Claims (7)
- 基板上の回路に接続される回路接続部、相手コネクタの端子と接触する接触部、および前記回路接続部に対して前記接触部が移動可能となるように前記回路接続部と前記接触部との間を接続するばね部を有する端子と、
前記基板に固定される固定ハウジングと、
前記固定ハウジングに対して移動可能であり、前記接触部を支持する可動ハウジングとを備え、
前記端子はそれぞれ独立した複数の端子板が当該複数の端子板の厚さ方向にそれぞれ重なり合うことにより形成されていることを特徴とする電気コネクタ。 - 前記複数の端子板において互いに隣り合う2枚の端子板は互いに接触していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気コネクタ。
- 前記複数の端子板はそれぞれ同一の形状を有していることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電気コネクタ。
- 前記各端子板は前記回路接続部を形成する接続板部、前記接触部を形成する接触板部および前記ばね部を形成するばね板部とを有し、前記回路接続部は前記複数の端子板の接続板部が当該複数の端子板の接続板部の厚さ方向にそれぞれ重なり合うことにより形成され、前記接触部は前記複数の端子板の接触板部が当該複数の端子板の接触板部の厚さ方向にそれぞれ重なり合うことにより形成され、前記ばね部は前記複数の端子板のばね板部が当該複数の端子板のばね板部の厚さ方向にそれぞれ重なり合うことにより形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の電気コネクタ。
- 前記可動ハウジングには前記接触部を支持するための支持穴または支持溝が設けられ、前記支持穴または支持溝内には、前記複数の端子板の接触板部がそれぞれ重なり合った状態でまとめて挿入されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電気コネクタ。
- 前記各端子板の接触板部は当該接触板部の厚さ方向に湾曲し、前記支持穴または支持溝は直線状に伸長し、前記各端子板の接触板部は直線状に弾性変形した状態で前記支持穴または支持溝内に挿入されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電気コネクタ。
- 前記複数の端子板において互いに隣り合う2枚の端子板の接触板部の互いに対向するそれぞれの面のうち、一方の面には凸部が形成され、他方の面には凹部が形成され、前記凸部が前記凹部内に挿入されていることを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の電気コネクタ。
