Abstract
Description
図1は、実施形態に係る非接触給電システムが搭載されたショッピングカート1を示す斜視図である。非接触給電システムは、非接触で電力を伝送する送電側のシステム(送電システム)と非接触で伝送された電力を受電する受電側のシステム(受電システム)とで構成する。
図2は、実施形態に係る非接触給電システムによって充電されるバッテリ22を搭載する複数のカート1を収納位置に収納した状態を示す斜視図である。
バッテリ22を搭載する各カート1は、図2に示すように、所定の収納位置(カート置場)に収納される。ただし、図2では、4つのカート1(1A、1B、1C、1D)を収納位置に収納した状態を示すが、収納位置には複数のカート1が連なって収納されるものとする。
非接触給電システムは、各カート1に設置する受電器23を含む受電システムと収納位置におけるカート1の位置に対応して設置する送電器40を含む送電システムとを有する。すなわち、非接触給電システムは、収納位置におけるカートの位置に対応して設置する送電器40が各カートに設置した受電器23へ非接触で電力を伝送するシステムである。非接触給電システムにおいて、送電システムの送電器40は、受電システムの受電器23と物理的かつ電気的に接続されていない状態(非接触状態)で、電力を伝送する。伝送方法は、例えば、磁界結合方式であって、送電器40と受電器23との間が10〜20mm程度で電力伝送が可能である磁界共振方式を用いる。
非接触給電システムは、非接触で電力を伝送するシステムであり、送電側のシステム(送電システム)と受電側のシステム(受電システム)とで構成される。送電システムは、収納位置に収納した各カート1に搭載された受電器23へ非接触で電力を伝送するためのシステムである。受電システムは、受電器23が非接触で電力を受電し、受電した電力によってバッテリ22を充電するためのシステムである。
電源回路41は、送電回路42に送電を行わせる為の電力を生成し、送電回路42に供給する。また、電源回路41は、制御回路44を動作させる為の電力を生成し、制御回路44に供給する。
また、制御回路44は、送電回路42から出力する交流電力の周波数の制御、及び送電回路42の動作のオンオフを制御する。例えば、制御回路44は、送電回路42を制御することにより、送電コイル43に磁界を発生させる状態(送電状態)と送電コイル43に磁界を発生させない状態(待機状態)とを切り替える。また、制御回路44は、送電コイル43に間欠的に磁界を発生させて、送電する電力を変更する制御を行うようにしても良い。
受電システムは、各カート1に搭載した受電器23及びバッテリ22を含むシステムである。受電器23は、受電コイル51、受電回路52、制御回路53、及び、表示部54を有する。また、バッテリ22は、充電回路61及び二次電池62を有する。ただし、受電器23は、電子機器21に電力を供給する出力端子を備える構成としても良い。この場合、バッテリ22は、電子機器21を介して供給される電力によって充電される構成としても良い。
二次電池62は、充電回路61から供給される充電電力により充電される。また、二次電池62は、電子機器21に接続され、電子機器21へ電力を供給する。
送電器40と受電器23とは非接触で電力を伝送するため、送電コイル43と受電コイル51とが対向し、かつ、それぞれの中心位置が10〜20mm程度の距離になるように位置合わせが必要である。非接触の電力伝送では、送電コイル43と受電コイル51との位置合わせが正確であればあるほど電力の伝送効率が高くなる。例えば、送電コイル43(送電アンテナ)は、電磁誘導または磁界共振等の磁界結合を利用して受電コイル51へ非接触で電力を伝送する。このような磁界結合を利用した非接触の電力伝送では、送電コイルの位置と受電コイルの位置とが合っていなければ、効率よく電力を伝送できない。
図8に示すように、前輪13Fl,13Frを係合する構造として、凹部33a,34aの他、バンプ33b,34bを用いることもできる。
Claims (5)
- カートに電力を供給する非接触給電システムにおいて、
前記カートの底面に配置された受電部と、
前記カートが走行する床面に、前記カートの前進方向に沿って所定ピッチに配置された複数の送電部と、
前記カートの前進方向に沿って設けられ、前記カートの車輪のうち、少なくとも1つの被案内用の車輪を案内するガイドレールと、
前記ガイドレールに前記所定ピッチで設けられ、前記被案内用の車輪が係合した時に、前記カートの前記受電部と前記送電部とを対向させる位置に設けられた係合部と、
を備える非接触給電システム。 - 前記複数の送電部の相互間には、凹部が設けられ、
前記受電部の前記カートの前進方向の前端面には、前記床面に接触するブラシが形成されている、
請求項1に記載の非接触給電システム。 - 前記受電部の前記カートの前進方向の後端面には、前記床面に接触するブラシが形成されている、
請求項1に記載の非接触給電システム。 - 前記送電部から前記受電部へは、磁界結合方式により給電している、
請求項1に記載の非接触給電システム。 - カートに電力を供給する送電装置において、
前記カートの前進方向に沿って設けられ、前記カートの車輪のうち、少なくとも1つの被案内用の車輪を案内するガイドレールと、
前記ガイドレールに沿って所定ピッチに配置された複数の送電部と、
前記ガイドレールに前記所定ピッチで設けられ、前記被案内用の車輪が係合した時に、前記カートの底面に配置された受電部と前記送電部とを対向させる位置に設けられた係合部と、
を備える送電装置。
