Claims (5)
- 動作切換弁とエアシリンダとの間に接続され、前記エアシリンダのシリンダ室にエアを給排する第1流路と、
前記第1流路に設けられた第1流量調整部と、
前記第1流路に並設された第2流路と、
前記第2流路の途上に設けられ、入口ポートと、出口ポートと、パイロットポートとを有し、前記入口ポートが前記第2流路の前記動作切換弁側の第1部分に接続され、前記出口ポートが前記第2流路の前記エアシリンダ側の第2部分に接続されたパイロットチェック弁と、
前記第2流路の途上に設けられ、前記パイロットチェック弁と直列に接続された第2流量調整部と、
一端が前記動作切換弁に連通し、他端が前記パイロットチェック弁の前記パイロットポートに接続されたパイロットエア流路と、
前記パイロットエア流路に設けられた第3流量調整部と、
を備えた、流量コントローラ。 - 請求項1記載の流量コントローラであって、前記パイロットチェック弁は、
パイロットエアの圧力が所定値未満では前記出口ポートから前記入口ポートに向かう流れのエアを阻止し、
前記パイロットエアの圧力が所定値以上では前記出口ポートから前記入口ポートに向かう流れのエアを通過させる、流量コントローラ。 - 請求項1又は2記載の流量コントローラであって、前記第3流量調整部は、
第3絞弁と、
前記第3絞弁に並設され前記パイロットポートに向かう流れのエアを通過させその逆向きの流れのエアを阻止するチェック弁と、
を備えた、流量コントローラ。 - 請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の流量コントローラであって、前記第2流量調整部は、
第2絞弁と、
前記第2絞弁に並設され、前記エアシリンダに向かう流れのエアを通過させ、その逆向きの流れのエアを阻止するチェック弁と、
を備えた、流量コントローラ。 - エアシリンダに高圧エアを供給する高圧エア供給源と、
前記エアシリンダからの排気エアを排出する排気口と、
前記エアシリンダのポートに前記高圧エア供給源及び前記排気口の一方を切り換えて接続する動作切換弁と、
前記動作切換弁と前記エアシリンダの前記ポートとの間に設けられた流量コントローラとを備えた駆動装置であって、前記流量コントローラは、
前記動作切換弁と前記エアシリンダとの間に接続され、前記エアシリンダのシリンダ室にエアを給排する第1流路と、
前記第1流路に設けられた第1流量調整部と、
前記第1流路に並設された第2流路と、
前記第2流路の途上に設けられ、入口ポートと、出口ポートと、パイロットポートとを有し、前記入口ポートが前記第2流路の前記動作切換弁側の第1部分に接続され、前記出口ポートが前記第2流路の前記エアシリンダ側の第2部分に接続されたパイロットチェック弁と、
前記第2流路の途上に設けられ、前記パイロットチェック弁と直列に接続された第2流量調整部と、
一端が前記動作切換弁に連通し、他端が前記パイロットチェック弁の前記パイロットポートに接続されたパイロットエア流路と、
前記パイロットエア流路に設けられた第3流量調整部と、
を備えた、駆動装置。
