Abstract
Description
以下、本発明の1つの実施例である音圧−電気信号変換装置1について、図1乃至図3を用いてその詳細を説明する。
次に、音圧−電気信号変換装置1を実際に複数製作して、スピーカとして用いた場合の音圧特性などを調査した結果について図5〜図8を用いて説明する。
次に、本発明の他の1つの実施例である音圧−電気信号変換装置1’について、図10乃至図12を用いてその詳細を説明する。

Claims (12)
- 対向する一対の電極の間にポリマーシートを挟み込んだ音圧−電気信号変換装置であって、
前記ポリマーシートは誘電体フィルムであり、
前記電極のうちの少なくとも一方は、複数の貫通孔を有する絶縁性の可撓性基体と、前記可撓性基体に一端部を固定された複数の導電性繊維と、からなり、前記導電性繊維同士の接触によって面内方向の電気的導通を形成させ、
一対の前記電極に電気信号を与えることで前記導電性繊維を振動させて音圧を発生させ、又は、
音圧を受けて前記導電性繊維を振動させることで一対の前記電極に電気信号を出力させることを特徴とする音圧−電気信号変換装置。 - 変形させたときに実質的に周波数特性を変化させないことを特徴とする請求項1記載の音圧−電気信号変換装置。
- 前記誘電体フィルムは圧電変換フィルムであることを特徴とする請求項2記載の音圧−電気信号変換装置。
- 前記導電性繊維は、前記可撓性基体の一方の主面に与えられて、前記ポリマーシートと対向して位置することを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の音圧−電気信号変換装置。
- 前記可撓性基体は、伸縮性を有することを特徴とする請求項2乃至4のうちの1つに記載の音圧−電気信号変換装置。
- 前記可撓性基体は、織布又は繊維メッシュ、前記貫通孔を与えられた紙又は樹脂シートからなることを特徴とする請求項2乃至5のうちの1つに記載の音圧−電気信号変換装置。
- 前記導電性繊維は、剛性を制御された針状体の表面に導電性皮膜を与えた繊維であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の音圧−電気信号変換装置。
- 前記導電性繊維は、前記貫通孔の平均開口幅よりも短い平均長さであることを特徴とする請求項2記載の音圧−電気信号変換装置。
- 対向する一対の電極の間にポリマーシートを挟み込んだ音圧−電気信号変換装置による音圧−電気信号の変換方法であって、
前記ポリマーシートは誘電体フィルムであり、
前記電極のうちの少なくとも一方は、複数の貫通孔を有する絶縁性の可撓性基体と、前記可撓性基体に一端部を固定された複数の導電性繊維と、からなり、前記導電性繊維同士の接触によって面内方向の電気的導通を形成させ、
一対の前記電極に電気信号を与えることで前記導電性繊維を振動させて音圧を発生させ、又は、
音圧を受けて前記導電性繊維を振動させることで一対の前記電極に電気信号を出力させることを特徴とする音圧−電気信号変換方法。 - 前記音圧−電気信号変換装置を変形させたときに実質的に周波数特性を変化させないことを特徴とする請求項9記載の音圧−電気信号変換方法。
- 前記誘電体フィルムは圧電変換フィルムであることを特徴とする請求項10記載の音圧−電気信号変換方法。
- 前記導電性繊維は剛性を制御された針状体の表面に導電性皮膜を与えた繊維であって、前記剛性により周波数帯域を制御することを特徴とする請求項10又は11に記載の音圧−電気信号変換方法。
