持ったもの
を投物防止フェンス等のフェンスに兼用するため投物防
止フェンスなどのフェンスには十二分の性能が得られ
