Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for attaching a fence in a protective fence. Specifically, it relates to a fence-integrated guard fence attached to a guard fence such as a viaduct.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, when installing a guard fence for a bridge and a fence at the same place, a fence pillar is attached to the back of the pillar of the bridge guard fence, or a fence pillar is used separately from the pillar of the bridge guard fence to prevent a projectile It is known to install.
[0003]
In these cases, however, the bridge guard fence post and the fence post are required separately, so the number of members increases, the member cost increases, and a space for installing both posts must be secured. There was a problem.
[0004]
Therefore, there is a fence-integrated type protective fence as shown in FIG. 9 as a protective fence aiming at solving the above problems (see, for example, Patent Document 1). This fence-integrated protective fence has horizontal cross-section H-shaped columns 101 provided at appropriate intervals, and a fence frame 104 is inserted between the front flange 102 and the rear flange 103 of the column 101 and attached. A bolt hole for attaching a protective fence is formed in the lower part of the front flange 102.
[0005]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-71914 (see FIG. 2)
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the fence-integrated protective fence is a mechanism for attaching the protective fence to the lower part of the fence post with the H section of the horizontal section of the fence height, the number of parts is small, but the single unit itself is large and is transported on site. In addition, there is a problem that installation work is very time-consuming.
[0007]
In addition, since the fence height varies depending on the installation location or for the purpose of preventing falling objects, windproof, etc., it must be manufactured in the factory according to its purpose and cannot be used in combination with other applications. In addition, there is a construction problem in a site where it is difficult to secure a work space because the fence is attached to the support column by lifting the fence to the height of the support column with a crane or the like.
[0008]
The present invention was devised in view of the above points, and an object thereof is to provide a fence-integrated protective fence excellent in workability by providing a split-type fence post on the back surface of the protective fence. To do.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the fence-integrated guard fence according to the present invention has a horizontal cross section formed from a front flange and a web that are erected at appropriate intervals on the ground concrete of a bridge. Protective fence post, fence support post generally provided at the height of the protective fence post provided at the rear end of the protective fence post, and a separate fence according to the height of the fence connected by appropriate means to the fence attachment post An attachment post and a fence attached between the fence attachment posts are provided.
[0010]
Here, the horizontal cross section formed from the front flange and the web is a T-shaped steel guard fence post, and the fence mounting pillar is integrally provided at the rear end of the web of the guard fence pillar, so that the number of members is small, and the construction can be performed. Easy fence installation is possible.
[0011]
In addition, it is possible to maintain the strength as a protective fence by making the horizontal section T-shaped steel protective fence support, and it is possible to reduce the overall weight, and furthermore, the height of the fence mounting support is generally reduced. Construction as a fence-integrated protective fence is facilitated by setting the column height.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings to provide an understanding of the present invention.
[0013]
1 is a side view for explaining an example of a fence-integrated guard fence to which the present invention is applied, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line 1A-A, and FIG. 3 is a front view in FIG. The fence-integrated protective fence 1 shown here includes a protective fence support 3 that is erected on a concrete cover 2 of a bridge at an appropriate interval, and a fence mounting support 4 that is provided at the rear end of the protective fence support 3. And a fence body 5 attached between the fence attachment posts 4.
[0014]
Here, the protective fence support 3 is formed in a T-shape having a horizontal cross section composed of a front flange 6 and a web 7 and is fastened and fixed by anchor bolts 8 provided on the bridge concrete 2. Further, the upper horizontal beam 9 and the lower horizontal beam 10 are continuously attached to the upper and lower parts of the front surface of the protective fence column 3.
[0015]
Therefore, a fence mounting column 4 formed of a cylindrical body having a horizontal cross section is fixed along the rear end of the web 7 of the protective fence column 3. Then, connecting ribs 15 project along both side surfaces of the fence mounting column 4, and the connecting ribs 15 and the frame 11 of the fence 5 are respectively connected to the bolt insertion holes 12 by fastening members 13 such as bolts and nuts. It is attached between the fence mounting posts 4.
[0016]
The fence mounting column 4 is generally the height of the protective fence column 3, and the protective fence column 3 is connected to the upper end of the protective fence column 3 via the sleeve 14 according to the fence height.
[0017]
Next, FIG. 4, FIG. 5 and FIG. 6 show another example of a fence mounting column to which the present invention is applied. FIG. 4 shows a fence along the rear end of the web 7 of the protective fence column 3. A fence mounting column 4 having a horizontal cross-section into which the frame 11 of the main body 5 can be inserted is formed in an H shape. A structure in which a fence is attached between each fence mounting column 4 by a fastening member 13 such as a bolt and a nut through a bolt insertion hole 12 in a state where the frame body 11 of the fence body 5 is inserted into the fence mounting column 4. It is.
[0018]
Also, FIG. 5 shows that a fence mounting column 4 formed of a cylindrical body is fixed along the rear end of the web 7 of the protective fence column 3. Therefore, connecting ribs 15 project from both outer peripheral surfaces of the fence mounting column 4, and the connecting rib 15 and the frame body 11 of the fence body 5 are respectively connected to the bolt insertion holes 12 by fastening members 13 such as bolts and nuts. It is attached between the fence mounting posts 4.
[0019]
FIG. 6 shows a fence frame body 11 having a horizontal cross section that is fixed along the both side surfaces of the rear portion of the web 7 of the guard fence post 3. The fence frame body 11 is fixed to the bolt insertion hole 12. Further, the protective fence support 3 and the fence frame 11 are directly attached by the fastening members 13 such as bolts and nuts.
[0020]
Next, FIG. 7 shows another example of the guard fence column to which the present invention is applied. The guard fence column 3 is formed from the bottom to the middle part of the pillar of the H-shaped steel, and the upper part thereof is the T-shaped steel. It is formed by the support | pillar. Accordingly, the fence mounting column 4 is configured to be mounted from the middle of the protective fence column 3.
Therefore, by forming the lower part of the guard fence post 3 from H-shaped steel, it is possible to obtain a guard fence pillar having excellent rigidity.
[0021]
1 and FIG. 7, a neck 16 is formed on the lower back side of the guard fence column 3 shown in FIG. 1, and the guard 16 is caused by an impact caused by a collision of a car or the like. The structure is such that even if the support is deformed by 300 mm, it does not break.
[0022]
Here, the fence mounting support is not necessarily in the form shown in the present embodiment, and may be in any form as long as it can easily and reliably connect the fence frame.
[0023]
Moreover, it is not always necessary to connect the fence mounting posts to each other by a sleeve. For example, any coupling mechanism can be used as long as the fence mounting posts can be easily and reliably connected to each other. It doesn't matter.
[0024]
The fence body may be a metal plate having an opening such as an extended metal or a punching metal, or may be a metal plate such as a steel plate, an aluminum alloy plate or a stainless steel plate, or a synthetic resin plate such as a polycarbonate plate or an FRP plate.
[0025]
In the present invention having the above-described configuration, first, after the protection fence post is erected on the ground concrete, the fence is attached between the fence attachment posts fixed to the rear end of the protection fence support.
[0026]
Then, after the fence is attached to the protective fence post, the fence attachment posts are connected to each fence attachment post according to the height of the fence, and then connected again. A fence is installed between them.
[0027]
Therefore, it becomes excellent in the transportability and workability by the extension construction of each fence mounting column in accordance with the fence height at the site.
[0028]
In addition, by setting the height of the fence mounting column attached to the rear end of the protective fence column to approximately the height of the protective column column, for example, as shown in FIG. It can be used as a normal protective fence by having only one stage of installation.
[0029]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the horizontal cross-sectional structure of the protective fence column is a T-shaped structure composed of a flange and a web, and the mechanism is such that the fence mounting column is fixed to the rear end of the web. Since the number of points is reduced, the material cost is reduced, and the height of the fence mounting post is generally the height of the protective fence post, and it is excellent in transportability by adopting a mechanism that adds the protective fence post according to the fence height In addition, construction work can be performed from within the bridge, so the workability is greatly improved.
[0030]
Furthermore, by adopting a mechanism to add fence mounting posts, it is possible to freely adjust the height of the fence according to the installation situation, and the work of connecting the fence mounting posts can be done on site. It will be excellent.
