Claims (12)
- 切除された脊椎骨の第1切断部と第2切断部を離隔状態で固定させるための椎弓形成術用スペーサーであって、
長さ方向に沿って延びる胴体部と、
前記第1切断部に固定されるように、前記胴体部の長さ方向の一側に連結される第1固定部と、
前記第2切断部に固定されるように、前記胴体部の長さ方向の他側に連結される第2固定部と、を含み、
前記胴体部は、
前記第1切断部と前記第2切断部との間に配置されて、前記第1切断部と前記第2切断部を離隔させるように、所定の長さで形成される離隔部と、
前記第1切断部の切断面を支持するように、前記離隔部と前記第1固定部との間でベンディングされて形成される第1支持部と、を含む椎弓形成術用スペーサー。 - 前記第1支持部は、前記第1固定部と70度以上110度以下の角度を成す、請求項1に記載の椎弓形成術用スペーサー。
- 前記第1固定部は、2個以上の第1締結部材挿入ホールを含み、前記2個以上の第1締結部材挿入ホールのうち少なくとも一つは、中心が前記長さ方向の中心軸を基準として一側に形成され、少なくとも他の一つは、中心が前記長さ方向の中心軸を基準として他側に形成される、請求項1に記載の椎弓形成術用スペーサー。
- 前記第1固定部は、前記第1締結部材挿入ホールを3個含み、かつ、前記各第1締結部材挿入ホールの中心を連結すると、三角形が形成される、請求項3に記載の椎弓形成術用スペーサー。
- 前記胴体部は、前記第2切断部の切断面を支持するように、前記離隔部と前記第2固定部との間でベンディングされて形成される第2支持部をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の椎弓形成術用スペーサー。
- 前記第2支持部は、前記第2固定部と70度以上110度以下の角度を成す、請求項5に記載の椎弓形成術用スペーサー。
- 前記第2固定部は、前記長さ方向の中心軸を基準として対称に形成された一対の第2締結部材挿入ホールを含む、請求項1に記載の椎弓形成術用スペーサー。
- 前記第1固定部の下面、前記第2固定部の下面および前記第1支持部の支持面のうちいずれか一つ以上の少なくとも一部分には、凹凸部が形成される、請求項1に記載の椎弓形成術用スペーサー。
- 前記第2支持部の支持面の少なくとも一部分には、凹凸部が形成される、請求項5に記載の椎弓形成術用スペーサー。
- 前記離隔部は、4〜18mmの長さを有するように形成される、請求項1に記載の椎弓形成術用スペーサー。
- 前記胴体部、前記第1固定部および前記第2固定部は、一体に形成される、請求項1に記載の椎弓形成術用スペーサー。
- 前記胴体部、前記第1固定部および前記第2固定部は、単一のプレート部材で形成される、請求項11に記載の椎弓形成術用スペーサー。
