Description

The present invention is a fence that is installed along the boundary of a commercial facility, public facility, railway, expressway, factory, etc., or along the boundary of an adjacent property, and which can be passed through from a location other than the existing door in the event of an emergency. Regarding.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Fences are installed at the boundaries of commercial facilities, public facilities, railways, expressways, factories, etc., and at the boundaries of neighboring properties to prevent the general public from easily entering the premises. Generally speaking, fences are constructed by burying pillars at appropriate intervals along the border, and attaching lattice-like or plate-like panels between the pillars. Furthermore, in order to prevent intrusion, the height of the fence may be increased, barbed wire may be added to the top of the fence, the top of the fence may be tilted toward the outside of the site, or the top of the fence may be tilted toward the outside of the site. Those with a shinobigaeshi with an arrow-shaped protrusion facing toward the front are used.

Such a fence usually has a gate or the like installed at a predetermined location to allow access to the premises. Therefore, if it is necessary to evacuate from the premises due to a sudden change in weather or an earthquake, evacuees may concentrate at the existing gate, making it impossible to evacuate smoothly, or evacuees may concentrate and fall. There is a risk that injuries may occur.

For example, in Patent Document 1, a part of the fence between adjacent posts is fixed by sandwiching frame-shaped fixtures from both sides, and after fixing the fixtures, the part of the fence surrounded by the fixtures to be removed is removed. A method for attaching a fence door has been proposed, which includes cutting and removing the fence to form an entry opening, and attaching a door body that can be opened and closed to the formed entry opening.

Patent No. 6542565

By the way, according to the method for installing a fence door, a part of the space between the posts is fixed by sandwiching frame-shaped fixtures from both sides, and after fixing the fixtures, the part of the wire mesh surrounded by the fixtures to be removed is removed. Since it is removed by cutting, the part to be removed can be easily identified and the removal work can be performed more easily. However, since the fixtures are held in place by sandwiching them from both sides of the posts, it is necessary for workers to be on both sides of the fence. Therefore, if it is difficult for a worker to reach the front or rear side of the fence, it may be difficult to install the door.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, and when removing a part of the fence, removes a part of the fence body from one of the front and back of the fence without using a guide or reinforcing member, and removes the removed part. To provide a method for manufacturing a fence to which a door can be attached.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has the following configuration.
That is, the method for manufacturing a fence body with a door according to the present invention is, in a fence in which a plurality of fence bodies are attached between pillars, the door for making a part of the plurality of fence bodies into a fence body with a door. A method for manufacturing a fence body with a lattice-like fence body in which a number of vertical members and a number of horizontal members are joined at intersections, and a part of the fence body is removed to form an opening that can be passed through in the front and back direction. a step of attaching the opening frame, which is an opening frame having a rectangular front frame material and having a rear surface portion along the inner circumference, to the opening; and a step of forming the fence using the removed fence main body. arranging the door from the front side of the opening along the inner periphery of the opening frame and bringing the door frame into contact with the front side of the rear surface ; The door is fixed to the opening frame using the fixing means which is operable only from the rear side of the opening and which fixes the door frame to the rear surface part. be.

The method may include a step of fixing the rear surface portion of the opening frame and the door frame of the door via a magnet.

The fence according to the present invention has a lattice-like fence main body in which a large number of vertical members and a large number of horizontal members are joined at intersections, so that when a part of the fence main body is cut out to form an opening, , it is possible to cut vertical and horizontal members even without reinforcing members such as frame members. Moreover, since the removed part of the fence body can be used as a door to be attached to the opening, the material for the door can be kept to the minimum necessary.

Next, the best mode for carrying out the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings.

In the drawings, 10 is an erected post, 20 is a fence body attached between the posts 10, and 30 is a door attached to the fence body 20. The fence 100 according to the present invention mainly consists of posts 10, a fence body 20, and a door 30.

FIG. 1 is a front view showing an embodiment of a fence 100 according to the present invention. The pillars 10 have their lower portions buried in the installation surface and are erected at intervals in the left-right direction. Although a steel pipe having stable strength is generally used for the support column 10, other metals other than steel may also be used. Moreover, metal plating or painting may be applied to improve the corrosion resistance and weather resistance of the support column 10. Note that the front side of the fence 100 is the front side in FIG. 1, and the rear side of the fence 100 is the back side in FIG. 1, and will be described in this way from now on.

The fence main body 20 is made up of a large number of vertical members 21 and a large number of horizontal members 22 arranged in a grid pattern and joined by welding at their intersections. For the vertical members 21 and the horizontal members 22, steel wires having stable strength and low cost are suitably used in this embodiment, but wires made of other metals such as stainless steel alloys and aluminum alloys may also be used. . Further, in order to improve the corrosion resistance and weather resistance of the vertical members 21 and the horizontal members 22, metal plating or painting may be applied.

In this embodiment, the connection structure between the post 10 and the fence main body 20 is such that the fence main body 20 is arranged on the front side of the post 10, and the fence main body 20 is fixed to the front side of the post 10 via a connecting fitting 11. Moreover, another connecting metal fitting 12 is arranged at the side end portion of the fence main body 20, and the adjacent side end portions of the fence main body 20 are connected to each other, so that a plurality of fence main bodies 20 are connected in the left-right direction. That is, although the connection structure in this embodiment is a so-called free column structure, connection structures other than this embodiment may be used. For example, although not shown, a so-called fixed column structure may be used in which the side end of the fence is connected to a column.

The door 30 is attached to some of the fence bodies 20 among the plurality of fence bodies 20, in this embodiment, among the fence bodies 20 arranged in two upper and lower stages, the lower fence body 20 is easier to use during evacuation.

FIG. 2 is a front view showing the fence body 20 with the door 30 removed. When the door 30 is removed from the fence main body 20, an opening 23 through which the door can be passed in the front and back direction appears. That is, the fence main body 20 in the lower central part of FIG. 1 has an opening 23 formed in a part of the fence main body 20 and a door 30 attached to the opening 23. Although not shown, a display member may be attached to the door 30 with a message such as "emergency exit" written thereon.

With this structure, in the event of an emergency such as a sudden change in weather or an earthquake, when it becomes necessary to evacuate from within the premises (behind the fence 100) to outside the premises (in front of the fence 100), evacuees can use the normal entrance/exit. (not shown) as well as outside the site through the opening 23.

FIG. 3 is an explanatory view showing the relationship between the fence main body 20 and the opening 23, in which (a) is a front view before the opening 23 is formed, and (b) is a front view after the opening 23 is formed. For the opening 23, the position is determined as shown in FIG. It is formed by removing the corresponding portion from the main body 20. Therefore, the opening 23 can be formed at an appropriate position as an evacuation route for the fence 100 installed as in this embodiment.

Since the opening 23 has a rectangular shape in this embodiment, if you mark the area to be removed with masking tape or the like at the corner, you can cut parallel to the vertical members 21 and horizontal members 22 using this mark as a starting point. This makes the work easier without having to prepare a guide member such as a frame material that matches the size of the opening 23.

As mentioned above, the fence main body 20 is made up of a large number of vertical members 21 and a large number of horizontal members 22 arranged in a lattice shape and joined by welding at the intersections, so when forming the opening 23, There is no need to attach auxiliary members or reinforcing members to the fence main body 20 for cutting, and even when the fence 100 is installed, the vertical members 21 and horizontal members 22 located at the periphery of the opening 23 can be removed with a tool such as nippers or clippers. The opening 23 can be formed by cutting using a cutting tool.

FIG. 4 is an explanatory diagram of the removed portion removed to form the opening 23 in the fence main body 20, and (a) is a front view of the removed portion 31. In this embodiment, the removed portion 31 removed from the fence main body 20 has a rectangular shape. To explain in more detail, the removal part 31 includes a lattice part 34 in which a plurality of unit lattices 34a formed by adjacent vertical members 32 and adjacent horizontal members 33 are arranged in the vertical and horizontal directions, and a lattice part 34 on the outside of the lattice part 34. It has an outer peripheral portion 35 having cut vertical members 32 and cross members 33. In other words, the removal section 31 includes a lattice section 34 and an outer peripheral section 35 made up of vertical members 32 and horizontal members 33 cut at the outer periphery of the lattice section 34 .

As a result, since the removal section 31 includes the lattice section 34 made up of a plurality of unit lattices 34a arranged in the vertical and horizontal directions, it has sufficient strength without special reinforcement. Note that the vertical members 32 and the horizontal members 33 are obtained by cutting the vertical members 21 and the horizontal members 22 of the fence main body 20, but the symbols have been changed to explain them as the removed portions 31.

The door 30 utilizes a door body 36 created using the removal section 31. Thereby, there is no need to prepare another material for the door body 36, so the material for the door 30 can be kept to the minimum necessary.

Specifically, if the removed part 31 shown in (a) is used as it is as the door body 36, it may come into contact with the vertical member 21 or the horizontal member 22 that were cut when forming the opening 23, making it difficult to install. Therefore, at the outer peripheral part 35 of the removal part 31, the lengths of the vertical members 32 and the horizontal members 33 are shortened by further cutting them from the cut ends of the vertical members 32 and the horizontal members 33 on the way to the lattice part 34. , a door body 36 used for the door 30.

FIG. 4B is a front view showing the relationship between the door body 36 formed from the removed portion 31 and the opening 23. FIG. In this way, since the door body 36 is smaller than the opening 23, it becomes easy to arrange the door body 36 within the opening 23. Furthermore, the vertical members 32 and cross members 33 of the door body 36 can be aligned with the positions before cutting the fence body 20. As a result, when viewed from the front, the horizontal and vertical positions of the vertical members 21 and horizontal members 22 of the fence body 20 and the vertical members 32 and horizontal members 33 of the door 30 can be aligned, thereby suppressing the appearance of discomfort. I can do it.

Next, the structure for attaching the door 30 to the opening 23 will be described in detail. FIG. 5 is a front view of the door 30 of FIG. The door 30 includes a door body 36 and a door frame 37 arranged along the outer periphery of the door body 36.

6A and 6B are explanatory diagrams of the door 30 of FIG. 5, in which (a) is an enlarged front view of the main part of FIG. 5, and (b) is an enlarged sectional view taken along the line AA of FIG. The door frame 37 is formed into a rectangular shape by frame members arranged vertically and horizontally, and includes a front plate part 37a for fixing the door body 36, and a front plate part 37a that extends rearward from the outer and inner parts of the front plate part 37a. A pair of ribs 37b and 37c are formed to form a U-shaped cross section.

The front plate portion 37a has a through hole 37d passing through it in the front and rear, and washers 41a and 41b arranged in the front and rear are disposed therein. A hook bolt 41 is passed through these front and back, and the vertical member 32 of the door body 36 is held at the hook location on the front side of the front plate 37a, and is secured by a nut 42 on the rear side of the front plate 37a. It has been concluded. As shown in FIG. 5, the hook bolts 41 are arranged at the top, bottom, right and left of the door frame 37, and fix the vertical members 32 at the top and bottom of the door frame 37, and the horizontal members 33 at the left and right sides of the door frame 37. Thereby, the door body 36 is fixed to the door frame 37. Note that caps 32a and 33a are attached to the vertical members 32 and horizontal members 33 of the door body 36 at cut locations.

7 is an enlarged front view of the vicinity of the opening in FIG. 2, and FIG. 8 is an enlarged sectional view taken along the line BB in FIG. An opening frame 24 is arranged along the peripheral edge of the opening 23 . The opening frame 24 is arranged in front of the opening 23 and has a rectangular shape made of upper, lower, left and right front frame members 25. Then, a bolt 43 that passes through the above-mentioned opening frame 24 in the front and rear directions and a rectangular auxiliary frame 26 made of upper, lower, left, and right frame members arranged on the rear side of the opening 23 and facing the opening frame 24 is attached. Screw on the nut 44. As a result, the opening frame 24 and the auxiliary frame 26 are fixed to the peripheral edge of the opening 23. Note that the opening frame 24 may be colored in a different color from the fence main body 20 so that evacuees can easily recognize the position of the opening 23.

9 is an enlarged front view of the vicinity of the door in FIG. 1, FIG. 10 is an enlarged sectional view taken along line CC in FIG. 9, and FIG. 11 is a partially enlarged view of FIG. 10, showing the relationship between the door frame 37 and the opening frame 24 FIG. As shown in FIG. 11, the opening frame 24 includes a storage section 27 along its inner periphery in which a door frame 37 is stored. The storage portion 27 has an upper surface portion 27a, a rear surface portion 27b, and a lower surface portion 27c arranged in this order, and is formed in a U-shaped cross section that opens toward the front. Then, the door 30 is moved from the front side of the fence main body 20 in the direction of the arrow, so that the door frame 37 of the door 30 is disposed between the upper surface part 27a and the lower surface part 27c.

Thereby, the door 30 can be attached to the opening 23 of the fence main body 20. Note that the rear surface portion 27b of the storage portion 27 is located further back than the front frame member 25. As a result, the storage space of the storage section 27 will be located on the rear side of the front frame material 25, so when the door 30 is attached to the opening 23, the front and rear positions of the fence body 20 and the door 30, the concrete In this case, the longitudinal positions of the vertical members 21 and 32 can be aligned.

In this embodiment, the door frame 37 is fixed to the opening frame 24 by a fixing means 45 operated from the rear side (inside the premises) of the fence 100.

As a result, the fixing means 45 cannot be operated from the front side of the fence 100, so passersby cannot normally remove the door 30 from the front side of the fence 100. In an emergency, it is preferable that an evacuee be able to remove the door 30 from the opening 23 by operating the fixing means 45. As a specific example of the fixing means 45, as in the present embodiment, a through hole 27d is provided in the rear surface 27b of the storage section 27 of the opening frame 24, and a nut 38 is welded to the rear side of the front plate 37a of the door frame 37. The door frame 37 is fixed to the opening frame 24 by inserting a screw 45a having a knurled knob into the through hole 27d from the rear side of the fence main body 20 in the direction of the arrow and screwing it onto the nut 38. can be mentioned. Note that a wing screw may be used as the screw 45a, and instead of the nut 38, a threaded hole may be provided in the front plate portion 37a by burring.

FIG. 12 is an enlarged sectional view taken along the line DD in FIG. In the front plate portion 37a of the door frame 37, another fixing member 39 having a magnet 39a is attached to a location different from the location where the nut 38 is fixed. In this embodiment, since the opening frame 24 is made of steel, the opening frame 24 and the door frame 37 are fixed by means different from the screws 45a and nuts 38 described above. Therefore, the door 30 can be prevented from coming off from the opening 23 by removing the screw 45a from the nut 38. After this, if the door 30 is pushed toward the front of the fence 100, the door 30 will come off to the front, so the door 30 will not come off toward the evacuee. In this embodiment, since the door frame 37 is also made of steel, the same effect can be achieved even if the fixing member 39 is attached to the opening frame 24.

Although not shown, the opening 23 can also be formed in the fence main body 20 when the fence 100 is manufactured. Since they have similar structures, detailed description will be omitted.

13 to 16 are explanatory diagrams showing other embodiments of the present invention, in which FIG. 13 is a front view showing another embodiment of the fence main body 20 according to the present invention, and FIG. 15 is an enlarged sectional view taken along line FF in FIG. 13, and FIG. 16 is an enlarged sectional view taken along line GG in FIG. 13. The fence main body 20 according to this embodiment differs from the fence main body 20 shown in FIGS. 1 to 12 in the form of an opening frame and a door frame, and will mainly be described. Note that the same reference numerals are given to the same components as those already explained, and the explanation thereof will be omitted.

First, in the fence main body 20, the opening frame 50 is formed into a rectangular shape by front plate portions 51 arranged on the upper, lower, right and left sides of the front side of the peripheral edge of the opening 23. Furthermore, it has a side plate part 52 provided toward the rear from the inner peripheral part of the front plate part 51, and a rear plate part 53 provided toward the inside of the opening frame 50 from the rear end of the side plate part 52. There is. The front plate part 51 has a plurality of through holes 51a passing through the front and back, a washer 51b is arranged on the front side of the through hole 51a, and a hook bolt 41 passing through the front and back is passed through the washer 51b. The hook bolt 41 has the vertical member 21 of the fence body 20 held at the hook portion on the rear side of the front plate portion 51, and a nut 42 is fastened to a threaded portion on the front side of the front plate portion 51. Thereby, the opening frame 50 is fixed to the fence main body 20.

Next, in the door 30, the door frame 60 is formed into a rectangular shape by front plate portions 61 disposed on the upper, lower, right and left sides of the front side of the outer edge of the door body 36. Furthermore, the front plate part 61 has a side plate part 62 formed rearward from the outer peripheral part thereof, and has an L-shaped cross section.

The front plate part 61 has a through hole 61a that passes through it in the front and back, a washer 61b is arranged on the front side of the through hole 61a, and a hook bolt 41 that passes through the hole in the front and back is passed through the washer 61b. The hook bolt 41 has the vertical member 32 of the door body 36 held at the hook location on the rear side of the front plate part 61, and is fastened with a nut 42 on the front side of the front plate part 61. Thereby, the door frame 60 is fixed to the door body 36.

The door 30 can be placed in the opening frame 50 by moving the door 30 from the front side of the fence body 20 in the direction of the arrow and arranging it so that the door frame 60 faces the rear plate part 53 of the opening frame 50. can. The vertical members 21 of the fence main body 20 are fixed to the rear surface of the front plate part 51, and the vertical members 32 of the door main body 36 are fixed to the rear surface of the front plate part 61. By matching them, the front and rear positions of the vertical members 21 and 32 can also be matched.

Next, a structure for fixing the door frame 60 to the opening frame 50 will be explained. In this embodiment, the fixing member 70 and fixing means 80 are used for fixing. The fixing member 70 uses a magnet 71 similarly to the fixing means 39 shown in FIG. 12, but the differences will be mainly explained below. As shown in FIG. 15, the fixing member 70 is attached to the front plate portion 61 of the door frame 60 at a location different from the locations where the hook bolts 41 and nuts 42 are fastened. The fixing member 70 has a base part 72 fixed to the rear side of the front plate part 61 and a magnet 71 fixed to the rear side. On the other hand, in this embodiment, since the opening frame 50 is made of steel, the door frame 60 can be fixed to the opening frame 50 by magnetic force by moving the door 30 from the front side of the fence body 20 in the direction of the arrow.

The fixing means 80 uses a screw 81 having a knurled knob like the fixing means 45 shown in FIG. 12, but the differences will be mainly explained below. As shown in FIG. 16, a through hole 53a is provided in the rear plate portion 53 of the opening frame 50, and a nut 54 is joined to the front surface of the through hole 53a. On the other hand, another through hole 61c is provided in the front plate portion 61 of the door frame 60 at a location different from the through hole 61a, and a nut 63 is joined to the back side of the through hole 61c. The screw 81 has a male threaded portion 82 that can be screwed into the nut 54 or the nut 63, a rod-shaped portion 83 that has a smaller diameter than the inner diameter of the female threaded portions 54a and 63a of the nuts 54 and 63, and a diameter larger than the female threaded portions 54a and 63a. It has a head 84 having a knurled knob 84a, and the male threaded part 82, the rod-shaped part 83, and the head 84 are arranged in this order.

As a result, for example, as shown in FIG. 16, when attaching the screw 81 from the front plate part 61 side of the door frame 60, after continuously screwing the male thread part 82 into the female thread part 63a of the nut 63 and passing through, the rod-shaped part 83 is inserted into the female threaded portion 63a. Thereby, the screw 81 will not come off unless the male threaded portion 82 is screwed into the female threaded portion 63a again.

Subsequently, the male threaded portion 82 is screwed into the nut 54 on the opening frame 50 side. Thereby, the door frame 60 is fixed to the opening frame 50 via the screws 81. Moreover, since the rod-shaped portion 83 has a smaller diameter than the female threaded portions 54a and 63a, even if the axes of the nuts 54 and 63 are misaligned, the rod-like portion 83 passing through the female threaded portion 54a or the female threaded portion 63a can be adjusted to accommodate the axis misalignment. Errors are absorbed and fixing work using the screws 81 becomes possible. Furthermore, the structure is such that it cannot be operated from the opposite side. Note that, as shown in FIG. 16, the same fixing work as described above can be performed from the rear plate portion 53 side of the opening frame 50 using screws 81, but a detailed explanation will be omitted.

As a specific procedure for attaching the door frame 60 to the opening frame 50, after fixing the door frame 60 to the opening frame 50 using the fixing member 70, both nuts 54 and 63 are fixed in the area bonded by the magnet 71 when viewed from the front. Adjust the position so that they overlap with each other, and screw the screw 81 into the nut 54 or the nut 63. Thereby, it can be fixed using a method different from that of the fixing member 70. In this embodiment, the screws 81 are arranged so that they can be screwed in from the front side, which is the front plate part 61 side of the door frame 60, but they can be screwed in from either the front or the rear, so passersby or the like can do the work in an emergency. The head 84 of the screw 81 may be placed on the side where the screw is inserted.

FIG. 17 is a front view showing still another embodiment according to the present invention. The main difference between the fence main body 20 according to this embodiment and the fence main body 20 shown in FIGS. 13 to 16 is that the opening frame 50 and the door frame 60 are connected via a hinge member 90. And I will explain it.

The right side of the front plate part 51 of the opening frame 50 and the right side of the front plate part 61 of the door frame 60 are connected via a hinge member 90. This allows the door 30 to rotate forward about the hinge member 90, allowing passersby to pass through the opening 23. In this embodiment, when the installation location of the fence main body 20 is installed on the outer periphery of a high place such as a multi-story parking lot, when it is not possible to enter the interior from the ground side of the multi-story parking lot in an emergency, it is possible to It can be used as a route. In particular, when opening the door to enter the multi-story parking lot, there is a possibility that the door 30 will fall to the ground in the embodiments shown in FIGS. 1 to 16. Therefore, by using the hinge member 90, such problems will not occur. In addition, in order to further reduce the risk of falling, if the front plate parts 51 and 61 are connected with a metal wire, specifically, in a ring formed by connecting both ends of the metal wire, By arranging the front plates 51 and 61 so that they pass through each other, even if the hinge member 90 comes off, the door 30 can be prevented from falling to the ground.

Although the fence of the present invention has been described above based on the embodiments, the present invention is not limited to these embodiments. Various modifications that can be thought of by those skilled in the art without departing from the gist of the invention are also included within the scope of the invention.

The present invention removes a part of the fence to provide an opening for evacuation, and uses the removed part as a door that is normally attached to the opening, so it is particularly easy to climb over an existing fence. It can be suitably used to form an evacuation route in an emergency for fences with a height that is impossible.
