Abstract
Description
以下、実施形態に係る試料測定システムについて、FISH(蛍光 イン サイチュ ハイブリダイゼーション)法を用いて血液検体に含まれる被検物質(遺伝子)を検出する例を説明する。
図2に示すステップS1において、オペレータは、空の容器を保持したホルダおよび測定対象となる血液検体を試料調製装置100、100a、100bのそれぞれのホルダ配置部に配置し、試料調製装置100、100a、100bのそれぞれに対して試料調製の開始を指示する。開始指示を受けた試料調製装置100、100a、100bのそれぞれは、ステップS2において、配置された血液検体の測定項目を、測定装置200を介して管理装置300に要求し、受信する。管理装置300は、ステップS3において、要求に応じて、測定装置200を介して試料調製装置100、100a、100bのそれぞれに測定項目を送信する。試料調製装置100、100a、100bのそれぞれは、ステップS4において、受信した測定項目に基づいて、オペレータにより配置されたホルダに保持された容器内で血液検体の調製を行う。試料調製装置100、100a、100bのそれぞれは、ステップS5において、ステップS2で受信した測定項目を含むオーダ情報を測定装置200に送信する。測定装置200は、ステップS6において、試料調製装置100、100a、100bのそれぞれからオーダ情報を受信する。オペレータは、ステップS7において、試料調製装置100、100a、100bのそれぞれから、調製後の血液検体が収容された容器を取り出し、測定装置200のホルダ配置部に配置し、測定装置200に対して測定の開始を指示する。測定装置200は、ステップS8において、受信したオーダ情報に基づいて、オペレータにより配置された調製後の血液検体の測定・解析を行う。
試料調製装置100、100a、100bは同様の構成を有するため、試料調製装置100を例に説明する。
測定装置200は、図8に示すように、測定部280と、測定部280の動作を制御する制御ユニット279と、配置部240と、配置部240を着脱可能に支持する支持部290と、検出部80と、を備える。また、各部は箱体201に収容されている。
続いて、試料調製装置の処理の例として、試料調製装置100の処理を、図3および図16に示すフローチャートを参照して説明する。
次に、図8、図10、および図19に示すフローチャートを参照して、測定装置200の制御部270での処理について説明する。まず、制御部270は、ステップS200において、図16に示したステップS126において試料調製装置100の制御部107から送信されたオーダ情報を受信し、記憶部274に記憶する。この処理は、図2で示したステップS6の処理に該当する。制御部270は、試料調製装置100aおよび100bからもオーダ情報を受信し、それらを図20に示すように統合し、記憶部274に記憶する。
図21(a)に示すように、6つのホルダ51〜56に係合部61を設けるのではく、6つのホルダ51〜56の形状全体が互いに異なるように、楕円状や多角形状、菱形状などとしてもよい。この場合にも、配置部240のアダプタ20a〜20fは、ホルダ51〜56のうち特定のホルダに対応した形状を有する。オペレータは、視覚的に6つのホルダ51〜56の形状が異なることを容易に把握できるため、配置部240への置き間違いを確実に防止できる。
図21(b)に示すように、1つのホルダおよびアダプタに設けられる係合部61および係合部62は複数であってもよい。この場合にも、配置部240のアダプタ20a〜20fは、ホルダ51〜56のうち特定のホルダに対応した形状を有する。

Claims (11)
- 容器に収容された試料に対する処理を行う試料処理装置であって、
前記容器を保持し、互いに形状が異なる複数のホルダと、
前記複数のホルダのそれぞれの形状に対応し、互いに形状が異なる複数のホルダ受入部を備えるホルダ配置部と、
前記ホルダ配置部に配置された前記ホルダに保持された容器に収容された前記試料に対する処理を行う試料処理部と、を備える、試料処理装置。 - 前記ホルダ受入部は、前記ホルダを、所定の向きでのみ受入可能な形状を有する、請求項1に記載の試料処理装置。
- 前記ホルダ配置部に前記ホルダが配置されたことを検出するホルダ検出部をさらに備える、請求項1又は2に記載の試料処理装置。
- 前記ホルダ検出部が前記ホルダ配置部に前記ホルダが配置されたことを検出した場合、検出された前記ホルダに収容された試料に対する処理を前記試料処理部に許可する制御部をさらに備える、請求項3に記載の試料処理装置。

前記ホルダ配置部に配置された前記ホルダに保持された容器に収容された前記試料に対する処理を行う試料処理部と、を備える、
