Abstract
Description
本実施形態にかかるレアメタルの浸出方法は、アミノ酸を含む溶液にレアメタルを含む物質を入れ、水熱処理する方法である。
本実施形態に係るレアメタルの分離方法は、第1水熱処理と、第1濾別処理と、第2水熱処理と、第2濾別処理と、をこの順で行う。本実施形態に係るレアメタルの分離方法は、複数種のレアメタルを含む物質からそれぞれのレアメタルを分けて取り出すことができる。
図1は、実施例に用いた装置の模式図である。図1に示す装置1は、反応器Rとガス供給部Gと真空ポンプVpと温度制御部Tcと冷却部Cと圧力計Pと温度計Tと複数のバルブvbとを有する。
「浸出率(%)」=「溶液中に存在する各金属質量(g)」/リチウム金属酸化物中の金属質量(g)」×100
実施例2は、リチウム金属酸化物をLiNiO2に変更した点が実施例1と異なる。その他の条件は、実施例1と同様とした。実施例2では、Li及びNiの浸出率及びNi錯体量の反応条件依存性を確認した。
実施例3は、リチウム金属酸化物をLiMnO2に変更した点が実施例1と異なる。その他の条件は、実施例1と同様とした。実施例3では、Li及びMnの浸出率の反応条件依存性を確認した。
実施例4は、溶液sを5gのアラニンを100mLの水に加えた0.5Mのアラニン水溶液とした点が実施例1と異なる。その他の条件は、実施例1と同様とした。実施例4においても、実施例1と同様に、Li及びCoの浸出率及びCo錯体量の反応条件依存性を確認した。
Claims (6)
- アミノ酸を含む溶液にレアメタルを含む物質を入れ、水熱処理する、レアメタルの浸出方法。
- 前記アミノ酸は中性アミノ酸である、請求項1に記載のレアメタルの浸出方法。
- 前記レアメタルが、コバルト、ニッケルのいずれかである、請求項1又は2に記載のレアメタルの浸出方法。
- アミノ酸を含む溶液に複数種のレアメタルを含む物質を入れ、第1条件で水熱処理する第1水熱処理と、
前記第1水熱処理後の水溶液を第1浸出液と第1濾物とに濾別する第1濾別処理と、
アミノ酸を含む溶液に前記第1濾物を入れ、前記第1条件より厳しい条件で水熱処理する第2水熱処理と、
前記第2水熱処理後の水溶液を第2浸出液と第2濾物とに濾別する第2濾別処理と、を有する、レアメタルの分離方法。 - 前記第2水熱処理の温度は前記第1水熱処理の温度より高い、請求項4に記載のレアメタルの分離方法。
- アミノ酸を含み、水熱処理によりレアメタルを含む物質からレアメタルを抽出する際に用いられる、レアメタル抽出用抽出剤。
