Claims (6)
- 1対の絶縁電線をそれぞれ有する複数の電線対を備えたケーブルに用いられる電気コネクタであって、
1対の端子をそれぞれ有し、前記複数の電線対がそれぞれ取り付けられる複数の端子対と、
絶縁材料により形成され、前記複数の端子対を保持する端子保持部と、
導電材料により筒状に形成され、軸方向一側内部には前記複数の端子対が保持された前記端子保持部が配置され、軸方向他側内部には前記複数の端子対にそれぞれ取り付けられた複数の電線対の取付端側部分が配置された外殻と、
前記外殻の軸方向一端側に設けられ、相手コネクタと嵌合する嵌合部と、
前記外殻の内部に配置され、導電材料により形成され、前記外殻内において前記複数の電線対を当該電線対毎に仕切り、かつ前記外殻内において前記各電線対における一方の絶縁電線と他方の絶縁電線とが互いに同じ方向に曲がるように前記各電線対における一方の絶縁電線および他方の絶縁電線の伸長形状を定めるシールド部材とを備えていることを特徴とする電気コネクタ。 - 前記シールド部材は、
前記外殻の軸方向に伸長する軸部と、
前記軸部から径方向に放射状に突出し、前記外殻内において前記複数の電線対を当該電線対毎に仕切る複数の電線仕切壁とを有し、
前記複数の電線仕切壁は前記軸部を中心軸としてそれぞれ同じ方向に捩れていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気コネクタ。 - 前記各電線仕切壁の単位長さ当たりの捩れ角度は、前記ケーブルにおける前記各電線対の単位長さ当たりの捩れ角度と略等しくなるように設定されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電気コネクタ。
- 前記シールド部材は前記外殻の軸方向に伸長する柱状に形成され、前記シールド部材の外周面には、前記シールド部材の軸方向にそれぞれ伸長し、前記複数の電線対がそれぞれ配置される複数の溝状の電線配置部が形成され、前記複数の電線配置部は当該シールド部材の軸心を中心軸としてそれぞれ同じ方向に捩れていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気コネクタ。
- 前記各電線配置部の単位長さ当たりの捩れ角度は、前記ケーブルにおける前記各電線対の単位長さ当たりの捩れ角度と略等しくなるように設定されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電気コネクタ。
- 前記端子保持部は前記複数の端子対をそれぞれ保持する複数の端子保持片に分割され、
前記シールド部材の一端側部分には、前記複数の端子保持片を当該端子保持片毎に仕切る複数の端子仕切壁が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の電気コネクタ。
