Abstract
Description
[1] 乳酸菌発酵物を有効成分とする、毛髪ダメージ軽減剤。
[2] 前記乳酸菌発酵物として、乳成分を含有する発酵原料を乳酸菌で発酵させたものを用いる、上記[1]記載の毛髪ダメージ軽減剤。
[3] 前記乳酸菌発酵物として、乳成分を含有する発酵原料を乳酸菌で発酵させたものから得られる上清を分子量20000Da以下に分画した低分子画分を用いる、上記[1]又は[2]記載の毛髪ダメージ軽減剤。
[4] 前記乳酸菌発酵物の該乳酸菌が、ストレプトコッカス・サーモフィルスに属する乳酸菌である、上記[1]〜[3]のいずれかに記載の毛髪ダメージ軽減剤。
[5] 前記乳酸菌が、ストレプトコッカス・サーモフィルスYIT2084株(FERM BP−10879) である、上記[4]記載の毛髪ダメージ軽減剤。
[6] 上記[1]〜[5]のいずれかに記載の毛髪ダメージ軽減剤を含有する毛髪用組成物。
[7] 上記[1]〜[5]のいずれかに記載の毛髪ダメージ軽減剤の、毛髪用組成物の調製のための使用。
以下のようにして乳酸菌発酵物を得た。

調製例1で得られた乳酸菌発酵物について、毛髪ダメージに対する影響を調べた。そのために、まず、毛束製品である人毛黒髪(100%)根本揃え(商品名「BS-B3A」株式会社ビューラックス製)を使用して、40℃に調温した温水(水道水)で5分間洗髪し、洗髪後の毛束を乾いたタオルに60秒間挟んで余分な水分を除き(タオルドライ)、評価用のダメージ毛髪とした。
毛髪の光沢度は、グロッシーメーター MPA-5(インテグラル株式会社)を用いて測定した。具体的には、毛束の長さ方向の真ん中付近に位置する部分及びその近隣の2箇所、計3箇所に装置に備わるプローブを押し当て、プローブから照射される光源に対する反射を自動測定した。測定は1毛束あたり3回ずつ行い、平均値を採用した。また、Student t検定による有意差検定を行った。なお、光沢度は、毛髪のツヤに関係する指標であるといえる。
毛髪の摩擦強度は、デジタルフォースゲージ ZP-20N(株式会社イマダ)を用いて測定した。具体的には、装置に備わるコームを先端に装着させて、毛束の毛髪の根元部分から先端部分にかけて梳かし、その際の抵抗力(≒摩擦力)を測定した。測定は1毛束あたり3回ずつ行い、平均値を採用した。また、Student t検定による有意差検定を行った。なお、摩擦強度は、毛髪の櫛どおりに関係する指標であるといえる。
毛髪の引っ張り強度は、デジタルフォースゲージ ZP-20N(株式会社イマダ)を用いて測定した。具体的には、毛束のなかから任意の毛髪3本を採取して、装置に備わるアタッチメント両端に毛髪をセットし、モーターで0.08cm/秒の速度で引っ張り、毛髪が破断する際の力(N)を測定した。測定は1毛束あたり3回ずつ行い、平均値を採用した。また、Student t検定による有意差検定を行った。なお、引っ張り強度は、毛髪のコシに関係する指標であるといえる。
調製例1で得られた乳酸菌発酵物を使用して、毛髪ダメージに対する影響を調べた。そのために、まず、人毛黒髪(同一人物)(商品名「BS-PGM」株式会社ビューラックス製)を使用して、一定量の毛束を作製し、その毛束をラウリル硫酸ナトリウム(SLS: sodium lauryl sulfate)の0.5%水溶液に30分間浸漬後、精製水で洗浄し乾燥させた。次いで、常法のパーマ剤処理を行った。回収した毛髪をよくすすぎ、冷風ドライヤーにて乾燥させたものを評価用のダメージ毛髪とした。
カラー等の履歴の無い人毛1gを、室温で10%炭酸水素ナトリウム水溶液に1時間浸漬後、精製水で洗浄、乾燥し、ダメージ処理後の毛髪検体を得た。また、そのダメージ毛髪を調製例1で得られた乳酸菌発酵物に10分間浸漬後、精製水で洗浄、乾燥して、乳酸菌発酵物での処理後の毛髪検体を得た。

- 乳酸菌発酵物を有効成分とする、毛髪ダメージ軽減剤。
- 前記乳酸菌発酵物として、乳成分を含有する発酵原料を乳酸菌で発酵させたものを用いる、請求項1記載の毛髪ダメージ軽減剤。
- 前記乳酸菌発酵物として、乳成分を含有する発酵原料を乳酸菌で発酵させたものから得られる上清を分子量20000Da以下に分画した低分子画分を用いる、請求項1又は2記載の毛髪ダメージ軽減剤。
- 前記乳酸菌発酵物の該乳酸菌が、ストレプトコッカス・サーモフィルスに属する乳酸菌である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の毛髪ダメージ軽減剤。
- 前記乳酸菌が、ストレプトコッカス・サーモフィルスYIT2084株(FERM BP−10879) である、請求項4記載の毛髪ダメージ軽減剤。
