Claims (6)
- 可変型斜板式油圧回転装置であって、
複数のシリンダを有し、回転するシリンダブロックと、
前記シリンダブロックを低速で回転させるための1段及び、前記1段より斜板角が小さくなって前記シリンダブロックを高速で回転させる2段に区分して動作する斜板と、
前記斜板の一領域と接触するピストンシュー及び、前記ピストンシューと関節連結されて往復運動するピストン本体を有し、前記斜板の斜板角を可変させる変速ピストンと、を含み、
前記斜板が、前記1段で動作する時に、前記ピストンシュー及び前記斜板が接触する面と、前記シリンダブロックの回転軸線との間の交角に比べ、前記斜板が2段で動作する時に、前記ピストンシュー及び前記斜板が接触する面と、前記シリンダブロックの回転軸線との間の交角が、相対的に90度により近いことを特徴とする油圧回転装置。 - 前記斜板と対向して前記斜板を支持する支持面と、前記支持面の一領域に窪んで形成されて前記変速ピストンを収容する変速ピストン収容部とを有するケーシングをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の油圧回転装置。
- 前記斜板が、前記1段で動作する時に、前記ケーシングと対向する前記斜板の一面は、前記ケーシングの前記支持面により支持され、
前記斜板が、前記2段で動作する時に、前記ケーシングと対向する前記斜板の一面は、前記変速ピストンの前記ピストンシューにより支持されることを特徴とする請求2に記載の油圧回転装置。 - 前記斜板の一面は、支持点を中心に回転して前記1段で動作する時に、前記ケーシングの支持面と相対的に近くなる第1の面と、前記2段で動作する時に、前記ケーシングの支持面と相対的に近くなる第2の面と、前記変速ピストンのピストンシューと接触する第3の面と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の油圧回転装置。
- 前記第1の面は、前記斜板が前記1段で動作する時に、前記ケーシングの支持面と平行であり、
前記第2の面は、前記斜板が前記2段で動作する時に、前記ケーシングの支持面と平行であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の油圧回転装置。 - 前記第1の面及び前記第2の面の間の交角と、前記第1の面及び前記第3の面の間の交角とが同一であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の油圧回転装置。
